Mexico bars US from returning many migrant
families, threatening to make border crisis worse

Tough tacos, Mexico. We are sending them back. Deal with it.

Will Kamala "Heels Up" Harris return to the "border" or did she simply spend a lot of time at an airport/facility? Will Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro N. Mayorkas continue his lies to the American people by stating that the border situation is under control and not chaotic? Will Joe "Dementia" Biden agree to whatever his handlers want as long as there's a bowl of ice cream involved?

Mexico need not accept returns of citizens of other countries--like Honduras, El Salvador, Costa Rica, Guatemala, and even the Asians and Middle Eastern Asian [potential] terrorists such as Iranians, Pakistanis, Syrians, Moroccans, etc., who are daily entering the US via the Mexican border. Of the several thousand entering daily, surely scores--or hundreds--are covid carriers. I think the Mexican Presidente is more than capable of staring down Joey Pudding in an international face off on this issue. Joey and Kamela have stepped in it and our country will suffer from their foolhardy decisions. They do whatever Obama tells them to do. Obama wants to bring this country down.

President Donald J. Trump proved to be the only politician much less President who actually MADE Mexico at least pretend to respect our sovereignty.

U.S. needs to send them back to their ORIGINAL country, not just Mexico. He's right. This will cost a fortune but in the long run it's cheaper than providing for these parasites.

If you deport them back home, they just return over and over again. We see this pattern repeatedly. Try putting them on a ship and deporting them to Africa instead. They might still make it back, but its a much longer walk. Or, give them to our friends the Chinese, who have done so much for us in the past. Let the word get out that if you are caught that we are sending you off continent, and this BS will slow to a trickle. Mexico rids itself of excess labor and gains billions in Western Union/Walmart remissions. The US gets the benefit of cheap labor (far less than $15/hr under the table), and a workforce to replace the largely indolent Urban Community "inactivists". As for the problems...just more costs of doing business.

This policy suits the Democrats just fine. 1/ They don't want to send them back anyway, and 2. it gives them an excuse.

Trump had a deal that they stay in Mexico that way Mexico just stopped them at their southern border because they don't want them either. Now Biden takes them in and flies them to a red state. I suggest flying them back home.

Put them on a one way trip to Guatemala.

Put Biden and Harris at the front of the pack and shove all of them back across the border thru the unfinished wall. No more MEXICAN laborers allowed into the United States.

In reality there is no law or international treaty that requires Mexico to receive back into their territory any person who is not a Mexican citizen, and it is the Mexicans who decide who is a Mexican citizen and not Biden Administration functionaries, and that includes all of the third country So-called migrants (illegal aliens) who have gained unlawful entry to the USA in accordance with Biden’s “open borders” policies, that are contrary to the current US immigration laws, and are designed to flood the USA with economic migrants (illegal aliens) under the guise of them being legitimate asylum seekers, who the Democrats consider to be future leftist and socialist Democrat voters in the years ahead. Once a third country other than Mexican migrant (illegal alien) is found in the USA, in order for the USA to deport or send back that illegal alien to his or her country of citizenship, the USA must first obtain a travel document from the illegal alien’s country of citizenship, which can take months in itself to procure, along with permission from that country to accept their citizen back into their country. Remember each individual illegal alien is considered to be an individual case. During the Trump era the foreign countries who have been sending large numbers of illegal aliens to the USA did not dare to tell the “America First” Trump that they would not accept their citizens back into their countries anytime the USA decided to deport or or otherwise send back illegal aliens to those countries. Obviously things have changed! As far as Mexico is concerned, there is a provision in the Mexican Federal Constitution that provides that it is unconstitutional for Mexican authorities to stop any Mexican citizen from leaving Mexico at any place or time. That provision was created to ensure that Mexican citizens unlawfully crossing the US borderline would not be interfered with by Mexican authorities as they transited the Mexican side of the borderline. That’s why Mexico does not have any sort of border patrol. Of course that provision also serves to protect human traffickers (coyotes) and the criminal cartels as they push all sorts of illicit narcotics and other contraband across the borderline. Notice that we have not heard anything in the media about Mexican illegal aliens continuing to unlawfully cross the US borderline since Biden assumed office? The out of control borderline is bound to get a lot worse as more and more intending illegal aliens from countries all over the world show up at the borderline, make spurious claims to asylum in the USA in unlimited numbers, and are allowed to remain in the USA as oppressed “people of color” and prospective leftist and socialist Democrat voters in the months and years ahead.

Fine.... put these illegal aliens on a plane, fly over Mexico City, issue them parachutes and push them out.

You know that $ 444 MILLON we give Mexico each year? Mexico can use it or lose it and kick them back to whatever country they came into Mexico from. Keep booting them back down the chain of countries they came in from until they are back home where they belong.

Here is the Article of the Mexican Constitution that #25 referred to: Article 11 Every person has the right to enter and leave the country, to travel through its territory and to move house without the necessity of a letter of safe passage, passport, safe-conduct or any other similar requirement. "Every person" is an interesting phrase. If taken literally it means exactly that - no papers necessary. That would include those other country nationals...

I stopped buying products from china... To the Mexicans every person means “Mexican citizens” and not the people who are citizens of other countries, including US citizens, unless they are duel nationals who also hold Mexican citizenship. That is evidenced by the fact that when US citizens are allowed to pass Mexican border controls that permission only extends to a twenty-five mile zone from the borderline on South. Beyond that area US citizens must apply for permission to travel further into the interior of Mexico from the Mexican immigration authorities. When successful US citizens are given a written permission approval. The Mexicans also have another law that grants all Mexican-Americans born in the USA Mexican citizenship, if they apply and their application is approved. Who knows how many Mexican-Americans have ever bothered to apply. To vote in Mexican elections every qualified Mexican citizen is issued a Mexican citizen’s voter registration ID card that contains the personal identification data and photograph of the bearer. That card must be presented when voting.

According to international law, Mexico can keep the migrants or send them back to the previous country they came to Mexico from. Those are the only two options. Mexico is responsible for controlling the border from their side. Letting refugees cross the border into the USA is an act of war. They are dumping their refugee problem on us. Close the border to trucks and trains coming from Mexico. Close the border also to anyone who is not an american citizen or green card holder. The problem will get fixed overnight. The trucks and cars can't sneak across the border. Try to find a US President with the spine not to be ass-whipped by the Mexican government. This is not a refugee problem, this is a border problem. Use our control of the legal crossing to end the illegal invasion. A second method, not as good as this, is to not allow citizenship to anyone who does not have the documentation to prove they came here legally.

Biden caused the whole mess, it's his responsibility to fix it, or anybody higher up in the government who cares (not Kamala) All they have to do is fly the illegals back to the country of origin instead of flying them to scattered parts of the US but the truth is, things are going exactly as Biden and the communist swamp want. Any South American or Middle Eastern terrorist could be a US citizen in a year.

The only thing I'm going to miss is Corona.
