Rittenhouse Prosecutor Thomas Binger Has

From his opening statement to closing argument, Assistant District Attorney Thomas Binger has not just made missteps, as the legacy media loves to call them, he has literally stepped in the muck, then keeps wading in up to his knees. My colleagues Nick Arama and Jim Thompson are working attorneys, and just don’t play ones on TV. Along with our other contributors that have covered the trial of Kenosha shooter Kyle Rittenhouse, they have given us great analysis on just how badly Binger has screwed up an already weak case that should have never been brought to trial.

Binger is a total incompetent. And does not even understand the law when he reads it, or perhaps never bothers to actually read the laws. And he's dangerous with a firearm, untrained and dangerous, clearly.

Binger likely thought that this case would propel his career to new heights. Guess again. His next case depends upon whether or not he can catch the ambulance.

Maybe I am wrong, but I believe this was the plan all along. My paranoia may be kicking in, but something tells me that the fix is in. This guy has been so toxic and is a prime example of how not try a murder case. However, could this be a ruse to show everyone that the left is so powerful that they now control jury verdicts? I know this sounds crazy but what better way to totally demoralize the people if they know the deck is stacked against them? Try to legally defend yourself and you will be the one in hot water. This would have a chilling effect on the psyche of we the people and our God given right to defend ourselves. I know this sounds crazy, but I am not done! What if this whole trial has been a sham? The prosecution knew they had no case and brought one anyway knowing a not guilty vote would result in rioting, looting and burning, something they could not achieve without a tipping point so they created one. I admit I am just brainstorming fantastical scenarios but with this bunch of anti-American zealots, they don’t seem as out there as they would have before the election was stolen. The democrats have been destroying the country, one demented policy decision after another. I put nothing past them. Nothing is beneath them. Remember this party’s slogan is, never let a crisis go to waste. Maybe they needed to create a crisis this time, and they did.

Binger's most outragious statement was telling the jury that a person who brings a gun cannot use it for self defense. That statement warranted a "curative instruction" to the jury by the judge - to inform them that it misstates the law and must be disregarded.

Watching him on TV and how his suit, tie and kerchief or whatever it is called all matches and tailored reminds me of Marsha Clark and her "new" look a few sessions into the trial. He wants a show like Marsha. Oh wait.. where is Marsha now? That gun stunt was his OJ moment with the "glove"..in reverse...

There is nothing more dangerous than a liberal trying to explain or handle an object like a gun when they are ignorant of it's function to a person on a jury who knows nothing either. Stupid person teaching a function wrongly to a person who is clueless is dangerous. I hope one person stands in defiance of a unanimous decision to bring a mistrial. This is a dead duck in the water for the prosecution and I think they know it but what is their purpose?

I am often surprised when viewing an individual who has never shot a rifle or shotgun handle the weapon for the first time. They usually don't know how to shoulder the butt of the weapon when aiming to keep from bruising themselves from the recoil.

I am retired now, but I did practice in Milwaukee county when Binger was there. Oh I honestly don’t remember him, so I’m pretty sure I never had any trials with him. I represented defendants in many cases were the prosecutors in Milwaukee county were extremely professional and extremely good at their jobs. I do remember at least a couple of prosecutors back then were like Binger and it was sad to watch how they operated. I’ve been retired for a few years now, and it’s been over 10 years since I regularly practiced in Milwaukee County, so I think I can speak now without much fear of being called biased, or being accused of sour grapes. The legal system in southeastern Wisconsin has a plan field that is tilted in favor of the prosecution. Prosecutors in Wisconsin seem to be virtually immune to any repercussions from any of their actions in prosecuting cases. Again, most of them are very professional, and most of them do not abuse this, but the few that do are extremely dangerous. Attorney Binger appears to be a very handed litigator who should be booted out of his office and likely should face discipline. I do not say these things lightly.

Thank God the AR-15 Binger was pointing at the jury had no magazine inserted. If there was one in the chamber, he would only be able to shoot one juror. That in no way excuses his behavior in pointing a weapon at anyone.

It just seems to me, like Spanky Binger has been deliberately sabotaging the case all along, hoping for riots when the jury acquits the kid as they rightfully should.

Since August, when the debacle in Afghanistan ripped away the veil and enabled many to see the real Joe Biden — not through an approving media filter — we’ve seen a cratering of his approval across the board on all major issues. Media may have been able to spin up until that point but once Americans saw how incompetent he was, how he lied about everything, and most importantly, left Americans and Afghan allies behind — many of whom are still there — it wasn’t something they could unsee and it opened many eyes about the “experience” of Joe Biden. That may be behind the reason

Rarely does anything in the news surprise me anymore, but consider today’s happenings an exception. In an explosive development, a whistleblower has delivered an email to Congress proving that Attorney General Merrick Garland lied under oath while testifying on Capitol Hill some weeks ago. As RedState reported at the time, Garland’s statements surrounding the targeting of parents as “domestic terrorists” simply did not add up, with his mix of denialism and unwillingness to address the issue only adding to the suspicion that the DOJ had and continued to act improperly. Now, these new documents deliver a decisive blow to Garland’s previous assertion

For two months, I have argued that Joe Biden’s disgraceful abandonment of Afghanistan and several thousand Americans provided the catalyst for a confidence-crisis cascade. Now it appears that Democrats might finally see it for themselves. The Hill’s Alexander Bolton reports that the Democratic mood on Capitol Hill has grown gloomier about their midterm prospects, which contributed in part to Patrick Leahy’s decision to retire: Democrats are growing gloomier in their outlook for the midterms next year amid President Biden’s poor approval ratings, nagging economic issues and GOP advantages in the redistricting process. We noted here a WaPo/ABC poll that showed Republicans with a 10-point lead among registered voters on the generic Congressional question. That was the widest GOP lead in the 40-year history of that poll, and one might have suspected that it was an outlier. But today, Rasmussen Reports released even more remarkable results. Rasmussen finds the GOP up by 13 points, 51%-38%, on the generic Congressional ballot, among likely voters. Republicans lead by 22 points among independents. With 17% of independents undecided, that lead could grow. Also notable is that 30% of blacks say they would vote Republican if the election were held today.

The FBI’s “Counterterrorism and Criminal Divisions created a threat tag, EDUOFFICIALS, to track instances of related threats,” according to the email. “The purpose of the threat tag is to help scope this threat on a national level and provide an opportunity for comprehensive analysis of the threat picture for effective engagement with law enforcement.”

Typically someone goes into a situation with a certain amount of capital; the gambler’s stake, the firm’s initial investment, a fighter plane’s available energy. Those without enough capital of their own borrow it and politicians seeking office but lacking wide support or charisma issue promises to their donors in exchange for a loan of support. Joe Biden’s balance sheet coming into office was highly leveraged. With only average charisma and without a notable record, the former VP, in order to obtain what he needed against Donald Trump, issued Green energy and social policy notes to the left that were not merely difficult but practically impossible to redeem.
