A 15-year-old girl who reported to school officials and the police in Charlotte, North Carolina, that she was sexually assaulted by a boy in the girl’s bathroom has been suspended, according to media reports. Following a 45-minute interview with the victim, who said the boy put his hands down her pants and under her shirt, the police charged the boy with two counts of sexual battery. But school officials decided to suspend the girl for “false reporting.” The Daily Beast and the local Fox News affiliate reported on the development, both refraining from using the name of the girl or her mother, who spoke to the media about her daughter’s experience.

Comments:

This happens to MY daughter, I'm standing on someone's desk at the school singing my version of "Baby Shark" at the top of my lungs until her record is cleared and the person responsible for the suspension is standing in an intersection begging for handouts!!

Americans have been enduring these petty tyrants for far too long. They are in all levels of government and do what they do without any fear of consequence. Since we can't get justice from the courts, Maybe we should turn to The Constitution for guidance. Near the back. In the amendments.

This is the very reason that the liberal school boards took a devastating hit on November 2nd. We in our school district have three democrats looking for the bus that ran over them in the last election. They lost badly and can not understand why. Our school board is NOW 100% conservative. In the next two years, we will have to educate our voters again on our local candidates.

The dems have sent the word "rape" back 100 years. For many years, the dems yelled rape when they didn't get their own way. Now they yell "racist". It's a very serious crime but not taken seriously anymore. Another thing the dems have destroyed - the right of women and now girls to be heard and taken seriously when they say "rape".

Interesting how so many say "if it was my kid I would blah blah blah....." Too bad we merely say "so sorry" when it is some other kid. This is exactly why things have gotten so out of control. Until it happens to YOU we refuse to take any and all actions to end the madness. We are living in a me me me society and until that changes, well, get use to our new world.

Media types have two modes when asking politicians questions. If they're Democrats, the questions are softballs about ice cream and the things they'll do to save the world. If they're Republicans, the questions are meant to highlight the politicians' cruelty, hypocrisy, or stupidity. One journalist, though, learned that when that Republican politician is Ron DeSantis, asking a gotcha question about conservative governance is a way to bring a rain of fire down on the journalist's head. When it comes to Florida's governor, Ron DeSantis, I tend to agree with a comment Matt Walsh made on a podcast, which is that DeSantis has Trump's courage without Trump's baggage.

The generic GOP ballot has a ten-point advantage over Democrats, according to The Washington Post's poll. It's the first time a gap that wide has ever been recorded. Rising inflation is an issue. There's a global supply chain crisis. Americans are still trapped in Afghanistan. And illegal aliens continue to flood the border. It's a mess—and Biden seems incapable of handling…anything.
