At least 50 journalists in the US have been arrested during Black Lives Matter demonstrations across the US, while dozens of others have also been injured by rubber bullets, pepper spray and tear gas. The US Press Freedom Tracker has collected nearly 500 incidents from 382 reports, from the unrest in Minneapolis in the wake of George Floyd‘s killing by police in late May, to demonstrations in more than 70 cities across 35 states since. At least 46 journalists were arrested between the end of May and the beginning of June, according to data collected by the organisation. Dozens of others reported injuries from law enforcement, firing “less lethal” projectiles...

I'm having trouble getting worked up about this. Anyone with a stupid cell phone camera who wants to stir up trouble with no consequences can call himself a journalist. I've seen several videos of them actually antagonizing people, especially cops.

Unfortunately for the occasional journalist who actually is a neutral observer / reporter, this is a situation created entirely by their colleagues if the fourth estate who are really fifth columnists. The LEOs know that most reporters at the scene of a violent riot are not there to observe and incidentally report what is happening but to also document any police 'brutality'. Any violent action taken by LEOs will be front page news. So it is no wonder that the LEO community views reporters as part of the rioting faction and treats them accordingly. So 'tough shiite' reporters and reporterettes, others in your vocation have made it clear whose side you are on. You are being treated according to the evidence.

Brainwashed Marxist Communist propagandist's. The last time the Marxist Communist democrats practiced any semblance of civility happened during the 2nd. World War. That came to a screeching halt right after President Dwight David Eisenhower, Republican, who took over on January 20, 1953. General of the Army Douglas MacArthur - Warning of American Communism from within July 25, 1951, - May 15, 1952. "Our threat is from the insidious forces working from within which have already so drastically altered the character of our free institutions," stated General Douglas MacArthur in Lansing, Michigan, May 15, 1952 General Douglas MacArthur addressed Massachusetts State Legislature in Boston, July 25, 1951: "I have seen since my return to my native land after an absence of many years our material progress has been little short of phenomenal. "It is not of any external threat that I concern myself but rather of insidious forces working from within which have already so drastically altered the character of our free institutions, these institutions which formerly we hailed as something beyond question of challenge, those institutions we proudly called the American way of life. Foremost of these forces is that directly, or even more frequently indirectly, allied with the scourge of imperialistic Communism. It has infiltrated into positions of public trust and responsibility, into journalism, the press, the radio and the school. It seeks through covert manipulation of the civil power and the media of public information and education to pervert the truth, impair respect for moral values, suppress human freedom and representative government, and in the end destroy our faith in our religious teachings. This evil force, with neither spiritual base nor moral standard, rallies the abnormal and subnormal elements among our citizenry and applies internal pressure against all things we hold descent and all things that we hold right the type of pressure which has caused many Christian nations abroad to fall and their own cherished freedoms to languish in the shackles of complete suppression. As it has happened there it can happen here. Our need for patriotic fervor and religious devotion was never more impelling. There can be no compromise with atheistic Communism, no half way in the preservation of freedom and religion. It must be all or nothing." MacArthur warned in his Farewell Address to Congress, April 19. 1951: "The Communist threat is a global one Under no circumstances must Formosa (Taiwan) fall under Communist control." "Our threat is from the insidious forces working from within which have already so drastically altered the character of our free institutions," stated General Douglas MacArthur in Lansing, Michigan, May 15, 1952.

#13, IF MacArthur had ben a fighting general - a military leader instead of a publicity hog,, the U.S. could have won the Korean War and swatted down the Chicoms. I hold General Custer in higher regard than MacArthur. At least Custer tried to win. Therefore, I cannot attach any credibility to anything MacArthur said. He sacrificed our fledgling air assets in the Philippines, on December 12, 1941, even though Pearl Harbor had happened, and he had plenty of notice. And he led the military action against the veterans bonus march on D.C. There should be an eternal flame of shame over his grave.

#17 General of the Army, Douglas MacArthur was fired by President Truman, Democrat, because he new the only way to win in Korea was to take on Communist China. President Truman and the U.N. future Marxist Communist One World Government did not want to destroy Communist China. So. 52,260 war deaths there were wasted and China is now a worse threat to America and the free world than in 1953. America also lost out in Vietnam because of the same enemies of freedom. So 58,220 war deaths there were wasted and China is now a worse threat to America and the free world than in 1975.
