Yost didn’t specify his intention when he announced last week that he was joining 23 other Republican attorneys general in asking the U.S. Supreme Court to overturn Roe v. Wade when it decides a case challenging a Mississippi abortion law.(Snip) That could leave women without access to care they need or tempt them to risk potentially dangerous back-alley abortions. Abortion should be safe. It should be legal. And the decision to have one should be up to the pregnant women involved.
