Joe Biden warned a group of high-dollar donors that rabid online Bernie Sanders fans will try to make the 2020 Democratic primary nasty, in the process mangling the "Bernie bros" nickname bestowed on the Vermont senator's most vocal male supporters. What we can’t let happen is let this primary become a negative bloodbath. I know I’m going to get a lot of suggestions on how to respond to what I suspect will be an increasingly negative campaign that the Bernie brothers will run," the former vice president said Friday by phone to a group of about 130 donors in the

Sander's will fold because he doesn't have the drive to win that is needed to succeed in the big arena. He may do a compare and contrast with Biden but he won't try to convince the Dem/Obama cult members that Biden sold his office to protect the Ukraine business that was bribing his son. By pulling his punches Sanders has assured the party will nominate a weak and vulnerable candidate to run against Trump. Its like watching a train wreck in slow motion but at this point the Democrats can not save themselves from a disaster in November.

Negative bloodbath, positive bloodbath, who cares? As long as it's a bloodbath and it's Democrat blood being spilled, it doesn't really matter who is wielding the machete.

I predict not one drop of Dem blood will be spilled. Unlike the large quantities of Republican actual blood which has been spilled by Bernie supporters, with rifles, bike locks and clubs.

When was the last time you saw a democrat stand against another democrat? Never. Dems have group think, they stick together. You saw how fast Bloomberg, Warren , Mayor Pete & others left the stage & gave it to Biden. The Dems will never support Sanders because he cannot be controlled?

There's no "could" about it. These unwashed, green-haired, tattooed lowlifes fully intend to create a lot of havoc and destruction just because. Even if Bernie wins they know that they are untouchable because the police only arrest church-going right wingers so they will burn stuff in celebration. They will be armed so dress appropriately when going out.

No doubt about it, #5. I believe that some of them in a recent O'Keefe movie stated that the blood would run in the streets in Milwaukee if the democrats keep steal the nomination from Bernie as they did the last time around.

This isn't over yet. All we have seen is a shift in the lead, at an early part of the race, that shows the power and depth of the embedded power structure. Unlike Trump, Bernie doesn't have the brains or the drive to overcome that. But I'd be totally averse to saying that Biden has this in the bag. And, given the areas of support for Bernie, I'd say preparation for some riots and bloodshed are appropriate.

Another high-ranking official in Iran has died from the coronavirus, according to state media. Hossein Sheikholeslam, 68, the former Iranian ambassador to Syria, studied at the University of California at Berkely before becoming a leader of the radical Iranian students who stormed the U.S. Embassy in Tehran and took 52 American diplomats captive during the 444-day Iran hostage crisis. He reportedly died late Thursday, two days after testing positive for the virus and shortly after it was announced he was recovering, according to the Islamic Republic News Agency, which called him a "veteran and revolutionary diplomat." Sheikholeslam, the sixth politician

KIRKLAND, Wash. -- The number of confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Washington state topped 100 on Saturday, including 16 deaths. The Washington State Department of Health announced more than 20 new cases Saturday, saying a total of 102 people in the state have tested positive for the novel coronavirus. That figure did not include the first case in Kittitas County, which was also reported Saturday. King County has now confirmed 71 cases, including 15 deaths, in what remains the nation's worst outbreak. The two most recent deaths occurred on Friday, King County health officials said. At least 34 people have been pulled from the rubble by 10pm, with around 36 more feared to be trapped underneath. Video from the scene shows emergency workers combing through the wreckage in a bid to save victims of the accident. It is not yet clear what caused the building to collapse. Senator Sheldon Whitehouse (D., R.I.) has implied that 80 recent Supreme Court decisions are illegitimate due to the “partisan” nature of the decisions and the influence of Republican donors on the court’s composition. “As the architect of an 80-case barrage of partisan, 5-4 decisions for big Republican donor interests, Chief Justice Roberts has zero credibility playing umpire in any political squabble,” Whitehouse wrote on Twitter on Wednesday. The senator has since continued to post on the supposed 80 partisan decisions. “[Senate Majority Leader Mitch] McConnell’s effort to pack the Court is echoed by his effort to reassure the Republican justices

WASHINGTON – Young voters cheer Bernie Sanders' anti-establishment message. They turn out in throngs at his rallies. And they form the core of his grassroots efforts to win the Democratic presidential nomination. But their fiery passion did not translate into the robust turnout he needed on Super Tuesday to win a number of key states, notably in the South where a strong showing by former vice president Joe Biden has made the nomination contest a two-man race. Exit polls for five southern states that Biden won – Alabama, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee and Virginia – found that young voters did not show

Stress, they say, is a killer. So let’s take a moment to feel sorry for Bill Clinton, who now claims he took advantage of Monica Lewinsky to “manage my anxieties” while president. Bill being Bill, there will be no real apology coming, just some typical and expected minimizing. “But whatever,” he says. “What I did was bad, but it wasn’t like — how can I think about the most stupid thing I could do and do it.” This is from a new documentary on Hillary, a for-hire job meant to canonize her and the would-be Clinton dynasty. And in typical Clinton fashion, they refuse to take the memo: Post-#MeToo, Bill is forever a liability.

With Joe Biden regaining his position as the Democratic front runner, the scrutiny of him by the right has renewed. When Biden looked like the helpless, distant finisher he was a few weeks ago, it wasn’t worth the energy. Things have changed in a hurry, though. Meanwhile, Bernie Sanders is still mumbling about billionaires, signaling that he’s not serious about doing what it takes to win the race. While Biden may represent a larger threat to Trump in a general election, he’s still a ripe target for political ridicule and the sights are starting to turn on one specific thing. Namely, the former Vice President’s mental health.

Within a mere week, and apparently magically, the Democrat presidential primary race is down to two really old white guys (although a part-Samoan woman is still hanging on for some unknown reason since she hasn’t got a chance in hell). Except I don’t believe in magic – or coincidence, for that matter – when it comes to politics. Everything happens for a reason and, in the case of Democrats in particular, for personal or party gain (or both). Democrat operatives have been bleating the conventional wisdom throughout the Democrat-media echo chamber that Biden has “pulled off one of the most spectacular turn-arounds in presidential primary history,”

Now that the once-sprawling field of Democrats seeking the presidency has become a two-man race, many in the party are breathing a sigh of relief. All the more so because Joe Biden is the clear front-runner and the dreaded Bernie Sanders looks to be fading. So it’s all set. Biden will be the nominee and give the party a solid chance of scoring a November trifecta: beating President Trump, taking the Senate and holding the House. Count me as skeptical. Instead of a smooth ride, it’s more likely that the Dems’ desperate search for a Trump slayer will hit more turbulence and an alternative to Biden still could be necessary.

If Michael Bloomberg had divided the money he spent on his presidential run evenly among Americans, we would each have got $1.53, not $1 million. For Bloomberg to give $1 million to each American, he would have to be worth $327 trillion (in cash), which, for context,
