Taliban bring back ‘virtue’ ministry,
stoning and amputations for ‘major sins’

Kabul, Afghanistan—The Taliban’s reinstatement of the Ministry for Propagation of Virtue and Prevention of Vice—which was abolished following the US occupation—sent a collective shudder through many Afghans, who remembered it for its strict interpretation of Islamic law. “The main purpose is to serve Islam. Therefore, it is compulsory to have Ministry of Vice and Virtue,” Mohammad Yousuf, who says he is around 32 years old and responsible for the “central zone” of Afghanistan, tells me from inside his Kabul office on Monday. “We will punish as per the Islamic rules. Whatever Islam guides us, we will punish accordingly.”(Snip)“Islam has its rules for major sins.

Comments:

They want Islam, but they don't want Islam, and I don't care. Meanwhile, the US version of the Taliban tears down statues it does not like, forces exposure homosexuality on preschoolers, presents all sorts of outlandish filth on TV, forces vaccinations on the populace, refuses to punish real criminals, encourages people to be "cancelled" for opposing Marxist groupthink, and pushes any number of transgressions that no one would believe 20 or even 10 years ago.

Sounds very much like the Dims. Stone the unvaccinated. Behead the racists (who are by Dim definitions the Dims’ political enemies and never the Dims themselves, since according to Dim definitions the first and loudest accusor is never guilty).

I understand that the Tallyban is undertaking a masssive rebuilding project. They don't have enough tall buildings to toss their enemies and persecuted people off of. I guess that's what Biden meant by "Build Back Better." Because it's not happening in the USA.

They are not now and never have been compatible with the civilized world. A 7th century ideology that enslaves people . It's vicious and evil. They control all aspects of people's lives. Muslims murdered thousands upon thousands of muslims in Pakistan for not being " muslim enough ". People have to stand up against this filth. It's not aggression to do so, it's self defense.

Thumbing through the Civil Rights Act, looking for Gay, Homosexual, LGBT... Nope, doesn't mention it anywhere. Thinking that it should have been in there is good enough for a political activist Judge. This will be appealed. There is way to many legal precedence and conservative justices for this to stand.

A US Army Lieutenant Colonel has resigned and given up his pension after more than 19 years of service because he refuses President Joe Biden's 'unethical, immoral and tyrannical' vaccine mandate. Lt Col Paul Douglas Hague's resignation letter has been shared nearly 10,000 times since his wife tweeted the memo and announced the Army vet is 'walking away from all he's worked for and believed in since he was an ROTC kid'. China‘s large-scale buildup of nuclear forces is part of a Beijing strategy to emulate the nuclear forces of Russia, the director of the Defense Intelligence Agency disclosed Tuesday. Army Lt. Gen. Scott Berrier, the DIA chief, said Chinese military forces are advancing on both the conventional and nuclear front, with the nuclear elements among the most concerning aspects. “When we talk about existential threats, the nuclear triad that the Russians have is credible and it’s effective, and I think the Chinese see that nuclear triad as a goal that they would like to have,” Gen. Berrier said. Gen. Berrier made the comments during a conference Tuesday along with five other

Highly alarmed, the former Chinese Communist Party insider, whose defection to the United States in 1997 made global news, alerted intelligence agencies, a US politician with links to the president and Chinese human rights activist Dimon Liu.

The poverty rate in the United States declined during 2020—the height of the COVID pandemic's economic shutdown—because of trillions in government spending. About 9.1 per cent of Americans were poor last year, the Census Bureau noted on Tuesday, down from 11.8 per cent in 2019. Poverty is defined as having an income of less than $26,200 a year for a family of four. That number is based on a measure of poverty that includes the impact of government aid programs, which got funding boosts last year because of the pandemic.(Snip)Tuesday's news comes as President Joe Biden is pushing Congress for another round of government spending

I held off on writing about the “F*** Joe Biden” chants that began at college football games a couple of weeks ago. I had three reasons. First, I’m not a fan of obscenities because I think they cheapen speech. Second, these chants were initially small groups at Southern colleges, which really didn’t seem like a “thing.” Third, I wasn’t going to get excited until I learned whether the chants had legs. Well, it turns out they do have legs and they’re becoming large chants at multiple games (including New York baseball games). And most importantly, Joe Biden knows about them and isn’t happy.

A popular catch-phrase among pro-Trump patriots is: “Nothing can stop what is coming.” This is based on the theory that there are things quietly going on behind the scenes, that President Trump still has a hand in what is happening today. Perhaps he is laying a giant trap for Democrats and the deep state establishment. Or perhaps the military is in control under the theory of devolution. Or perhaps, this is all delusional wishful thinking.
