In a strange ending to a long series of motions and appeals, trial court Judge John R. Miraldi has unsealed confidential Facebook records of Gibson’s Bakery store clerk Allyn D. Gibson, who was not a party or witness in the underlying trial that resulted in massive verdicts for the family bakery.(Snip)This is all too strange. Judge Miraldi twice denied applications, first by the college then by the media, to unseal the records. The Writ in the Supreme Court was being opposed by Allyn D. on a motion to intervene. Why not just let it play out and allow the Ohio Supreme Court to rule?

Let's see; A store clerk who is not a party to nor a witness and whose records are in no way germane to the case are now unsealed to be used by an enemy of his family. As it turns out Miraldi really is a hack or an unofficial "employee" of Oberlin College.

Why is Obertlin still pursuing this? The only possible explanation is they are a cabal of evil, vindictive, petty, anti-Christian, anti-American little demons. Oberlin surely has a nice fat endowment and can easily pay the damages and move on.

The whole concept of "racial profiling" amuses me. As a cognizant being with a sense of self preservation I make instant judgments based on knowledge and experience. We all do it instinctively. I profile and base my immediate reaction and decisions on many visual factors including by color, gender, apparel as well as language and odor. When I see a spider or snake I immediately assume it is poisonous. If certain cultures would change they would not be readily suspect. BTW I am certain I have been racially profiled ; But, I am not paranoid and have no such cultural expectation nkr intimidation.

* The liberal left news media gets everything unsealed for their nefarious purposes. But they won't touch anything about Democrats. * They unsealed the private divorce documents of Jeri and Jack Ryan (which by Illinois law were supposed to remain sealed) which successfully scuttled Jack's candidacy which he was predicted to easily win against the unqualified Obama for the Illinois seat that quickly led to Obama as POTUS. However, it wasn't news media in Illinois but rather news media in California(who should have had no standing in the case) that got a leftist judge to violate Illinois law and unseal the documents which shockingly revealed that Jack had suggested to his wife that they have sex. OMG! A shocking thing indeed to Democrats who apparently only approve of their leaders just raping and groping women and young children or teenage interns while consensual sex between between husband and wife is anathema to them. * Won't be long before Trump's tax returns are made public by the news media. It has started with a judge ruling the prosecutors office could have them. Then pieces will supposedly be leaked to the media from the prosecutors office. Trump will claim that the reports have been taken out of context.(and they will be) In order to defend himself from the out of context accusations or even to defend himself in court against BS charges of the prosecutor he will end up having to make his tax returns public. This will damage his business because it reveals exactly how much profit he makes off of his business deals and it will make it much harder for him to negotiate future deals since they will already know his profit margin. So the end result of the whole endeavor of the prosecutor is to damage Trump's ability to do business. They will probably end up dropping the charges after that damage has been done.

Long-awaited and engulfed in controversy from start to finish, the Arizona Senate's election audit gave America a split decision while leaving the question of whether illicit ballots were improperly cast or counted to the state’s attorney general.(Snip)The more than 50,000 ballots flagged by auditors for more investigation involved concerns ranging from people voting from addresses from which they had already moved to residents voting twice. The total in question was nearly five times the 10,400 vote margin that separated the two presidential candidates, giving Donald Trump's troops fresh reason to call for more scrutiny.

Scientists have discovered that fully vaccinated individuals carry 251 times the viral load of Covid in their nostrils compared to the unvaccinated. The researchers, who detailed their findings in a paper by the prestigious Oxford University Clinical Research Group published Aug. 10 in The Lancet, found that while the jab moderates symptoms of infection, it also allows vaccinated individuals to carry unusually high viral loads without becoming ill at first, potentially transforming them into pre-symptomatic superspreaders. “This phenomenon may be the source of the shocking post-vaccination surges in heavily vaccinated populations globally,” Dr. Peter McCullough noted in an Aug. 23 analysis for Children’s Health Defense’s The Defender.

Following Stanford University, the Lorain County-based college is now the second higher education institution in the United States and third in the world to make use of Certified Climate Bonds for campus construction projects. The green financing avenue can only be used for projects that align with the Paris Climate Agreement’s goal of limiting global warming to less than 2 degrees Celsius compared to temperatures before the age of industrialization.

Between 11.50am EST and 11.52am EST, Facebook made a series of updates to its border gateway protocol (BGP) which caused it to 'disappear' from the internet. The BGP allows for the exchange of routing information on the internet and takes people to the websites they want to access. Facebook's changes included withdrawals which removed its properties from the domain naming system it operates and essentially made it impossible for anyone to connect to the sites
