The Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court’s presiding judge has sent another directive to the Justice Department, ordering officials to identify previous surveillance requests from an FBI lawyer linked to the 2016 warrant from former Trump campaign adviser Carter Page.
In an order unsealed Friday, Judge Rosemary Collyer asked the Justice Department to identify steps to ensure the accuracy of those filings and whether the unnamed DOJ lawyer was ever disciplined.

Democrat presidential candidates hold 63 million Americans who voted for President Donald Trump in contempt, Rep. It’s not just for President Trump; it’s for the 63 million Americans who voted for President Trump, the forgotten men and women, people in the Rust Belt who have been left behind by the liberal elites in Washington.” LISTEN: (Audio)

ANDREWS AIR FORCE BASE, MARYLAND — Flanked by two fighter jets and in front of a giant American flag, President Trump on Friday signed the 2020 National Defense Authorization Act that officially created the Space Force, the sixth and first new military branch since 1947. “For the first time since Truman, we will create a brand new American military service,” Trump said. “You will witness the birth of the Space Force. That’s a big moment and we’re all here for it.” “Space is the world’s newest warfighting domain,” Trump said. “American superiority in space is absolutely vital.” The creation of the Space Force marked the achievement

A federal judge has delayed a ruling on whether former U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton must submit to cross-examination stemming from a complaint by a conservative group concerning emails she wrote and received while serving in an official capacity. U.S. District Court Judge Royce C. Lambeth said Thursday a decision would likely come in January concerning a request by conservative watchdog Judicial Watch, but added he was concerned by the continuing emergence of new emails in the case. Last week the Justice Department released 30 emails not included in the 30,000 she gave the State Department in 2014.

Hate-filled Democrats were hoping their political slapdash impeachment this week would ruin President Trump. Instead, their criminal acts enraged Trump voters, Independents and decent Americans. At the beginning of the week President Trump’s approval rating was 47% on the Rasmussen daily poll. On Friday President Trump’s approval rating hit 50%. This is three points higher than Barack Obama at the same point in his presidency. And on Thursday a CNN poll found the Trump economy received its best ranking in nearly 20 years

“I am concerned that if we do not impeach this president, then he will get reelected,” Democratic Representative Al Green of Texas said this spring, explaining his support for impeaching President Trump, long before the phone call with the Ukrainian President Zelensky that is at the heart of the current saga. Given all the accomplishments of the White House to date, it is easy to see why so many Democrats share that sentiment with Green. Start with the state of the economy. Conservative talk radio host Mark Levin presented a fascinating theory on his show earlier this week about why Democrats pursued a bogus impeachment doomed to failure in the U.S. Senate, and when you hear the details, I'm sure you'll agree.
“A neighbor of mine came up to me this evening about an hour before the show, and said something that was quite profound," Levin explained. "He said to me, ‘I’m convinced one of the reasons they’re impeaching the president is the Supreme Court.’ I said, really? What do you mean by that? 'Well, the president has less than 11 months to go, Ruth Bader Ginsburg appears to be very ill.'

Mainstream and social media would leave the masses believing that “Swamp Queen” House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and her Impeachment-giddy gang just celebrated the funeral of President Donald Trump—when in fact they were “sombrely” and “prayerfully” celebrating the funerals of some 63 million Americans who voted for Trump.
Dead and buried are the voters, whose votes were cancelled in the purely partisan Trump Impeachment, according to funeral celebrating Democrats.

This is interesting. Last year Speaker Pelosi used the SOU invite to play out political games against President Trump. This year, considering the political impeachment effort, I thought she would be likely to replay that scheme; but she didn’t. This implies the private polling and public sentiment (ie. bbacklash) against her constituent democrats must be much more severe than is currently visible: (Letter)Per Hogan Gidley: President Donald J. Former FBI Director James Comey and Deputy Director Andrew McCabe, former CIA Director John Brennan and former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper have lots of things in common.
One, they ran the nation’s key intelligence and investigatory agencies under former President Barack Obama. They were deeply involved in the “Russian collusion” hoax. And they participated in the surveillance of the Trump campaign and transition.
Comey and McCabe both signed applications for Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court warrants requesting surveillance on Trump campaign aide Carter Page. Smart cars may make our lives easier on the road, but they are also easily hacked by cyber criminals. Scientists have found 'holes' in these systems that lets digital deviants access your data or worse, take over the vehicle. The first hole is when users plug their smartphone into their smart car, which is an open door for hackers to breach vehicle systems. However, another vulnerability lets users access features in order to take over the system and could ultimately crash the car. Experts are now calling on carmakers to release constant updates for the software in order to put an end to data breaches and save lives. Researchers from Michigan State University (MSU),

