Loudoun County Public Schools responded Wednesday to a bombshell report that it covered up a sexual assault perpetrated by a “gender fluid” male student in the girls’ bathroom. The victim’s father, Scott Smith, was arrested during a school board meeting in June before he could describe what had happened to his daughter. In a statement released Wednesday, the district claimed that the school board was ignorant of the details at the time of the meeting and only learned of the alleged rape through the Daily Wire’s recent report. Gee, School Board. If you really were ignorant of it, maybe if you had let the father speak for a few moments rather than having him arrested and silenced as a 'Domestic Terrorist' like AG Garland calls parents (for his own monetary profit), you wouldn't have had to wait until some media outlet reported it days later.

The district went on to say, "Parents need to shut up and mind their own business. We know what is best. We can spot a domestic terrorist when we see one trying to actually speak at our meetings. Arrest first. Ask questions later."

It is amazing how these people think they are so smart that we should trust them to run schools, but then claim ignorance of everything around them!

If anything, their so-called “breaking silence” made it look worse for them. They tried to paper over even his speaking to the school board and are saying they wouldn’t have known the details until they read the Daily Wire’s article, which was posted at LCom and described his daughter’s sexual assualt in detail. Ugly. This article describes the Loudon board as progressive. Tells us a lot. More interested in the tranny kid than in the welfare of the others.

Publicly demanding a school superintendent's and an entire school board's dismissal is TERRORISTIC VIOLENCE. Isn't it? After all "...the predator transgender student or person simply does not exist". Isn't this accusation merely dog whistle racism and bigoted transphobia? Where was the team of FBI agents and Secret Service agents assigned to protect Loudoun County school superintendent Scott Ziegler? Where is Merrick Garland when we need him to protect innocent predator perpetrators who do not exist?

The school board is lying and lying and lying. LCPS needs to be completely destroyed. Loudoun County is the wealthiest in the country and has been for several years - you’d think that the parents could do better for their children.

Gee. I'm kinda suprised that the School Board didn't blame the (real) girl for "asking for it" from the guy-who-says-he's-a-girl-but-still-has-the-boy-working-parts.

FTA: In a statement released Wednesday, the district claimed that the school board was ignorant of the details at the time of the meeting and only learned of the alleged rape through the Daily Wire’s recent report. Moreover, the district wrote that it was obliged to defer the initial criminal investigation to local law enforcement, which received a report on May 28 when Smith says the assault occurred, before it conducted a probe of its own. So when did the school board find out about the rape - May 28th or after the recent Daily Wire report? And why did they transfer the perp to another school if they didn't know about the rape?? And why did they insist on absolute silence from the father of the victim if nothing happened?? If "LCPS has cooperated and continues to cooperate with law enforcement," why did they only find out about the rape from the recent Daily Wire report?? Thing about telling lies is you have to make sure you keep your stories straight. The multiple contradictions are the "tell." And meanwhile, both female students and their families are waiting for justice while the school board skates. IMHO, the principal, super and the entire school board need to be fired immediately and then sued into penury for this!!

It is their RESPONSIBILITY to know whats going on in their schools. Has anyone been suspended for failing to call police? Have charges finally been pressed concerning the rape back in May? They have NO credibility.

The U.S. will allow all foreign travelers vaccinated against coronavirus to enter the country starting November 8, White House assistant press secretary Kevin Munoz announced on Friday. “The US’ new travel policy that requires vaccination for foreign national travelers to the United States will begin on Nov 8,” Munoz wrote on Twitter. “This announcement and date applies to both international air travel and land travel. This policy is guided by public health, stringent, and consistent.” Both the Trump and Biden administrations placed travel restrictions on certain countries during the coronavirus pandemic; however, in recent months critics have called to rescind the restrictions

As cargo ships congested at U.S. ports, creating an unprecedented supply-chain crisis, Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg was on paid leave to spend time with his husband, Chasten, and their two newborn babies. After weeks of people questioning Buttigieg’s whereabouts as crisis after crisis mounted, Politico’s West Wing Playbook confirmed on Thursday that the transportation secretary was “lying low.” “They didn’t previously announce it, but Buttigieg’s office told West Wing Playbook that the secretary has actually been on paid leave since mid-August to spend time with his husband, Chasten, and their two newborn babies,” Playbook reported.

