Since August, when the debacle in Afghanistan ripped away the veil and enabled many to see the real Joe Biden — not through an approving media filter — we’ve seen a cratering of his approval across the board on all major issues. Media may have been able to spin up until that point but once Americans saw how incompetent he was, how he lied about everything, and most importantly, left Americans and Afghan allies behind — many of whom are still there — it wasn’t something they could unsee and it opened many eyes about the “experience” of Joe Biden. That may be behind the reason

So somehow, magically, all of our woes are solved by voting for the GOP? If I might point out, why they had the majorities in the house, senate and the presidency, the Democrats still ran the show (other than judges). Out of control spending, Obamacare is still in place, an out of control government trying to rule us, and somehow, voting for the Republicams will fix this? They are as much a part of the problem as the .Dems.

And will this huge red wave be filled with MAGA, or with spineless cowards like McCarthy and McConnell? It's not good enough to just send more of the same, or the same thing will happen that did before. The GOP will squander every opportunity given them if we end up run by another Paul Ryan.

Sadly, responders 1 & 2 thought the same thing I did. A bunch of RINO's and Republi-Can'ts won't be much better than what we have now!!! True conservative Republicans only!!!!!! Change happens in the primaries far more than in the general elections. A RINO may be the lesser of two evils compared to a Demon-Rat, but he/she is still evil. Just look at Cheney, Murkowski, Romney, etc, etc, etc!!!!

True, # 1, but we weren't taken over by thugs, rioters and murders. We weren't inundated with hundreds of thousands of illegals from all over the world. No one wanted to give half a million dollars to illegals just because. I agree the GOP has been a disaster for a long time but there was a limit to their depravity. Plus we know Trump is behind the scenes. He learned a lot in his four years in office. I pray it's enough to get back in the White House and kick butt. And soon.

I hope it happens, but the GOP leadership is only slightly different than the Dem leadership. Most of the problem is the Uniparty, which runs the show, and makes sure that the few real conservatives either can't get elected, or can't be effective. Both Senate GOP leader and House GOP leader are not people that I trust.

Pulling Rino personnel from prior administrations also does not appeal. Leaving the Democrats in place in all the agencies will subvert everything the Republicans attempt. The Republicans have got to learn to fire people. And no, the DOJ and all the other cabinet positions are not independent of the POTUS. And neither is the FBI. Republican presidents have been sabotaged to such a degree that they have been unable to do their jobs. This cannot be allowed to continue.

Black people still supporting the Democrat party by wide margins. Why do they do this even though the Democrats have turned Black people into a permanent underclass? Sure, you see the commercials on televsion where 13% of the American population are in 90%+ of the ads, more during sport programming. Has that helped? No! Did Trump help Black people economically? Yes, a proven yes. So, who did they vote for? An imbecilic Biden! I give up! But wait, there's more. My daughter broke her own record of 20 commerciaals in a row featuring Black people as the stars or props in the background. I told her that the Geico lizard was a creature of color so that helped.

Y'all are forgetting the one thing that can scuttle this whole meth-like rush: voter fraud. Don't count your chickens before they're hatched. A presidential election stolen by voter fraud, and not one of the 81 lawsuits that challenged the cheating was given a hearing by judges, all the way up to the Supreme Court. And it's not looking any better as the months go by.

This is all theatre for the ignorant masses. The same powers are behind the party leadership in both parties. They fight and fuss, and control goes back and forth....to give the ignorant masses hope that they can get change. (while they all party together in D.C. and take their huge profits for "serving") Don't trust polls, don't trust the GOP, don't trust these shots! All of it comes from the powers at the top. And all they care about is wealth and depopulation any way they can get it : wars, vaccines, camps...

Washington — The House on Wednesday voted to censure Rep. Paul Gosar, R-Ariz., after he posted an animated video that depicted him killing Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y., and attacking President Joe Biden. The House voted 223-207, with only two Republicans voting in favor of the censure — Reps. Adam Kinzinger of Illinois and Liz Cheney of Wyoming. The resolution also removes Gosar from the two House committees he serves on, Oversight and Reform and Natural Resources. President Biden on Wednesday called for the Federal Trade Commission to probe whether oil and gas companies are engaging in criminal conduct by profiting from artificially high prices at the pump, even as wholesale fuel costs decline. Biden – under mounting political pressure with inflation at the highest rate in more than three decades – urged FTC Chair Lina Khan in a letter to investigate potential wrongdoing by the industry, alleging "mounting evidence of anti-consumer behavior" by the companies. "The bottom line is this: gasoline prices at the pump remain high, even though oil and gas companies' costs are declining,"

America's drug epidemic is the deadliest it has ever been, new federal data suggests. More than 100,000 people died of drug overdoses in the United States during the 12-month period ending April 2021, according to provisional data published Wednesday by the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. That's a new record high, with overdose deaths jumping 28.5% from the same period a year earlier. Opioids continue to be the driving cause of drug overdose deaths. Synthetic opioids, primarily fentanyl, caused nearly two-thirds (64%) of all drug overdose deaths in the 12-month period ending April 2021, up 49% from the year before, the CDC's 's National Center for Health Statistics found.

We noted here a WaPo/ABC poll that showed Republicans with a 10-point lead among registered voters on the generic Congressional question. That was the widest GOP lead in the 40-year history of that poll, and one might have suspected that it was an outlier. But today, Rasmussen Reports released even more remarkable results. Rasmussen finds the GOP up by 13 points, 51%-38%, on the generic Congressional ballot, among likely voters. Republicans lead by 22 points among independents. With 17% of independents undecided, that lead could grow. Also notable is that 30% of blacks say they would vote Republican if the election were held today.

(snip) What's significant about that is that Joe has decades of friendships, alliances, and honor-among-thieves relationships throughout Congress. Harris, by contrast, has few allies, given her self-serving and ambitious nature.
