A Southwest Airlines pilot’s recorded rant about Bay Area residents quickly went viral online this week, with the pilot at one point calling those who live in San Francisco “goddamn liberal f---s.” A Southwest spokesman confirmed to The Hill Thursday night that the audio was captured on one of the company's flights and that the pilot worked for Southwest. The spokesman added that the company was "fully addressing the situation internally." The remarks, which were picked up over the Mineta San Jose International Airport’s air traffic control scanner, occurred on a March 12 flight and were posted on Live ATC,

The 5-4 ruling, authored by conservative Chief Justice John Roberts, handed a victory to PennEast Pipeline Company LLC, a joint venture seeking to build the 116-mile (187-km) pipeline from Pennsylvania to New Jersey. The justices overturned a lower court ruling in favor of New Jersey's government.
Other companies joining Enbridge in the consortium include South Jersey Industries Inc (SJI.N), New Jersey Resources Corp

How durable? Durable enough that otherwise healthy people might not need a booster unless and until there’s a diabolical new variant capable of punching through the current vaccines. Immunity against the current variants shouldn’t fade, if this new study is accurate. If the B.1.617 “Delta” strain is as bad as SARS-CoV-2 gets, those of us who’ve been vaccinated might truly be done with preventive measures.
And those who’ve recovered from COVID and then gotten vaccinated may have so much damned immunity that they won’t need a booster even if something scarier comes down the pike.

Manhattan District Attorney Cy Vance has indicated he does not currently plan to charge the Trump Organization with crimes related to allegations of "hush money" payments and real estate value manipulations, according to a personal lawyer for Donald Trump.
Ronald Fischetti, a New York attorney who represents the former president, said on Monday that in a meeting last week, he asked Vance’s team for details on charges they were considering.
According to Fischetti, members of Vance’s team said they were considering bringing charges against the Trump Organization and its individual employees related to alleged failures to pay taxes on corporate benefits and perks.
President Joe Biden delivered an infamous gun control speech last week, claiming that Americans “need F-15s and maybe some nuclear weapons” if they want to restrain government tyranny. Yet he also used a flat-out lie to justify his gun control agenda — a lie that led even The Washington Post to deliver Biden a scathing rebuke.

Luckily, Danielle Pletka, senior fellow at the American Enterprise Institute stood in the breach and called out the lies, gave examples of liberal states enacting the same election policies, and made heads rhetorically explode while doing it.

Most Americans recognize the border crisis as a serious issue, blame Biden’s policies for exacerbating it, and say Biden should return to former President Donald Trump’s policies on the border. Americans also worry about the threat of inflation and oppose CRT in schools.

On Friday, President Joe Biden and the Democrats thought they had pulled a fast one on Republicans when the president announced he would support the bipartisan infrastructure deal that had been hashed out over several weeks of negotiation. But he said he would only sign the deal if his gargantuan “American Families Plan” was also agreed to using the reconciliation process.
In other words, Biden said he wouldn’t sign a deal he had just said he would support. Republicans saw that as a bait-and-switch tactic, which it surely was. And they reacted angrily.