If regular democracy isn’t doing so well, maybe it’s time to fall back on “Irish Democracy.” That’s what Yale political scientist James Scott calls the passive resistance of a society that doesn’t like what its rulers are doing to it. In his book “Two Cheers for Anarchy,” he writes, “One need not have an actual conspiracy to achieve the practical effects of a conspiracy. More regimes have been brought, piecemeal, to their knees by what was once called ‘Irish Democracy,’ the silent, dogged resistance, withdrawal and truculence of millions of ordinary people, than by revolutionary vanguards or rioting mobs.”

If Joe Biden had been asked to create a scenario where he was 100 percent guaranteed to lose his re-election bid, the supply-chain crisis would top the list. Even though it’s still nearly three years to Election Day, a ruined Christmas is the kind of catastrophe that the American people will never forget — or forgive. It may not be entirely Joe Biden’s fault. This is, after all, a global economy, and what happens in many other nations impacts the U.S. in different ways. But Biden’s nameplate is on the door to the room at the White House that says “Boss.” He will be blamed because that’s the way

According to the Daily Mail, she just laid down one of her major demands before she’ll even consider a vote on the Build Back Better bill. She wants the bipartisan infrastructure bill passed first. She’s made that plain, but they just haven’t been listening. She’s said in the past that she believes it should have been voted on separately and shouldn’t have been hooked to the Build Back Better (BBB) reconciliation bill by the progressives. She’s also chastised Democratic leaders for going back on their promises to move the infrastructure bill forward. Meanwhile

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit said Thursday it will allow Texas’s heartbeat abortion law, which allows private citizens to sue providers who perform abortions after a fetal heartbeat can be detected, to remain in effect while it considers an appeal of a judge’s order blocking the new law. The court issued a 2–1 order siding with the state of Texas, refusing the Justice Department’s request to reinstate an earlier court ruling that had blocked enforcement of the law. The order was backed by Judges James C. Ho, who was nominated by Donald Trump, and Catharina Haynes, who was nominated by George W. Bush.

The number of illegal migrants released into the United States by the Biden administration is staggering. Fox News obtained an exclusive story with documents from the Border Patrol. They are being released with little or no supervision and no fear of deportation. The fact is that no matter how many times DHS Secretary Mayorkas says the border is closed, the numbers don’t lie. Since March, at least 160,000 illegal migrants have been released into the United States. There is a broad use of limited parole authority that made more than 30,000 migrants eligible for work permits

Washington — Millions of retirees on Social Security will get a 5.9% boost in benefits for 2022. The biggest cost-of-living adjustment in 39 years follows a burst in inflation as the economy struggles to shake off the drag of the coronavirus pandemic. The COLA, as it’s commonly called, amounts to $92 a month for the average retired worker, according to estimates released Wednesday by the Social Security Administration. That marks an abrupt break from a long lull in inflation that saw cost-of-living adjustments averaging just 1.65% a year over the last 10 years.

The latest inflation reading shows that prices rose by 5.4 percent on an annualized basis in September as supply chain bottlenecks, worker shortages and high demand kept prices rising, according to data released Wednesday by the Bureau of Labor Statistics. The inflation rate rose a seasonally adjusted 0.4 percent in September from August, according to the latest Consumer Price Index. That is well below the 0.9 percent seen in June but not enough to point to slowing inflation. Increases in food and shelter accounted for more than half of the index’s increase, with food rising 0.9 percent. Gasoline rose 3.9 percent and new vehicles rose by 1.3 percent.
