Who will take over Cuba at our backdoor now that the Castro's are gone? My guess is China. They will be within ninety miles from us in a perfect position to assist the crazies in the destruction of America. Don't count out anything happening with Biden and the cackler in the White House. When are they going to rename the White House to the Crazy House ?

I don’t see this change being any better for the Cubans. Expect to see the Chinese move in. They need a base on this continent and a nice place with good beaches close to their mortal enemy may be just what they want. They know they can move around and do anything they want with impunity since O’Biden is pretending to run this country. I can see them setting up shop in Cuba. It would be the perfect location to make sure Biden stays bought when Xi Jinping decides to invade Taiwan.

So, let's go float a fleet in the Black Sea and reinforce Poland...while the US, Leader of the Free World, is staring at an opportunity in its backyard. As the article notes, a younger generation has been pushing an economic opening without touching Cuba’s one-party system. Let's look at other Communist countries who have met their future in a global economy. Where follow the Soviet Union? It may be a dictatatorship; it is far from communist. Poland...Czech Republic...Bulgaria...Romania...Vietnam...anyone see the Communists retaining actual power? Vietnam has a freer economy than the US. NoKor is the sole exception, and it borders China for the benefit of one family, like Cuba. The US should step in quickly in these new "special times". The people of Cuba get it. They're not all ardent Communists. Most remain in poverty looking for a better life, just as they did before The Revolution. The US and Cuban exile community can do that. But, if you'd rather antagonize Putin or Xi...

You are, of course, correct, #15. Cuba would be the opportunity of a lifetime right now and it will be ignored by the Biden administration until some other country siezes the opportunity first and the odds are it will not be a US-friendly country. For a while, it would be a situation similar to what we have with Puerto Rico but it won't take the Cubans seventy years to get on their feet. They are an entirely different sort of people.

Whoever comes along after the Castro's is likely to be worse. Its hard to imagine, but it will happen. Nobody is minding the store in the USA. The opportunity is too good to pass up for our enemies. Have to imagine Raul is taking calls from China, Russia, Iran, and others. they will only be too happy to help set Cuba's foreign policy.

If you go to Cuba, you would think Batista was overthrown last week. Like the high school quarterback that still talks about the state championship 20 years later, they’ve done nothing worthwhile since. The new leaders are desperate, with the Russian and Venezuelan colonizers too broke to continue. China is the only country with the cash to keep this failed state running.

Are Biden and his HO communists? They love Castro, Stalin and Lenin. Soon, the Democrats will transform our America into a Communist Cuban Dictatorship? Obama never talked about the Cuban Gulags. I have seen them and they are horrible. My NOBLEWOMAN Russian Grandmother was named Sophia for the Greek Goddess of Wisdom. She was kind, beautiful and very religious. The Lenin CHEKA goons accused her of 'being a enemy of the working people". The CHEKA bums arrested her and her young daughter Natalia, and shipped them to a horrible communist Gulag. Ted Cruz has accused Democrats of 'actively encouraging riots & violence' after California Representative Maxine Waters joined protesters in Minnesota on Saturday night, and urged the crowd to 'get more confrontational'. Waters traveled to Minneapolis the weekend before closing arguments in the trial of Derek Chauvin, charged with murdering George Floyd on May 25. She also spoke amid protests in response to the killing last week of Daunte Wright, a black 20-year-old shot and killed at a traffic stop by a white police officer, Kimberly Potter. 'I am not happy that we have talked about police reform for so long,' Waters said.

With rioting continuing in Brooklyn Center and around the country, Rep. Maxine Waters, D-Calif., went to Minnesota and told the protesters that they "gotta stay on the street" and "get more confrontational." The statement is ironic since Waters is one of the House members suing former President Donald Trump and others for inciting violence on Jan. 6 with his words on the Mall. Waters insists that Trump telling his supporters to go to the Capitol to make their voice heard and "fight" for their votes was actual criminal incitement. Conversely, Waters was speaking after multiple nights of rioting and looting, telling protesters to stay on the streets and

President Biden on Saturday explained his initial decision to not increase the limit on refugee admissions to the United States, stating that his administration “couldn’t do two things at once.” Speaking to reporters in Wilmington, Del., at the end of a golf session Saturday, Biden explained that he couldn’t initially increase the cap due to burdens that the Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) is facing because of an influx of unaccompanied child migrants at the southern border.“We’re going to increase the number. The problem was that the refugee part was working on the crisis that ended up on the border with young people,” Biden said according to a White House
