Calling Ohio's Vax-a-Million program "bribery" and vaccines "poisonous" to children, attorney Robert Gargasz has filed suit against Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine and his budget and management director before the Ohio Supreme Court, seeking to halt the program and the use of taxpayer money to fund it. Gargasz filed the action against DeWine and Kimberly Murnieks, director of the state's Office of Budget and Management, on behalf of Ohio Stands Up! on Monday, seeking to prevent "serious public injury to Ohio's children and Ohio's treasury" by canceling the Vax-a-Million vaccine lottery.

FTA: “The writ of prohibition seeks to prevent DeWine and Murnieks "from committing violations of law and illegally spending" $5 million on the Vax-a-Million program. It also seeks to "prevent child abuse and criminal battery of children in Ohio by dangerous experimental and untested DNA altering poisonous mRNA shots." ... “Gargasz further claims DeWine has no authority to spend money on Vax-a-Million without legislative authority, that DeWine is violating the 1947 Nuremberg Code "by mandating vaccination of children with experimental and untested and unsafe mRNA vaccines that are harmful and dangerous and modify human DNA." ... “Gargasz further cited as evidence an affidavit from Dr. Scott Jensen, a Republican former Minnesota state legislator who wrote that "anyone under the age of 17 is at statistically zero risk of dying of COVID-19 infection." According to the article, the CDC “says mRNA vaccines will not give someone COVID-19 and do not affect or interact with DNA in any way.” However, according to a senior research scientist at MIT for over five decades, Stephanie Seneff, Ph.D., “in summary, mRNA can be reverse transcribed and converted back to DNA by LINEs and SINEs in your body. This cloned DNA can then be integrated into your genome. In this way, it truly is genetic editing.” (Reference: Covid Vaccines May Bring Avalanche of Neurological Disease – Dr. Joseph Mercola – 5-24-21) https://www.lewrockwell.com/2021/05/joseph-mercola/covid-vaccines-may-bring-avalanche-of-neurological-disease/

What part of personal preference doesn't apply here? Getting the vaccine weather money is offered or not, is a personal preference. If someone wants to get a shot because there is a chance to win money, then that's their choice.

"Step right up, get your FREE shot! You'll get a FREE chance at a million bucks!" "Hey, mister, what's in the shot?" "It's good for you. You'll love it!" "Yeah, but WHAT'S in it? Is it proven safe?" "Perfectly safe, the top government scientists at the CDC say it is perfectly safe." "Aren't those the guys that paid the Chinese to make that virus that killed so many people" "Officers arrest this man and put him in jail for interfering with a government official" Sound of a struggle. "Step right up, get your FREE shot! You'll get a FREE chance at a million bucks!"

Are the people who got the shot before bribery became involved included in the lottery? People who did not get the shot did so by choice and they were playing the Covid lottery. They already won if they did not get Covid. People who already got the shot, for free, have also already won the lottery by getting vaccinated against a virus that they has little chance of dying from but greatly lessened their odds of dying from it even more. Everyone is a winner so far except those who got Covid and died. The lottery will not help them. Ohio does not need a Covid Vaccine lottery.

The high profile summit came just weeks after the Obama administration issued a moratorium on the same “gain of function” experiments that Dr. Fauci now claims were never directly funded by his government agency to take place at the Wuhan lab in China. Fauci’s insistence, however, is betrayed by new analysis of the sequence of events and examples of his own staff headlining gain of function events in Wuhan.(Snip)Less than a week before the Situation Room summit, President Obama had declared a new vision for the United States and China in the arena of infectious diseases.

Ohio Republicans are fond of saying that it’s easy to vote, but hard to cheat in the Buckeye state. Turns out they think voting is a little too easy.(Snip)The ostensible justification for these measures is to protect the “integrity” of elections, even though the 2020 presidential election was the most secure in the nation’s history. Nor is there any evidence to support former President Donald Trump’s ridiculous claim that widespread fraud cost him reelection.Republicans could have examined what made Trump such a flawed candidate and adjusted their message to appeal to a wider swath of voters.

Comrades, let it not be said the ministry of COVID compliance does not listen to the citizens. After considering the bad optics of armbands, due to negative historic references, the government is allowing the private sector to create a modern method of compliance with vaccination protocols. To enjoy your new freedom the COVID Ministry is working on QR Code wristbands to speed up the vaccination checkpoint scanning process. The wristbands will be connected to a secure governmental database so you don’t have to worry about your travel habits being tracked, and the governmental contractors have promised they will not use the data to monitor citizens.

Power back to the people 1 reply

"Power to the People" was a chant used by anti-war and civil rights protesters in the '60s. John Lennon wrote a song with that title in 1971. The idea flowed from the Preamble to the U.S. Constitution which begins, "We the people." The concept behind that phrase was that the people, not the government, are sovereign and the government's power is granted to it by the governed. That has been reversed in our day as government has become evermore powerful, some would argue dictatorial, as demonstrated by restrictions on our liberties with the COVID-19 virus used as the excuse.

Yesterday, Peter Doocy asked Jen Psaki why President Biden wasn’t pressing for more information on the Wuhan lab leak theory. “We have repeatedly called for the WHO to support an expert-driven evaluation of the pandemic’s origins,” Psaki replied. That answer was very troubling, I observed in our story on Psaki’s response. Is there an American investigation still ongoing into the question from the Biden team, I asked? Because it doesn’t sound like it, from what Psaki was saying — and because we surely can’t trust anything that WHO concludes on the matter, given their prior actions.
