This Year’s Most Stunning Poll Finding

Original Article

Posted By: Dreadnought, 11/16/2021 6:14:58 PM

We noted here a WaPo/ABC poll that showed Republicans with a 10-point lead among registered voters on the generic Congressional question. That was the widest GOP lead in the 40-year history of that poll, and one might have suspected that it was an outlier. But today, Rasmussen Reports released even more remarkable results. Rasmussen finds the GOP up by 13 points, 51%-38%, on the generic Congressional ballot, among likely voters. Republicans lead by 22 points among independents. With 17% of independents undecided, that lead could grow. Also notable is that 30% of blacks say they would vote Republican if the election were held today.

The GOP will never get 30% of the black vote. Any polling that suggests this outcome is so hopelessly skewed that it can be completely ignored.

I'm sure it's making a number of democrats looking to skew House districts a bit more concerned. And, you don't need 30% of Blacks to vote GOP, but it sure would be in their best interests. Don't think democrats are hoping to simply fool just enough people then install their true agenda schemes?

I live in a town with a large hispanic community. They do NOT like *Biden at all. They came here - legally - in search of a better life and *Biden's policies have made it hard for them. Their money just doesn't go as far as it did and they, like all of us are feeling the pinch. It's the economy, stupid!

None of it matters until Joe, Nancy and the rest of the incompetent fools are actually gone. Nobody cares what 30% of 13% of the population does because they always vote for what is best for them but not for anyody else and that always involves sucking money away from the productive sector. Since republicans are doing nothing but waiting for Joe to get access to the trillions of dollars that the far left wants so they can blame the next ten years of debt on the democrats while spending it themselves, our day-to-day problems of higher costs and a crippled military will not go away. Neither party is looking very good in our eyes but the GOP usually does a little less damage than the donkeys.

We reported yesterday that an FBI whistleblower had leaked some disturbing information to Congress. The information was an email showing that, contrary to Attorney General Merrick Garland’s testimony before Congress that the DOJ/FBI wasn’t treating parents objecting to school board actions as “domestic terrorists,” their Counterterrorism unit was in fact involved in looking into the issue, and putting “threat tags” on all “investigations and assessments of threats specifically directed against school board administrations, board members, teachers, and staff.” Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) demanded that Garland answer why this was different from Garland’s prior testimony

President Joe Biden has become infamous both here at home and on the world stage for being gaffe-prone during public appearances where cringe-inducing moments are standard fare, including the times when Biden makes up stories out of whole cloth, utters extremely inappropriate comments that no one can explain, seems to forget what he’s supposed to say and/or forgets the names of world leaders as they’re listening to him speak. In many instances, his handlers have had to step in and take over, aggressively herding the media away like cattle during a roundup, awkwardly upstaging the leader of the free world at a time when this country needs a confident leader

Onetime White House strategist Stephen Bannon moved to plead not guilty Wednesday to criminal contempt of Congress charges after he failed to comply with a subpoena from the House committee investigating the Jan. 6 attack on the Capitol. Bannon was indicted by a federal grand jury Friday, facing two counts: one for failing to appear for an Oct. 14 deposition before the panel and another for refusal to provide documents. The filing anticipates an arraignment scheduled for Thursday for Bannon in which he was expected to plead not guilty. His lawyers filed a motion Wednesday to enter the not guilty plea and skip the arraignment

Within the footage, you can see diversity and training officers instructing, pressuring, and even intimidating employees to leave behind objectivity in journalism and embrace

Washington — The House on Wednesday voted to censure Rep. Paul Gosar, R-Ariz., after he posted an animated video that depicted him killing Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y., and attacking President Joe Biden. The House voted 223-207, with only two Republicans voting in favor of the censure — Reps. Adam Kinzinger of Illinois and Liz Cheney of Wyoming. The resolution also removes Gosar from the two House committees he serves on, Oversight and Reform and Natural Resources. "The glorification of the suggestion of the killing of a colleague is completely unacceptable," Cheney told reporters

President Biden on Wednesday called for the Federal Trade Commission to probe whether oil and gas companies are engaging in criminal conduct by profiting from artificially high prices at the pump, even as wholesale fuel costs decline. Biden – under mounting political pressure with inflation at the highest rate in more than three decades – urged FTC Chair Lina Khan in a letter to investigate potential wrongdoing by the industry, alleging "mounting evidence of anti-consumer behavior" by the companies. "The bottom line is this: gasoline prices at the pump remain high, even though oil and gas companies' costs are declining,"

America's drug epidemic is the deadliest it has ever been, new federal data suggests. More than 100,000 people died of drug overdoses in the United States during the 12-month period ending April 2021, according to provisional data published Wednesday by the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. That's a new record high, with overdose deaths jumping 28.5% from the same period a year earlier. Opioids continue to be the driving cause of drug overdose deaths. Synthetic opioids, primarily fentanyl, caused nearly two-thirds (64%) of all drug overdose deaths in the 12-month period ending April 2021, up 49% from the year before, the CDC's 's National Center for Health Statistics found.

Since August, when the debacle in Afghanistan ripped away the veil and enabled many to see the real Joe Biden — not through an approving media filter — we’ve seen a cratering of his approval across the board on all major issues. Media may have been able to spin up until that point but once Americans saw how incompetent he was, how he lied about everything, and most importantly, left Americans and Afghan allies behind — many of whom are still there — it wasn’t something they could unsee and it opened many eyes about the “experience” of Joe Biden. That may be behind the reason

Rarely does anything in the news surprise me anymore, but consider today’s happenings an exception. In an explosive development, a whistleblower has delivered an email to Congress proving that Attorney General Merrick Garland lied under oath while testifying on Capitol Hill some weeks ago. As RedState reported at the time, Garland’s statements surrounding the targeting of parents as “domestic terrorists” simply did not add up, with his mix of denialism and unwillingness to address the issue only adding to the suspicion that the DOJ had and continued to act improperly. Is Joe Biden plotting with House Democrats to replace Kamala Harris? Sure looks that way, given some curious goings on reported by Fox News's straight-news congressional correspondent, Chad Pergram (snip) The Pergram report follows from another rumor just a day ago of a Biden plan to kick Harris upstairs: Rumors have circulated that Biden may even be considering nominating Harris for a Supreme Court seat if one becomes vacant so that he can select a new Vice President. (snip) What's significant about that is that Joe has decades of friendships, alliances, and honor-among-thieves relationships throughout Congress. Harris, by contrast, has few allies, given her self-serving and ambitious nature.
