A Los Angeles County employee was arrested Monday in the City of Industry on federal charges alleging she was among the crowd that breached the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6.
Lois Lynn McNicoll, 69, of San Clemente, a Department of Public Social Services employee, made her initial appearance in Los Angeles federal court following her arrest and was released on a $10,000 bond, according to FBI spokeswoman Laura Eimiller.
McNicoll is charged in federal court in the District of Columbia with knowingly entering or remaining in any restricted building or grounds without lawful authority and violent entry and disorderly conduct on Capitol grounds, according to a federal criminal complaint made public Monday.

We get a lot of that these days.

#2 Our corrupt and criminal government murdered 4 innocent people on Jan. 6th and then charged hundreds with BS "crimes". Lots of "slip ups"

#2, starting to look more like they're the F.I.B. instead of the FBI.

Um, if the cops hold the door open for you, it is not called "unlawful entry."
It is either called "entrapment" or it is called nothing at all.
Yeah I'd like to see the id's and affiliations of the knuckleheads talking about coming back w/guns and gloating about stopping the vote count. Which was the death knell for the rightful winner of the 2020. Were they fbi or blantifa imbeds?

In these circumstances of being welcomed and assisted to enter by a Capitol Policeman, the common societal view would be that Ms. McNicoll was granted the status of an official 'business invitee' onto the premises, with all the legal rights and privileges of an honoured guest. As such, the CP are required to protect her and uphold her rights--not violate or criminalise them.

Once again, FBI Misdirector Wray shows his hatred for President Trump and his supporters, from Rudy Guiliani and Roger Stone to this 69 year old grandmother and the 430+ January 6th demonstrators tracked down by Wray’s goons. Worse than Wray’s political vendetta against Trump is that his FBI ignored the Obama led plotters who conducted a coup against a sitting President.
Sadly, this incredibly smug Director has 6 more years on his appointment, an appointment made by Trump at the recommendation of a coup member, Rod Rosenstein.

So, if a Capitol police officer holding the door open isn't 'lawful authority', what is?
She should walk. But, of course, 'the process is the punishment' now in the KGB ruled DC Kangaroo Kourts. Six or eight months in jail, "awaiting trail", when a guilty verdict would be a $50 fine for trespassing.

So why are Republicans stonewalling an investigation on the whole affair? If all these video hours, reports of capitol cops opening doors, polite elderly people wandering around - why don't Repubs want this in the open? Who shot Ashli Babbet? Why is Nancy pushing harder for investigation than Mitch?

Lesson: You do not talk to an FBI agent, no matter what, without an attorney. Sorry, but that's what's happening today. Entrapment! If they come to your door, you ask if they have a subpoena, if not, you don't talk to them. You take the subpoena and say I'll talk to you with my attorney. You don't talk to them without legal representation. Think Communist Russia! They may or may not come back and if they do, there's some legal here out there you can get for conservatives. Don't be afraid, threatened or intimidated by these agents! They are sent by haters of good people!
These people are looking for Trump supporters in search of a crime, not a crime in search of a person!

69 years old is now 'elderly' - then what is 79 ? ' on death's door ' - people live much longer now, on average, and 69 is NOT elderly. Check the ages of all of politicians in D>C>. THAT'S elderly, and cognitively diminished.

This should lead to the dismissal of charges against most of the others charged with illegal entry. Since it can be shown she was offered entrance and there is video proving it it can not be proven that everyone else was given the same open door policy.

The article failed to mention her MAJOR crime: liking Trump and the audacity of wearing clothing with his name or likeness on it.
The real criminal was the writer who called 69 elderly. I'm 79 and I double dog dare you to call me elderly to my face. Bring it over here so I an beat you with my cane.

Like I said before, the Capitol Police were acting as tour guides pointing and waving people toward the House Chambers. Now, clearly shows they were being welcoming gentlemen and opening doors for people. That was one of the best pic's I've seen of the Capitol Police in action. They made a mistake by releasing this. Makes me wonder how much evidence is on the 14,000 hours of security video.
