Are they sore losers? Maybe, but either way, ABC spent part of Sunday’s Good Morning America hoping that the families of Kyle Rittenhouse’s so-called “victims” would sue him in civil court. This comes after the teen was found not guilty and that he justly used legal self-defense against multiple violent attackers who were rioting. Beyond that, the network also took to denouncing the entire justice system on This Week, during the following hour. After reviewing the ongoing murder trial of Ahmaud Arbery with chief legal analyst Dan Abrams, co-anchor Whit Johnson lamented

Kyle, add ABC to the list of those to sue. And sue for a lot.

Rittenhouse was 17 when the incident occurred. In Wisconsin, a minor age 17 is immune from civil liablity unless he caused bodily injury, property damage or death in the commission of an illegal act. He has already been acquitted of illegal conduct. What other illegal conduct would they allege?

Go ahead. The men’s criminal records will all be exposed. Don’t think the families would like that very much. CNN would be forced to tell the truth. I actually would love that! Won’t happen

Anything to distract from the Biden/Harris/Democrat implosion, right?

Actually Rittenhouse should begin by suing Disney/ABC and relieving them of some of their illicit China profits. One of our local Disney/ABC "News" Karens last night was touting interviews with "families of the victims." I didn't stick around to see whether one of the interviewees was the grandmother one of the "victims" punched in the face.

How can anyone watch the videos and not see that he is clearly innocent is beyond me. I guess that's why 81,000,000 voted for goofball.

Let’s see, I’m on a jury listening to these perps suing Rittenhouse in civil court. Who to believe, a guy beating him over the head with a skateboard, one with a rifle and one with a pistol pointed at Kyle’s head? That would not be a difficult decision.

Go for it! It will expose the fact that the so called "heroes" of Kenosha were worthless perverted criminal scum. Nice job of parenting, moms and dads!

Does this mean that ABC and/or Disney will fund those families in this pursuit? They have financial means and political axes to grind which the affected family members may not have.

Hmmm
Find Kyle guilty in civil court. Award each family $1.
Case closed....forever.

Violent criminal attackers are not the victims.
Kyle was the victim.

The criminal rioters families have NO SHOT winning civilly. Don't forget--in a civil trial their felonious backgrounds will be part of the evidence. AS WELL AS EVERYTHING ELSE!!

If Rittenhouse opted not to defend himself and had been murdered can we assume that the network would be suggesting that HIS family sue those who crushed his skull with a skateboard or shot him with his own weapon? A rhetorical question.

He has counterclaims against the people he shot. So the trial would be interesting.

The punk sonofabitch who admitted under oath that Kyle didnt shoot him until after he shoved his gun in Kyles face, needs to be charged with assault with a deadly weapon. AND possibly with murder, if it is true that he did this before Kyle shot anyone. I can see where having a gun shoved in ones face could make a person shoot anyone else who assaulted him as he was trying to get away.

It appears that Rosenbaum started the whole chain of events.
I think Rittenhouse has a good case against the doctors that released the pedophile Rosenbaum only house before the event.
And likewise Rosenbaum's pedophile victims have a good case against the Rosenbaum estate.
The prosecutor was careful not to claim any of the "victims" were in any way upstanding citizens because that would have opened the door for the defense to reveal the actual criminal and mental history of the three so called "victims".
