The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has authorized a monoclonal antibody cocktail as a measure to prevent infection in some groups of people who were exposed to the CCP virus, the pathogen that causes COVID-19. The FDA on Friday announced that it had revised its emergency use authorization (EUA) for REGEN-COV, a treatment consisting of jointly administered casirivimab and imdevimab, expanding its use beyond just the treatment of patients who test positive for the virus. While the product remains authorized for treating confirmed COVID-19 patients over age 12 who are at high risk of severe illness, the agency said the drug combo can now be given to high-risk groups as a measure

Post-exposure PROPHYLAXIS with a drug regimen costing thousands? Are they nuts? Okay, stupid question. Of course they are nuts. If exposed take a CHEAP regimen of Ivermectin, HCQ, Zn, and Vit D3. Data strongly suggest mitigation of significant illness if any.

They approve expensive but marginally effective drugs, but not ivermectin, which is cheap and very effective. How can any thinking person believe anything the FDA says...?

Freedom to try! I want Ivermectin and Hydroxyclorine. I'm 75 and already taking Zinc and Vitamin D3 every day. I'm a walking High-Risk citizen and I want access to these cheap, effective prophylactics. Haven't the drug companies made enough money already? I don't care what Liar Fauchi and ignorant corrupt politicians say.

Ivermectin is readily available without a prescription. It can be found at any feed store/farm and ranch store. It is used to de-worm pets and livestock. Same drug as prescription just not in a tablet form. These stores are displaying 'warnings' but that is just a KYA legal and political necessity. Now other therapeutics for covid are not so easily gotten if your doctor won't prescribe.

At this point the FDA is so much of a bunch of corrupt liars, doing what is best for the profits of Big Pharma, not for the people......I don't trust a word that they say.

The World Health Organization called on Wednesday for a moratorium on coronavirus vaccine booster shots until the end of September to help all countries vaccinate at least 10 percent of their populations, appealing to the world’s wealthiest nations to address dramatic disparities in global vaccination rates. “I understand the concern of all governments to protect their people from the Delta variant,” Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, director general of the W.H.O., said in a briefing. “But we cannot — and we should not — accept countries that have already used most of the global supply of vaccines using even more of it, while the world’s most vulnerable people remain unprotected.”
