Tara Reade has blasted 'arrogant' Joe Biden for calling for an investigation into sexual harassment claims made against Gov. Andrew Cuomo - while flatly dismissing the allegations she made against him. Reade, 56, went public last year, claiming Biden sexually assaulted her in a hallway while she was working as a Senate staffer in 1993. Biden vehemently denied the claim - but that hasn't stopped him from saying that all women should be believed.
