NIH Director Collins: Parents of Young Children
Should Wear Masks Inside Home

Original Article

National Institutes of Health director Dr. Francis Collins said Tuesday on CNN’s “New Day” that parents should wear masks in their homes to protect children under 12 who can not yet get vaccinated. Collins said, “It’s clear that this variant is capable of causing serious injury in children. You have heard those stories coming out of Louisiana pediatric ICUs where there are kids as young as a few months old who are sick from this. That is rare, certainly younger people are less likely to fall ill, but anyone that tried to tell you ‘Ah, you don’t have worry about it if you’re a young, healthy person,’

Comments:

Yeah, RIGHT!! Good luck with THAT one, Skippy!!!

So we have had 4 previous surges. What was the data on unmasked parents spreading COVID to little kids on those previous surges? Exactly, 0%! No evidence once again from the CDC. Just more BS.

Precisely opposite of "the science", as usual from the CDC and NIH. The age range that has the absolutely lowest risk from this Chinese virus is the 0-10 age group, with the 11-20 group nearly as unaffected. Worrying about children getting this virus is just political theater, has no bearing on the facts of the disease at all. Another reason to never trust anything that NIH or CDC says. They are so politically warped as to be almost a perfect "opposite indicator". If CDC/NIH says to do something, you are almost guaranteed to be better off doing the opposite.

It is readily apparent to anyone paying attention that the Dementia Joe Administration is one gigantic screw-up (to put it politely). So in order to try to distract us from paying attention to all their screw ups, the administrations apparatchiks are trying to frighten with overblown dire warnings about the Delta Variant, complete with new mask mandates. But the Elite don't abide by the mandates, so we shouldn't either. In fact, it's time for some civil disobedience. Remember how they used to burn draft cards in the streets? It's time we took to the streets to burn the facial diapers they so badly want us to put back on..

If there are actual cases of children in the ICU, how many patients? And how many of these pediatric patients had compromised immune systems before contracting covid?

RE: #21, Dr. Malione, the inventor of the mRNA vaccine concept, addressed this in an interview with Italian TV. He said that there had been 397 deaths of children from Wuhan flu, IIRC, and that "all had some serious pre-existing condition, such as cancer." I think that anyone who has cancer needs to be pretty careful about any other infection exposure. I regularly visited an old friend who had cancer during the height of the pandemic. We often ate together, so had no masks, sat perhaps 4 feet apart for hours to visit and talk, for about a year. I never got it, he never got it. Sadly, the cancer finally killed him, but he never got this damned Chinese flu.

He totally ignores the psychological damage to a child not being able to see the parent's full face and learn emotional signals, such as a smile. Does he even consider that a parent will warp the kid for a lifetime to avoid a temporary risk that is miniscule? How is it that supposedly educated people do not get it that the mask has a huge hole between every thread and the virus is like a tiny gnat's nad that will not be stopped or even slowed down by a mask? The only thing a mask does is hide your face. A garbage bag would do a better job, doc. Try it for a few hours and let us know how that works out.

The pair, who joined Fox News host Sean Hannity’s show, disagreed over President Joe Biden’s relaxed border policies at the U.S.-Mexico border despite the rise in COVID-19 cases. Steadily increasing gun sales across the country as the COVID-19 pandemic lingered and then reignited in recent weeks amid the spread of the new Delta variant continue to cause sustained shortages of ammunition, which is impacting new gun owners, law enforcement agencies, and firearms instructors. Gun sales, especially for first-time buyers, soared as the pandemic stretched for months last year but also as riots and criminal violence rose dramatically as well, all of which placed strains on U.S. ammunition makers who struggled to keep up. Sales appeared to surge again after Joe Biden won the presidency and gun-control-pushing Democrats took over Congress, putting ammo makers even further behind.
