Carlos Tejada, a New York Times Deputy Asia Editor, has died at the age of 49. He suffered a heart attack less than a day after posting to social media that he had received a Moderna booster vaccination. Tejada, who worked in part on the paper’s COVID-19 coverage, was married with two children. He had worked at the Wall Street Journal prior to moving to the Times, where he worked for almost five years. According to Tejada’s own Instagram page, he was grateful to receive the mRNA/LNP booster while in Seoul, South Korea.

Comments:

Not a big fan of coincidences, but I suppose he could have just been this unlucky. These kinds of things don't exactly bolster the case for taking the shot, though. I keep hearing how statistically safe the clot shot is, but then we keep hearing about the young and healthy dying right after getting it.

If we only had an agency whose job it was to analyze this kind of stuff and tell us honestly whether or not it was related to the shot. If only Big Pharma was required to keep records and follow up on these things so that we would know if the shots were involved. If only Big Pharma could be held accountable for side effects and deaths caused by their shots. If only doctors were the least bit curious as to why young adults were developing heart conditions and why there is a dramatic uptick in strokes and other blood related issues among those who have had the shots.

(Sorry) ....common. But then I'd have spent the last two years going to family funerals - by Zoom. Pharma and our government 'slavemasters' get away with foisting this damgerous crap on us precisely because the risks are not high and because the media are in cahoots. Frankly, I wish that Trump would just be quiet about the vaccines. Because when truth will out he won't look so hot for having been duped by his advisors.

I was saying to my husband this morning that Americans no longer trust their government or the agencies in it, such as the FBI, DOJ, CDC, NDA, FDA. On top of that, they've managed to destroy our trust in doctors! How very sad. Too many young, exceptionally healthy people are dropping dead after these shots. 4 more soccer players died in the last few days.

At this point taking either mRNA shot is stupid no matter what anyone thought last week now that Dutch studies have shown your chances of getting omicron go UP at the 90+ day mark after getting a shot. This is scary not because omicron is scary, it is not, but because on top of heart problems and everything else we know, that's the exact opposite of the desired effect for the shots and says that the mRNA shots are causing some sort of mid-long term damage to the immune system.

Have we had enough of fauci yet? No more shots, no more boosters. Too many of our young people are dying shortly after getting the shot. This is not a coincidence anymore. Time to put fauci's experiment aside and put people's health in the forefront. There are extremely good meds for covid that aren't dangerous. Problem is they don't line people's pockets with oodles of cash.

Got an email last night from a friend who ended up in the ER after taking a booster a week or so ago - one leg swelled up and she couldn't walk on it. She sent a picture of her legs, and the difference in the two was frightening. This same friend had a nasty BP spike one week after each of the first two jabs. The doctors are telling her it isn't the jab and she believes them. Three jabs, three strange reactions within a week or two. Too coincidental for my taste.

Wonder if this was added to VAERS? As other posters have stated, many people experience novel (to them) medical problems in the week following the jabs but won't consider the possibility that the shots caused the problem. My daughter-in-law developed emergency room level gastritis within two weeks and a friend wound up in emergency with chest pains. Their experiences were never reported and they would not consider attributing their problems to the jabs. But the events were completely novel for both individuals. Their data are lost.

China, under fire for approving new coal power stations as other countries try to curb greenhouse gases, has completed the first 1,000-megawatt unit of the Shanghaimiao plant, the biggest of its kind under construction in the country. Located in Ordos in the coal-rich northwestern region of Inner Mongolia, the plant will eventually have four generating units, and is designed to deliver power to the eastern coastal Shandong province via a long-distance ultra-high voltage grid. China is responsible for more than half of global coal-fired power generation and is expected to see a 9% year-on-year increase in 2021, an International Energy Agency report published this month said.  CORRECTION*

Inflation is surging out of control due to ongoing reckless federal fiscal and monetary policy. This month, the Bureau of Labor Statistics announced that consumer prices rose by 6.8% over the past year, a near 40-year high. Last week, it reported that producer prices rose by a record 9.6%. This high inflation has resulted in falling real wages for ordinary Americans and declining living standards. A new analysis by the Penn Wharton Budget Model concludes surging inflation will cost ordinary American households $3,500 this year. Call it “the Biden pay cut.”

The decision represents a major reversal for the department's Office of Legal Counsel, which previously had issued an opinion that said the Bureau of Prisons had no legal authority to keep inmates at home once the pandemic emergency had subsided. It also marks a victory for criminal justice advocacy groups who have fiercely lobbied the department and the White House to take steps to ensure that law-abiding, low-level inmates would not be forced back into prison.
