How COVID Vaccine Coercion Drove Me Out
Of West Point

Original Article

Posted By: PeterWolosin, 11/4/2021 9:35:51 AM

In the spring of 2021 during my first year at the U.S. Military Academy, I was told that my decision to reject getting the “optional” COVID-19 vaccine would not negatively affect my time as a cadet at West Point. That quickly changed. My Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act medical privacy rights were violated when my vaccination status was released to members of the freshman class and upperclassmen who were planning our summer details, to which an officer stated, “HIPAA isn’t the be-all, end-all.”

Comments:

One of our best and brightest discarded by Biden's tyranny. And for what? So that Democrats can try and control more of our lives. It's a disgrace.

Covid's kind of thrown HIPAA out the window, hasn't it? If an employer can ask an employee or applicant if they've had "the shot" and make it public (see some of the pro athletes getting drilled by the press for their shot status), and if they can discriminate based on shot status, what's to keep them from doing the same regarding STDs or abortion or sexual orientation or religion or race? You know? All those things HR departments put in as a disclaimer that they don't discriminate against.

So disappointing in Maria Bartiromo of late with her fawning interviews of Moderna execs and a former CDC official about these “vaccines.” Little to no questions on side effects, that the vaccines for mist Americans and especially children are unnecessary and if so safe, why is Moderna, etc enjoying liability protection?

FYI: I happened to reading a 1938 army publication that was quoting a personnel regulation of the time. (I can get the citation if anyone wants it.) The article was reminding soldiers that the Army had the right to force them to undergo medical procedures, if the procedures were for "the good of the service." Just so you know this isn't a new argument. Ask G. Washington about smallpox vaccinations and any soldier anytime who had a tooth pulled before being sent into a combat zone. (The Army don't do caps, crowns and is not too big on fillings - personal experience.)

One niece, who had already had the Wuhan virus and recovered, was forced by the USAF to get the "vaccine". One nephew separated from the USMC when his enlistment was up, and this mandate was a factor, among other problems he saw in the Corps. One other nephew is will take the shot, remain in the USMC, he is at least a year from his enlistment being up. The husband of another niece is a USMC officer, and was forced to take the shot. So far, has remained healthy. HIDEOUS mistreatment of people by the military, under orders of their poopydrawers totalitarian nutcase of a CIC.

Why would the military disregard the side effects of the Covid vaccine with the problem of young males especially that get heart (muscle lining) inflammation and/or blood clots? Why? It can't be health concerns because CDC lists these side effects. Why? We can only speculate that it's CONTROL. Why control? Probably for future control. It's the first step of controlling Americans by the ruling class. Isn't it strange that the Supreme Court doesn't have a Covid Mandate, nor does Congress, or the Post Office or many other unions run by the Left. Why? Even out in CA the prison guards don't have a mandate, probably because they give Gavin Grusome $1.7 million dollars to his campaign. Follow the money and you will find the control.

The Lodi School District official who asked police to respond to an orderly school board meeting earlier this month said police presence would make a board member “feel better.” “We would like to have a Lodi officer up at the district office,” Maureen Palmer, administrative assistant to District Administrator Vince Breunig says in a 911 call November 8 to the Columbia County Sheriff’s Department. The audio was obtained by Empower Wisconsin. “He does not have to come lights and sirens, we just want to have him present at our board meeting the way it’s going,” Palmer says.

MSNBC is in some hot water after someone who was allegedly sent by one of the network’s producers reportedly got arrested while following the bus carrying the jury for the Kyle Rittenhouse trial and was suspected of trying to photograph them. The judge has since banned MSNBC from the courtroom for the rest of the trial. The man, who reportedly identified himself as James J. Morrison and said he was instructed to follow the jury by MSNBC’s Irene Byon, was pulled over and issued citations for running a red light. Police say that although they suspected he was attempting to take pictures, he didn’t obtain any photographs of the jury.

During a signing ceremony for the infrastructure bill on Monday, President Biden praised the governors across America he worked with as vice president in the Obama administration—“save one.” He then took a potshot at former Gov. Sarah Palin without naming her, explaining, the one who "can see Alaska from her porch.” Biden got the “Saturday Night Live” joke completely wrong, given that he should’ve said Russia, not Alaska. Palin lives in Alaska so obviously she can see Alaska from her porch.

The Glasgow Climate Conference wrapped Friday with so much progress: There was a “joint pledge” by President Joe Biden and an indifferent Chinese dictator to slow down the changing climate sometime in the next decade or so; there was a call from British Prime Minister Boris Johnson to “get on and do it,” whatever that means; there was even a column from The New York Times’ Tom Friedman on how, after seeing all the protests and listening to all the leaders, he’s feeling “very energized, and very afraid.” It was great. Refreshing, really. I loved it. Why? Because it felt like a return to normalcy:

New Jersey Senate President Stephen Sweeney was ousted by Edward Durr, a little known Republican candidate who spent next to nothing on his campaign. For a bit, Sweeney held out hope that once all the legal votes were counted, he’d beat the commercial truck driver, but that didn’t pan out and he conceded this week. During an interview with Durr, Fox News’s Tucker Carlson asked if he has actually spoken to Sweeney since the election results came out. “Have you talked to Sweeney since you dethroned him? I mean, how baffled is he?” Carlson wondered.

If you follow the prosecution’s case against Kyle Rittenhouse, the only logical end is the assertion that self-defense is almost never an option and visiting the scene of a riot is only okay if you are there to burn property. There are other facets to lead prosecutor Thomas Binger’s arguments — that Rittenhouse, 18, was in illegal possession of a gun, that he showed up in Kenosha, Wis., that night of violent rioting because he was pursuing danger, and that he could have easily done things differently.

This year has seen the largest increase ever in the number of concealed handgun permit holders—more than two million, for a total of 21.52 million. That is a 48 percent increase since 2016. On Wednesday, the U.S. Supreme Court heard the case of NYSRPA v. Bruen, which has a chance to further increase this total and make permitting rules more similar across states. Six states now have more than 1 million permit holders: Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Pennsylvania, and Texas. Florida is the first state to have more than 2.5 million permits.

Leah has covered this New Jersey race extensively. It’s a state senate seat so it doesn’t get much attention but if you live in the Garden State, this is a huge upset. This is the New York Giants beating the Patriots in Super Bowl 42. New Jersey Senate President Stephen Sweeney appears to have been beaten by a no-name Republican Edward Durr, who spent less than $100 to beat Sweeney. I’m deducting the $67 he spent at Dunkin’ Donuts. I’ve lived in New Jersey for most of my life. Sweeney owns South Jersey. He’s the labor union's top guy there.

The relationship between Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, and their respective staffs has been on rocky ground for months. As RedState previously reported, the vice president and her camp have complained about being abandoned, even blaming racism as a possible factor, while the White House has fretted at Harris’ sheer incompetence and inability to garner support on her own. Those tensions have led to lots of speculation about what exactly happens in 2024. Harris is clearly a terrible candidate, something she showed during the 2020 presidential primary, but she’s also the heir apparent until Democrats forcibly remove her from that position.
