Employers Beware: You May Be Liable for
Vaccine Mandates

Original Article

Pilots are protesting Southwest Airlines’ requirement that all employees must get COVID-19 vaccinations, and news reports speculated that mass cancelations of Southwest flights that began over the weekend were the result of pilots staging a “sickout.” But employee protests, sickouts, walk-outs, and terminations may not be the biggest threats employers face if they impose vaccine mandates. Employers that are considering forcing their employees to get COVID-19 vaccines as a condition of employment should be aware they could face legal liability—and potentially for big money—if and when an employee or potential hire suffers death or other adverse health

Comments:

I had wondered about this. They are mandating experimental “vaccines” that have already brought some very bad reactions, including death. They clearly didn’t think it through. Taylor recommends legal advice.

Exactly right. Government may have indemnified Big Pharma, but don't be surprised when they duck and let business take it right in the face for doing their bidding. These CEOs better realize that Xiden is not their friend, and will throw them under the bus willing as long as he gets what he wants - no matter how instrumental they were in helping.

There will be lawsuits from shareholders for the losses incurred when either employees take job actions (see Southwest Air) and for lost revenue/performance related issues. There will be damages from personal injuries by forcing a jab under duress. There will be legal costs for the lawsuits, there will be loss of revenue from boycotts, and there will be significant damage control costs. Biden must have promised them a chunk of cash out of that $3.5T, or threatened them if they don’t play along. And voting will fix this how?

I've had my lawyer draw up an assumption of liability for my employer. We haven't presented it to them yet but I'm looking forward to the conversation.

Don't worry. If the airlines get into financial trouble over this, they will be nationalized; they are too big to fail.

I said the very thing to my co-workers. If my company is going to impose mandates on me to take a jab that I know will harm me, while they know nothing about me or my health, I want to know how much my children can sue them for if I were to pass away if I gave in and let them force me to take it? If they can't guarantee my safety in taking the jab, they won't force me to take it. I imagine the companies don't care, because they know there's a secret plan for the fascist government to make them free from liability. How do you explain so many companies imposing the mandate without finding out whether it actually exists?

Why, if this covid is such a threat, are these vaccine mandate dates in the future? Shouldn't they be immediate? Shouldn't companies be mandated to have nurses on site to administer the jabs? bidet says we have plenty of the vax so why can't my PCP get and administer it? But I can get it at a drive through location or pharmacy? This whole exercise is odorous.

American truckers don’t like taking orders. But the Biden administration has increased pressure on them to take the vaccine—willing or unwilling. All through the pandemic, truckers endured hardships to keep America’s infrastructure running. They waited in line for hours in sight of bathrooms they weren’t allowed to use. On the road, some died alone of COVID-19. For instance, a recent article by Jennifer Finney Boylan was headlined “Abortion Rights and Trans Rights Are Two Sides of the Same Coin.” Yes, and the coin is currency from Hell. Although there are abortion supporters who oppose transgenderism and vice versa, Boylan is correct that the justifications for abortion and transgenderism share most of their ideological DNA. Both are rooted in hatred for the givenness of human embodiment and its limitations. Both should be rejected in favor of something better. Boylan, who identifies as transgender, objects to giving “the state the right to limit what you can or cannot do with your
