The language in a petition to recall Gov. Gretchen Whitmer for the signing of nine of her executive orders during the COVID-19 pandemic has been approved by the Michigan Board of State Canvassers. Albion resident Chad Baase, 39, was successful in his third attempt at coming up with “clear and factual” language to move forward with the recall petition process.

Wouldn't it be delicious if the Dems star up and comer that talked about citizens repairing roads cause her administration couldn't be recalle? She was the face of the Dem party after the state of the Union. Be nice if they have to find a new incompetent face of the Dem party.

Ring her up. Good thing she's lined up for the Biden administration.

Where do I sign?
She was arbitrary, inconsistent, and not transparent. Whole swaths of the state with zero/few cases were shut down.
Weekend cottages are a big thing in Michigan (“Up North” we call it). You couldn’t travel from your home to your cottage during the confinement. Many people could have used the time to get it ready for the summer.
You could fish in a rowboat, but not a motorized boat.
You couldn’t buy seeds or lawn furniture.
And she still hasn’t fixed the “damn roads”, which she campaigned on.

I don't know how may automobile factories are still in Michigan, or if they are shutdown because of this communist clown, but if your in the market for a new car, and your dealer is low on inventory, now you know who to blame for that.

Yeah, I saw this coming. I only lived in Michigan for four years, but if I learned one thing about the people there, it is they LOVE their summer homes up north. They love hunting season! They love Boating. That this woman wasn't tuned in to this is outrageous! Michiganders put their boats (yes, they have motors) in the Water around Memorial Day and from there on, they will be found at their summer home every weekend (before they retire). Most of them live a couple hours away from their Lake Homes, so travel on a Friday night, going North, is Bumper to Bumper. ALL of these people are mad as hell at Whitmer and they sure as heck are not going to vote for her ever again. Hopefully their recall will succeed. I see a Republican Landslide in Michigan in November! Trump already won that state once, and hopefully he will do it again and take with him any of those Local and Federal Office Candidates!

Don't get your hopes up. Remember - it was the gov's party that turned on their own - a Black Congresswoman for supporting Trump's Covid actions. This petition is led by a prison parolee - one convicted of terrorism. That's certainly plenty of fodder for a corrupt party to use against this movement.

I was born and raised in Michigan. #5 is right about folks having "a place up north" and making frequent use of it.
Who ever is leading the campaign, it is long past time for it to have started.
Can't sign a petition like this online. Has to be hand written with address. I signed a recall petition against Battle Creek area state senator Harry Demaso (sp?) way back when. BTW, he was successfully recalled and well deserved it. "You can look it up." ;-)

Not turning off ad blocker. They need to hire Sorryos's petition people. They come from places like Las Vegas to FL to hassle people for signatures (paid per signature).

Regardless of who he is, he did it! It just proves that ANY of us can make a difference if we really try. If we get off our duffs and get out there, bring people together and counter the left, we too could save our republic. But we have to ACT! If this loser could get Whitmer started on a recall, what could intelligent, good folks like us accomplish??? Bring back the TEA party movement!
