BREAKING: Supreme Court
Lets Trans Students Using
Opposite Sex Bathrooms
Ruling Stand

Original Article

Posted By: clayusmcret, 6/28/2021 2:47:16 PM

On Monday, the Supreme Court turned down an opportunity to reverse a ruling that permitted students identifying as the opposite sex to use the opposite sex’s bathrooms. The Court declined to hear the case of Gavin Grimm, a Virginia female student who identifies as a boy who had sued the Gloucester County school board for stating that restrooms were “limited to the corresponding biological genders.”

Comments:

Those three new "conservative" judges must have been recommended to Trump by the same establishment republicrats who helped him fill his cabinet with so many backstabbers and leakers. They're definitely not conservatives.

Since the unchangeable nature of DNA is what makes males and females males and females, being unable to reconcile that fact is evidence of mental dysfunction. The SCOTUS had allowed those suffering mental dysfunction to make the rules for the rest of society, so that the dysfunctional can "feel better about themselves and their predicament." Your insane government continues doing its work.

Glad James Madison isn't around to see what happened to the document he wrote. The main flaw in our Constitution is the assumption that the Supremes could read.

I read this twice and it appears that the Gloucester County rule stands as the SCOTUS refused to hear the case of the trans-boy who filed suit against Gloucester County. Read it yourselves and see what you think. The headline appears to me to be misleading.

Found another article that seemed more clear: WASHINGTON -- A transgender man from Virginia has won a years-long legal battle against his former high school over its refusal to let him use boys' bathrooms when he was a student. The U.S. Supreme Court Monday rejected the Glouchester County School Board's appeal of a lower court decision that found its transgender bathroom ban is unconstitutional. https://abc7news.com/politics/trans-student-wins-bathroom-battle-after-scotus-rejects-school-appeal/10839985/ This fake man - still a woman - has now been out of high school for years.

The irony is that if Trump runs again, he’ll have to make adding to the number of judges on the SC, from 9 to 13 or 15, or “court packing”, a campaign promise. “I’ll get 4 or 6 more actual conservatives for the SC.” Whoever advised Trump on his 3 SC picks plus 2 AGs was and still is an idiot

On December 18, 2014, the ACLU filed a complaint with the U.S. Department of Justice. This case was first filed in Federal District Court in June, 2, 2015 Grimm graduated from high school in 2017. In July, 2019, the District Court (The trial court) on a re-hearing (on remand from the Court of Appeals) found for Grimm on his claims on Title IX, and on his Equal Protection Clause claim in August, 2019 based upon Grimm's claim he had faced emotional harm from being forced to use the restroom assigned to his biological sex (female). Cert. denied by SCOTUS, June 28. 2021. Is this good use of money, attorneys, judges, witnesses, and federal courts?

Some people want Trump without his vices. I was among them -- until yesterday, when I watched and listened to Tom Klingenstein’s speech titled “Trump’s virtues.” It was masterful and shamed me that I did not make the distinction between Trump's character and his virtues, the former being deeply flawed, the latter being almost perfect. Softball questions from the compliant media allowed Biden to read, without looking up, from pre-printed note cards. In those days Caesar Augustus issued a decree that a census should be taken of the entire Roman world. (This was the first census that took place while Quirinius was governor of Syria.) And everyone went to their own town to register. So Joseph also went up from the town of Nazareth in Galilee to Judea, to Bethlehem the town of David, because he belonged to the house and line of David. He went there to register with Mary, who was pledged to be married to him and was expecting a child.   While they were there, the time came for the baby to be born, and she gave birth to her firstborn, a son.

Arguably the biggest sensation to come out of the debacle of a town hall NBC had with President Trump was the so-called “nodding lady.” Positioned directly behind the President’s left shoulder for one of the most widely used camera angles, she was applauded by some and attacked by others for nodding her head and displaying thumbs up in agreement when the President answered many of the attack questions posed to him by Savannah Guthrie. But she wasn’t originally positioned there. Before the town hall began, a Caucasian lady was originally positioned there.
