An order handed down by a Georgia judge today named several individual members of a county elections board as respondents in an election-related lawsuit, clearing the way for an intensive audit of 2020 absentee ballots in Georgia's largest county. Superior Court Judge Brian Amero in a Thursday ruling dismissed several claims brought against governmental entities of Fulton County on sovereign immunity grounds, but he allowed the five members of Fulton County's Board of Registration and Elections to be named in the suit.

So - - in just a matter of months - - it will be clear that President Trump won Arizona, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, and Michigan - - giving him 305 electoral votes to Xi-den's 233. Then comes the BIG question - - what happens next?

This is not a "huge victory". Whoever wrote that headline is a moron. The judge, by splitting the plaintiffs, makes it almost impossible to single out any as the direct cause of the harm, therefore NO AUDIT. The judge checkmated us and the reported is oblivious.

The judges ruling is correct in that it protects public elected officials from being personally held liable for civil rights violations resulting from their official duties. No one would ever go into politics if they could be prosecuted for doing their job. They are not immune from criminal charges of malfeasance or fraud but that is not what the civil lawsuit was alleging. That day may eventually come but its not today. The officials are certainly not immune from political pressure if they want to remain in power and this ruling means they have no personal liability reason to refuse approving a valid election audit. Its still up to the engaged citizens of Georgia and their leaders to ensure this happens. The evidence of lack of chain of custody controls is sufficient to warrant a deeper review of the entire process. The real tell that all this is making those who ran the steal and are now covering it up is the DOJ lawsuit by Merrick Garland and his henchwoman Kristen Clarke to intimidate GA by challenging the election laws they just enacted to prevent the next steal. Anybody trying to get to the truth of Nov 3 2020 will be tarred as a racist if they get away with this unconstitutional knee capping attempt.

At this point, this is not about criminal charges. This is only about getting hands on the ballots.

Trump is not coming back as President...that’s a delusional fantasy. These audit are not going to change anything. I’m betting the Arizona audit won’t show much either.

Makes no difference what any audit finds, because there are no consequences for those that rigged the elections. SCOTUS pretty much gave them carte blanche when they refused to consider anything election related. Knowing the truth is one thing, doing something about it is something else. Arizona, Georgia and Michigan not only stole the Presidency for the commies, they also stole the Senate. That isn't going to be addressed, either.

It is not the headline writer, but the lead attorney who is calling tis a big a win. " Bob Cheeley, an Atlanta-area lawyer serving as the lead attorney for two of the petitioners, told Just the News that the filing will help the complainants "get an audit and get to the truth" and that the audit will move forward following the decision. “This is a huge victory for everyone who wants to get to the truth about the way in which Fulton County mishandled the absentee ballot count,” he said on Thursday evening. " Is he just putting a shine on a sneaker? It looks to me like the audit proceeds, as this judge had previously ordered before the last minute sand bagging appeal from dems.

It's shameful that it took so long to declare a national holiday to commemorate the end of slavery in the United States. But the nation's first official Juneteenth holiday weekend got off to an inauspicious start, to say the very least. CNN reported gun violence in multiple locations, including my own small town of Granger, Indiana. My teenage son works at the family-owned grocery store in the same little shopping center where five people were shot (one fatally) at a "Juneteenth Summer Bash" party held at a tavern.

Did we ever need masks? It’s a touchy, complex question. People may not want to learn that millions of us covered our faces for 15 months for no good reason after all. But asking the questions is exactly what we must do. Last week, a trove of Dr. Anthony Fauci’s emails were released to the public. In a Feb. 5, 2020, email to a Team Obama health official, the virus guru wrote that masks were for infected people, and that “the typical mask you buy in a drug store is not really effective in keeping out the virus, which is small enough to pass through the material.”

There is still life in a 2020 election fraud lawsuit in northern Michigan. Attorneys for Antrim County and Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson are objecting to a proposed order from Matthew DePerno, the attorney for the plaintiff, filed after a judge rejected an effort last month to force a new audit of the results. In anticipation of an appeal, 13th Circuit Court Judge Kevin Elsenheimer said it was is his understanding that all other matters had been put on hold for the time being and noted the court "will take all pending motions under advisement."

Russian President Vladimir Putin on Monday signed a law to officially end the country’s Open Skies Treaty with the U.S. less than two weeks before his meeting with President Biden in Geneva. Last month, the Biden administration told Russia that it had no plans to rejoin the arms control pact that was abandoned during the Trump administration. (Biden, the candidate, called Trump’s move "short-sighted.") Former Secretary of State Mike Pompeo tweeted last November, "America is more secure" after withdrawing from the 1992 treaty. "Russia remains in noncompliance with its obligations," he said, according to the Arms Control Associatio.

It’s the trollish MAGA slice of the caucus that’s championing this, but for once they have Pelosi at a disadvantage. Why, precisely, are House members still being asked to mask up on the floor? The CDC’s new guidance says that vaccinated people no longer need to wear masks, even indoors. According to CNN, every last Democrat in the House and Senate has been vaxxed. If everyone in the chamber unmasks, the only people who are at risk are unvaccinated Republicans.

In my opinion, this definition can be applied to a majority of the young, brainwashed radicals who have no idea about the true history of Marxism
