Obama Presidential Library Cost Skyrockets – It Is Going To Cost Barry’s Foundation At Least $700 Million

Original Article

The saga of former President Obama’s library has been going on for years. At one point, the library was encountering legal troubles. It seems the builders were going to go right through a historic section of Chicago. Some criticized the library for not containing certain documents from the Obama administration. Those documents would not be available in physical format, but only digital.

FTA: "His foundation has already raised $900 million (from whom, I wonder), but they want even more money. An additional $400 million is expected to be raised from Chicago." Condoms and lube and towel boys don't cost nearly that much; something seems sketchy.

So, he got permission to cut the heart out of the Olmstead park to build the thing? I don't care which one, presidential libraries are an abomination, a sinkhole for bribes, a suitcase of sinecures for toadies, and a monument to ego. We have a National Archive - that's where all that stuff should be. FDR started this pyramid of self-love garbage, shame on every single president who has followed suit.

Originally $500 million, now at least $700 million. What else would one expect from any project proposed by someone from the government? Especially an liberal Democrat! When has anything a Democrat ever cost what they have said that it would? Name one Democrat (any government project really) the ever came in under budget. The Obama Shrine will cost even more since it is in Chicago and the Biden inflation problem has raised the cost of building materials so much.

So---no actual documents will be stored there, just digital representations which can be easily altered to suit his ego and "legacy." What happens to the original documents----the shredder after they've been scanned? Is it legal to destroy gov't documents?

That's expensive for a library without a book in it. Blacks don't read so they won't go there unless there's a giant bronze of the jug eared bozo or something in the 'library' (lieberry) for free. Sorry this is like a New Jersey tunnel that went over budget and no one knows where the funds went.

(Natural News) The Biden regime desperately wants to put the “unvaccinated” on a “no fly list” — permanently segregating tens of millions of innocent Americans from air travel. The tyranny doesn’t end there. Once Americans are placed on a “no fly list” and labeled domestic terrorists, they can be put on a “no gun list” — leading to firearm confiscation and forever depriving Americans of their right to keep and bear arms. This is all being done intentionally, step-by-step, and in a clandestine way, because it is so much easier to round up dissenting Americans.

The true nature of this struggle can never be solved by politics. It can only be solved through repentance, and we have proof of that here. Christianity has always been hand in hand with the greatest empires. The abandonment of Christianity has always led to the collapse of any nation or people or family or person who abandons it. This is an axiom.

The U.S. House of Representatives passed universal background check gun control Thursday, criminalizing private gun sales conducted apart from an FBI background check. The legislation, H.R. 8, sponsored by Rep. Mike Thompson (D-CA), passed by a vote of 227 to 203. H.R. 8 would expand retail point-of-sale background checks so as to cover private points-of-sale. This will criminalize an individual who sells a 5-shot revolver to a lifelong neighbor, unless that neighbor first undergoes a National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS) check, conducted by the FBI.

At this time last year, the Wuhan coronavirus was claiming around 1,000 American lives per day. It seemed to me that, absent a sudden and sharp decline in that number, Joe Biden would be our next president. It must have seemed that way to Biden and his top advisers, as well. During presidential debates that occurred a little less than a year ago, Biden ripped Trump for his handling of the pandemic. The death count was the centerpiece of this attack. So what’s the daily death count now, more than seven months into the Biden administration and with a majority of Americans vaccinated?

Occasionally, I receive nasty notes. My favorite are the hurry-up-and-die notes from lefties who hate white people. It is no secret that leftists believe they will be in power forever once white people no longer are a majority(snip) Which brings us to Professor Derek Hook. Emma Colton reported, "A professor employed at a Catholic university in Pennsylvania [Duquesne] said on camera that there are merits to the claim that it’s ethical for White people to commit suicide." Any college that would employ and continue to employ a professor who promotes suicide is not Catholic. Hook quoted a South African philosophy professor, Terblanche Delport, who said, "White people should commit suicide as an ethical act."

What's with the bizarre campaign against Ivermectin? It's not just that the FDA has put out a quackish tweet (shown here by AT contributor Dr. Brian Joondeph, M.D.) scolding viewers that they are not horses or cows. That's in reference to the fact that in some high-dose forms, ivermectin is used as a horse dewormer, begging the question about its effectiveness when it is dosed and formulated properly as a human medical treatment for COVID, prescribed off-label. The news reports repeatedly call ivermectin a dangerous drug, implying that all uses of the drug are dangerous, even when taken properly.
Is Joe Biden Senile or Just Dumb? 29 replies

Sometimes it is difficult to know whether or not Joe Biden is senile or just dumb. I know it’s tempting to ascribe everything he does to his dementia, but he’s been stupid for his whole life. Even people suffering from dementia have moments of lucidity, so it’s really impossible to know what is the true motivation behind the President’s asininity. The effects and the facts of it, however, are easy and important to dissect, because whether it’s due to him losing his grip on reality, that he’s just a very simple and dumb man, or a combination of both doesn’t really matter, what matters is the end result.

But no more, for good reason.Even before Congress created the federal holiday in 1894, New York hosted the nation’s first Labor Day parade as 10,000 workers took off from their jobs to march from City Hall to Union Square. As the movement grew, so did the parades and celebrations. How times have changed. Today, Labor Day is largely an occasion for sales, end-of-summer cookouts and back-to-school preparations. Why?
