CBS lies by omission about
Governor Ron DeSantis

There are two loci of corruption in America: Academia and the media. (snip) Governor Ron DeSantis made the logical decision when the disease hit America to protect the vulnerable and to allow all the others in his state to get on with their lives (snip) CBS’s 60 Minutes, openly accused DeSantis of a pay-to-play scheme with Publix, giving the latter the right to distribute vaccinations in exchange for a $100,000 campaign donation. (snip) Well, it turns out that CBS forgot to include a few things when it put together that footage of a contentious exchange between the “brave” Alfonsi and the “evil” Republican governor.

DeSantis might as well get used to it. The fact is the Left has already started to try to take him out of the Running for 2024. They don't care if if's for President or VP, they want him out because they know he can win on his REORD here in FL. This is only the beginning for DeSantis! As far as Publix goes, Hubby and I Both were vaccinated at a Publix. They were organized, only took 5 people at a time. No lines. They vaccinated only 50 people per day because they also had to handle their day job! Just because DeSantis has proven, time and time again, he knows how to get something done he's now a Target. Sad!

It was inevitable that the Fake News would come after DeSantis, just like they did after Gaetz or anyone else who defies them, or who has achieved success without being "woke." The corrupt media is the greatest destructive challenge among many such challenges to our country. I have to admit that I'm a little surprised that any conservative politician would agree to be interviewed by any MSM host (that includes FNC host Cris Wallace). I realize that it's important to get the facts into the public domain, but why not rely on news venues that can be fair, unlike Holt of NBC, who has publically admitted that fairness is not in his area of responsibility in reporting the "news."

Governor DeSantis hired the best medical practitioners to advise the Florida health departments. These men use research ans statistical models to protect seniors and reduce the damage to society and our psyche by removing the worthless masks and let the young that are not vunerable grow up in a normal world. 60 Minutes are the usual scripted fearmongers. Do you see how easy it is for CBS to lie? Look at the tweets and the link at the end of the article and the foam-at-the-mouth comments thereafter. In order to counteract the lie, people actually have to take the time to read or listen to the Governor's full explanation. That takes time (but, it's worth it!) So frustrating that the Dem operatives at CBS work to take down a 2024 contender with a short, slanderous tweet and on its 60 minutes platform. I'm afraid that it is only going to get easier for the Dem operatives to continue to lie effectively, then shut down outlets that tell the truth. Like others, I stopped watching 60 minutes decades ago. Facts do not matter to them, just the narrative.

As of today, anyone who wants a vax shot in Florida can get one. The most vulnerable have been taken care of, as have everyone over the age of 50. now with those people taken care of, the less vulnerable can get their shots, and herd immunity will be reached soon. This will protect those who have decided not to get vaccinated, and hopefully the the private sector mask mandates can end.

My wife and I got our Covid vaccine shots through Publix. Publix is a quality act, both as a grocery store and a pharmacy. It is one of the best things about Florida. The only problem we had was that a lot of people that were below the age cutoff were trying to butt in front of the line. We even had people from other states as far away as NY coming to Florida to get shots. CBS only deserves condemnation and contempt for their lies and slander of our good and competent Governor.

A number of years ago 60min ran a hit piece on the company I used to work for. I watched in disbelief, it was obvious to me they were lying through their teeth. The company was wonderful to work for. They addressed it internally. No release to the public. When we asked about that they gave the Limbaugh response. It just wasn't worth their time. I understand it was mentioned in the court case a disgruntled employee (who happens to star in the piece) during his lawsuit against the company. I understood the judge was not impressed.

The lie that George Floyd was murdered by racist police officers in Minneapolis has made its way around the world several times over, leaving countless violent riots and more than $2 billion in property damages in its wake, but it seems that the truth is finally putting on its shoes. In June of 2020, 60 percent of surveyed adults deemed George Floyd’s death to be murder at the hands of police officer Derek Chauvin. As of last month, a little more than a third of Americans believe that. That’s a stunning near-reversal of public opinion.

Once my radical leftists held a majority on the board, they could begin enacting their extremist agenda — starting with keeping as many kids out of school as possible for as long as possible
