President Joe Biden delivered a speech of quiet fury at the White House on Monday, defending his decision to bring home U.S. troops before blaming Afghan leaders for their failure to prevent the country collapsing. 'I stand squarely behind my decision,' Biden said. 'After 20 years I've learned the hard way. That there was never a good time to withdraw U.S. forces.' It was the first time the president had spoken publicly about the unfolding crisis in six days. He was forced to return from Camp David amid hostile headlines about his absence from Washington while Americans were being rescued from Kabul airport.

If they won't fight for their freedom .... let them suffer.
Kill the poppy crop this year and every year going forward.
We have more important battles for freedom right here in America.

I feel like I’m in the Twilight Zone,
And Xiden’s demeanor during this speech reinforces the disconnect people have w him: i .e., does he really have dementia (yes, I believe he does).
But it’s hard to explain his glibness in reading his ‘prompter today and juxtapose that image with the bumbling fool who goes through the bushes.
And today he came across as BELIEVING everything he was saying,
(I’m confused)

Questions? Yes - - there definitely were questions!
"Mr. President! Mr. President! Where did you buy that tie? - - Mr. President! Is Dr. Jill enjoying her vacation?"
Questions galore!

Our senile 'Coward-in-Chief' has spoken. in April of 1975, a 32-year-old Senator Joe Biden voted to abandon the Vietnamese. In August of 2021, a 78 year old President Biden decided to abandoned the Afghans. Same rodeo, same clown!!!

Interesting that biden the cheater made the assertion during his 15-minute tirade that he did not want a fifth U.S. president to have to deal with the Afghan war. Wonder if this is a hint that he plans to resign soon or before his term is up.
Xiden, why the bug out for camp david? Easier to manage the sundowning there?

Biden says his hands were tied by deal Trump made. I seem to remember Biden had no trouble reversing many of Trump agreements on day one of his presidency.

Biden thinks that stealing Truman's "The Buck Stops Here" trademark would sell. But even many of the democrat favoring media didn't buy into it.
Biden's trademark seems to be" "When the going gets tough, the tough take vacation".

Most of America (about 90%) always knew that Afghanistan was going to topple again --- it was just a matter of time. However, it was the way it fell down that was totally unprepared for and that fact is now so upsetting. It just smacks of downright betrayal. An orderly bug-out was never planned or prepared for by Biden. Trump told the Taliban leaders if they attacked us as we drew down our forces, he'd bomb them to Kingdom Come. They believed him --- they don't believe China Joe. What a slap in the face to our dead and wounded! And if I was the leader of Taiwan I'd be sick to my stomach as that island is next.
The Taliban are like Al Capone. They are not interested in running for Mayor --- but they are interested in running the place. They will use brute force to do so. They are a maundering herd of wild animals with weapons. And they will roll over an area like locusts. Genghis Khan has nothing on them. Just as violent and just as inhuman.

This man has ALWAYS been despicable, and the Press and others looked the other way this last round (what excuses them for all the earlier years? "Lovable ole Joe?") no matter what: impending senility, cooperation (probably the instigator) of Hunter Biden's bagman tour, lies and rampant plagiarism, sniffing hair plus a reputable accusation of rape, etc. Hating Trump (but maybe not his policies, which were bearing real financial and security fruit) was the reason. Today Twitter is allowing a Taliban leader to post but not Trump et al.

The fraud Joe Biden thinks he delivered a speech with 'quiet fury' that will be enough to scare off his detractors. No so fast Joe this Taliban is not the JV in Obama's dreams and this isn't Corn Pop you are dealing with. Many deaths are going to follow these days. Be ready, Joe, with more speeches of 'quiet fury' about the killing that is coming and that can't be blamed on your predecessor when it happens. It's your style Joe to brag on yourself so get ready with your made up tough guy stories you are going to need them.

The bucks stop with the whole corrupt Democrat cartel who sicced this useful idiot on the American people with the 2020 fraudulent election. To say the buck stops with me or I take full responsibility after the fact means absolutely nothing. The only bucks Joe has are those in his offshore bank account deposited there for favors rendered.

The Dems are soooo proficient at issuing "non-confessions". This one - like so many others - feigns responsibility while blaming others. Truman, JFK, and "Scoop" Jackson are dead: and so is the party that once represented them.

What took place yesterday in Afghanistan made our withdrawal from Vietnam look like child’s play. Perhaps in World history, there has never been a withdrawal operation that has been handled so disastrously. A President who has been illegitimately elected has brought great shame, in many ways, to our Country!

Joebama insists on using the Obama affectation “Tollybahn". It is not correct. It's Tal-i-ban.
But Obie tried to talk like a local. He affected whatever pronunciation he thought would please them. With Biden it’s “monkey see, monkey do” and we know who his organ grinder is.

He can say one thing, then right after forget what he said and completely contradict himself. Doesn't know his right hand from his left - completely delusional. So id he says the buck stops here and yet blames Trump, all self-awareness has been lost. My mother has short term dementia -- meaning, she'll forget what she just said or what I just said and the conversation goes around in a circle.
Not only is Biden clueless about what is going on, but I also question whether ANYONE in that admin knows what's going on? They are all the worst of anything I have seen in the WH. It's absolutely PAINFUL to watch all of this. Writers called the Afghan situation a horror show.
