I appeared this morning on Chicago’s Morning Answer radio show with Dan Proft and Amy Jacobson (no relation). (Snip)The topic was the Rittenhouse case primarily.(Snip)Dan Proft (07:03):Lest we forget, you know, former Supreme court justice, John Paul Stevens. It was just a couple of years ago. He wrote an op-ed in New York Times calling for the repeal of the Second Amendment. And of course, that’s the operative position of the entire collection on the left.(Snip)William Jacobson (07:18):That’s what this is all about. And that’s why they’re so heavily focused on it. You don’t see this sort of media attention for other cases that don’t involve self-defense,

To be honest, let's correct that headline to read:
"Goal Of Rittenhouse Prosecution and Media Manipulation Is To Render “White Male Christian Citizens Not Being Able To Defend Themselves”
Much more accurate now!!!

They are trying to make an end run ....having pretty much lost the gun control fight, so that, sure, you can have a gun....but you damned well better not use it to defend yourself, or we'll put you in jail for murder.
Eliminate the primary reason to want to have a gun.

The judge seems to be very good. I don't know why it's taking so long. I'm afraid the jury is trying to find a way to placate the rioters not trying to find justice. This case should never have made the courts.

The verdict should have taken less than an hour several days ago. This jury has been intimidated and will hopefully not cave to the demands and insanity of the Left. There is more at stake here than just the fate of Rittenhouse.

If the verdict is guilty, a chill will fall upon this nation like never before because we all will know that defending yourself with a firearm will get you arrested and prosecuted. #2, is correct. This is an end run around gun control. We shortly will find out if our justice system is alive or dead in this country. Along with that, we will get a picture of how law enforcement will react to violent rioting. A lot hangs on this verdict.

11 jurors are voting for aquittal on all counts. 1 juror (thus far) is steadfast for life in prison because "Rittenhouse BROUGHT A GUN!!! and lost his right to self defense." Odds are this juror is a Karen.

NY state, and perhaps others, has a problem with some of the murder cases there.
The law in NY requires the prosecution to prove that the defendant in a given case where, for example, he stabbed the victim 50 times, intended to kill the victim.
I believe certain acts - repeatedly hitting the victim with a heavy object like o skateboard, or kicking the victim in head, implicllty includes the desire to kill the victim.

I'm not sure they realize that it is THEY, the state, that is effectively on trial here. And if they are judged guilty of purposefully trying to take away our right to self defense from mobs that they refuse to control and even empower to attack law-abiding citizens, then we the people will have to protect ourselves from THEM.

The media's tactic will have the opposite effect. Then they'll cry foul.

God bless that single juror holding out. No verdict is a good verdict. No verdict likely leads to the judge rightly dismissing all counts with prejudice for the prosecutor's misconduct. Let Binger take the heat for his losing prosecution...the BLM/Antifa sharks can chase him and Kenosha County DA down the street awhile while the cops watch. Film at 10.

To quell your fears of a right to defend and protect yourself will only happen in the big cities where the chosen race (blacks) run in the streets. Trust me in a red state city in flyover country the mongrel dogs will not venture while you defend yourself and family. Stay out of black run cities if you are a white male and want to own a firearm for your protection you will be a target.
It might be a grab at gun control but only in portions of liberal run cities. Where I live everyone owns a gun and carries it while there are no bodies lying in the streets for it.

Cops and citizens are already unable to defend themselves. If they do, they will be prosecuted and persecuted.

Rumors are that one juror is holding out, will not permit acquittal.
