MINNEAPOLIS, MN- On Wednesday, May 12th, attorneys for former Minneapolis Police Officer Tou Thao filed a motion asking the court to sanction prosecutors for failing to disclose information about the coercion of a specific witness. [Tweet] According to reports, Bob Paule, one of Thao’s attorneys claimed that the Hennepin County medical examiner, Dr. Andrew Baker, was coerced to include “neck compression” in his findings and that the prosecutors knew of it. The motion also asked the judge to kick the attorney general off of the case for prosecutorial misconduct. Reportedly, activity had picked up for the impending joint trial this coming August of former Minneapolis Police Officers

If true, this case should be a mistrial. Sounds about normal for Keith Ellison.

I read that Big Floyd died from taking massive doses of Fentanyl and Heroin. Also, photos taken from another angle and from another camera show that Chauvin's boot was not resting on his neck. Of course, they would not allow those photos in at the trial. Other medical examiners have said that he didn't die from asphyxia. The truth will set you free.

This perhaps the worst case of prosecutorial AND judicial misconduct I have ever seen. A perfect storm of cowardice, collusion, and ideological animus.

And we are supposed to be surprised? Justice appeased the mob. Robespierre is thinking to himself I was born several hundred years too early. The only thing missing in Minneapolis was the guillotine.

The original autopsy report says that Floyd died of a heart attack induced by a massive overdose of fentanyl with meth amphetimines mixed in. I have read the autopsy report in detail several times, initially requiring a medical dictionary to look up a number of technical medical terms, such as petechiae, in the context of manual strangulation. It is very clear that serious efforts to discover if any pressure on Floyd's neck had any impact on his ability to breath. The neck muscles, trachea and surrounding tissues were dissected in detail looking for any bruising or other injury. No traces of the slightest injury to Floyd's frontal neck structures was found, and therefore zero indication of external pressure impairing his breathing. The autopsy made it very clear that Floyd was NOT asphyxiated.

There's video, since Floyd's death, of a white guy on the same drugs who died after police merely handcuffed him. https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/crime/rhode-island-man-handcuffed-by-police-dies/ar-BB1gvVWK His cries and huffing, grunting sounds were exactly like Floyd's. Seems like it was the drugs, not the police that killed both men. Dying of drugs also appears to make it hard to comply with police. But, telling police what you took so they might give you that Narcan, must be a bridge too far for addicts.

#8, at least the police got well away from him making it pretty much impossible to blame them for his death. If you are standing many feet away from someone, pretty difficult to make the case that you killed them. Still, there was some screetching about the handcuffs....but handcuffs don't interfere with breathing.

Bottom line, Chauvin had to be found guilty to save Minneapolis regardless of jury-tampering, coercion, lies, etc. IMHO, preserving a little trust in the justice system is worth more than Minneapolis, although it may already be too late to save either one now. They got themselves into the mess, let it burn. You know it will before the Summer is over.

All this is illegal witness tampering by leftists. The conviction of Chauvin should be thrown out, as it is based on nothing but leftist lies.

I’ve always had great respect for our legal system. It’s as good as any of which I’m aware. No, I’m not naive. I’m fully aware that every institution depends on the competence and integrity of those involved and that means sometimes decisions are rendered that are wrong -- muddy thinking and sometimes corrupt judges; self-seeking prosecutors; incompetent counsel; bad and poorly written laws; false testimony by liars -- all contribute now and then to unjust resolutions. But in recent years, my faith has been even more badly shaken by continued and obvious corruption all the way down the line.

The Nazis had a Swiss banker and so do the Democrats. During President Trump’s first year in office, Indivisible, which the New York Times had described as a left-wing version of the Tea Party, launched a smear campaign falsely accusing President Trump of being subject to Russian foreign financial influence. “Is Trump colluding with Russia?" the leftist group insinuated. "Until we see Trump’s tax returns, we cannot be certain that foreign governments don’t have leverage over Trump.” Indivisible repeated this slander a few years later when it held a “Nobody is Above the Law Day”, and demanded “full and total transparency” from Trump even while refusing to name its backers. Last month, the faculty senate at Pennsylvania State University passed a resolution urging the school to erase certain words from its lexicon, due to the supposedly problematic legacy of the “typically male-centered world” out of which the terms grew. The resolution aims at gendered pronouns such as “he/him/his” and “she/her/hers,” but it also demonizes the four iconic terms for a person’s years in college (and, often, high school): “freshman,” “sophomore,” “junior,” and “senior.” “The University, as with most all academic institutions world-wide, has grown out of a typically male-centered world. As such, many terms in our lexicon carry a strong, male-centric,
