Obama’s Former Ambassador to Afghanistan:
I Question Biden’s ‘Ability

The fall of Afghanistan has shocked Obama’s former ambassador to such a degree that he is now questioning President Joe Biden’s ability to lead the nation. Speaking with The Spokesman-Review, Ryan Crocker, who served as Obama’s ambassador from 2011 to 2012, lamented that the Biden administration failed to see the Taliban’s swift takeover when preparing for the withdrawal from Afghanistan.“I think the direction was predictable; the trajectory was not,” he said. “What President Biden has done is to embrace the Afghan policy of President Trump, and this is the outcome.”Just a little over a month ago, Joe Biden rejected assertions that U.S. withdrawal would lead to

"Overall, Crocker had serious doubts about President Biden’s ability to lead. “I’m left with some grave questions in my mind about his ability to lead our nation as commander-in-chief,” Crocker said. “To have read this so wrong – or, even worse, to have understood what was likely to happen and not care.” Crocker knows, or should know. that Biden is not leading our nation as commander-in-chief or otherwise. Our massively bloated, overpaid intelligence agencies are responsible for the disgraceful Afghanistan withdrawal. Worse: It's almost certain that no one in any of these agencies will be held responsible. They are already very busy preparing their excuses.

Biden thinks Afghanistan is the blanket he uses when he takes his afternoon nap. He is not deciding anything. There are dark forces behind him who are leading, and they do not want what's best for America. They want to weaken the US by strengthening our enemies. They want chaos. They are not incompetent. They know exactly what they're doing. America was the last bastion of freedom on this earth. If the deep state succeeds in transforming it, there will be nothing standing in their way. At the moment it looks like they are winning, but this is far from over.

So where does this leave us: President Harris? President Pelosi? I condemn the Press for allowing this man to vegetate in his basement and never holding to account for Hunter, his plagiarism, his record in the past and his rampant criminality just because they hated Donald Trump. I also condemn my Democratic friends who were only too willing to listen to the anti Trump Press and never be curious or be willing to think on their own because THEY hated Donald Trump. One thing you can say for Trump: he is a pragmatist. If he set a leave by date and was warned it had flaws he would have at least listened, and he certainly would have flexed muscle and changed course when things started to look iffy. I truly have contempt,p[t for the Press and my "friends" for allowing this to happen just because they held a grudge.

Destroy America's energy independence, open the southern border, flood the country with covid-positive illegal aliens, set an inflation fire, make the military "woke" and welcoming to all sorts of misfits, surrender Afghanistan to the taliban in a humiliating defeat. Question: If the Biden handlers had set out to INTENTIONALLY destroy America, what would they have done differently? NO ONE is wrong ALL the time. There is nothing random about this.

Crocker’s comments amount to the Obama crew seemingly distancing themselves from the quickly politically diminishing Biden, and fraudulently attempting to blame Trump who has been out of office now for eight months, for the ongoing fiasco and Taliban victory that is ongoing in Afghanistan. The next move by Biden should be to dispatch Harris to Afghanistan in a burka to determine the “root cause” of the Taliban taking over Afghanistan, who could argue with that? As Biden can’t send any of his high ranking “woke” Generals over there as they are too busy trying to root out elusive and mysterious “White Supremacists” from the US military. They say that Biden is going to to give a teleprompter driven speech to America as soon as he has something to say about Afghanistan, maybe after the Taliban capture some American military aircraft at the Kabul Airport! About the only option left for Biden to get Americans and others out of Afghanistan is for him to bribe the Taliban with offers of billions of dollars of American “aid”.

My takeaway was how cold, and hard, and compassionless Biden was as he sought to extricate himself from the catastrophe of his own making. He blamed everyone but himself for his failure, particularly the Afghan army. He smarmily assured terrified Afghanis left behind he'd now speak out for their human rights instead of actually protect them. He effectively told U.S. servicemembers their service was for nothing. It was appalling.

Although the White House had intended to keep Biden under wraps for as long as possible, the demand that he say something – anything – about the unfolding debacle in Afghanistan forced him to leave Camp David for a 20-minute statement, after which he refused to take any questions. The important part of what he said boils down to one sentence: We had to leave and everything that went wrong was Trump’s or the Afghans' fault.