When it comes to impeachment, the House Democrats’ job is essentially over. The two articles before the chamber have passed, and Donald Trump is now impeached. The only obligations left to them are to notify the Senate of their conclusions, name managers of the process, and allow the Republican-led chamber to reach a verdict, which some of its members (including leadership) say they’ve already reached. It should hardly come as a shock that a legislative chamber full of lawmakers who have been outwardly skeptical of the drive to impeach Trump will take a dim view of the articles against him, but the inevitability

A tax expert at a think tank in London was fired for tweeting that transgender women can’t change their biological sex. Rowling tweeted in support of her. The horror. The immediate reaction of the cancel culture mob on Twitter was intense. (Snip) The outrage mob on Twitter is calling Rowling a “TERF,” a slur short for “trans-exclusionary radical feminist” that is used to describe self-identifying feminists who don’t believe trans women are women. Attorney General Bill Barr had an extensive sit down interview with Fox News host Martha MacCallum on Wednesday, December 18th. The interview was broadcast this evening. (Full Video) On August 30th, 2019, Devin Nunes submitted eight criminal referrals to the DOJ. Five of those referrals were for specific people who participated in the political scheme against candidate, president-elect and President Trump. The remaining three referrals were not person specific, but rather outlines of “conspiracy”: (Snip)On the conspiracy to manipulate the intelligence apparatus. When the Department of Justice inspector general released his report on Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act abuse, coverage focused on the top-line findings contained in the executive summary. Then the news cycle whizzed by, leaving many details discussed throughout the 480-page tome unexplored.
One significant gap in media coverage concerns the potential complicity of former FBI Director James Comey in the FISA abuse—a possibility the IG report hints at in several spots. The first suggestion that something was amiss with Comey’s conduct came early in Inspector General Michael Horowitz’s report, when the IG’s office spoke of the methodology underlying the FISA investigation.

On December 20, 1941, the American Volunteer Group (AVG), better known by its nickname, the Flying Tigers, engaged in its first round of air-to-air combat when its fighters encountered Japanese “Sally” bombers. Just in case you do not know, the AVG was a group of American flyers under the command of Claire Chennault that flew for China against the Japanese. As you can tell by the date above, by the time the AVG got into combat, the U.S. was already at war with Japan, which kind of defeated the purpose of using “volunteers” from supposedly uninvolved countries. A similar situation occurred when Chinese “volunteers”

So much for the old lefty propaganda slogan: 'Putting People First.'
Joe Biden is coming for your job. Your livelihood. Give it up, or he'll give it up for you, because he's got bigger priorities than your mere putting food on your table. He said as much at last night's Democratic debate.
Debate moderator Tim Alberta of Politico asked the Democratic frontrunner this:
“Three consecutive American presidents have enjoyed stints of economic growth, due to a boom in oil and natural gas production, as President would you be willing to sacrifice some of that growth, even knowing potentially that it could displace thousands, maybe hundreds of thousands of blue collar workers

The Washington Post’s owner reportedly urged fellow billionaire Michael Bloomberg to run for president. Just don’t expect to see that admitted often by The Post. A Lexis-Nexis search revealed that The Post ran at least 122 stories (a mix of news and opinion) that mentioned Bloomberg’s potential candidacy or actual bid for the White House between Nov. 9, 2019, and Dec. 9, 2019. MRC Business found that 121 of those stories failed to mention that Washington Post owner Jeff Bezos reportedly asked Bloomberg if he would consider entering the 2020 race earlier in the year, according to Vox Recode Nov. 9, 2019.

What the Democrats who gathered in Los Angeles Thursday night for the PBS/Politico debate are offering the country as an alternative to President Donald Trump was encapsulated by Sen. Elizabeth Warren in her closing statement.
“This is a dark moment in America,” the radical from Massachusetts said, before launching into an anecdote of a woman at a town hall who told her of having to choose between getting a prescription filled and buying toilet paper.
On what planet, exactly, are Warren and the others living? Whether it’s orbiting Alpha Centauri, or perhaps in the Epsilon Indi star system a few more light years out, it ain’t a world with

Calling out the Democratic Party for its far-left extremism, Harvard Law professor Alan Dershowitz denounced House Speaker Pelosi’s plan to withhold sending the impeachment vote to the Senate for a trial as “unconstitutional.” As noted by Fox News, the Harvard Law professor’s recent op-ed for Newsmax came in response to his colleague Laurence Tribe, who backed Pelosi in not allowing a Senate trial on impeachment. “[Tribe] would withhold the trial until the Senate agreed to change its rules,

Democrat Rep. Jeff Van Drew of New Jersey officially announced his decision to switch political parties and pledged his support for President Donald Trump on Thursday.“I believe that this is just a better fit for me,” Van Drew told reporters on Thursday at the White House. “This is who I am. It’s who I always was, but there was more tolerance of moderate Democrats, of Blue Dog Democrats, of Conservative Democrats, and I think that’s going away.”Van Drew met with Trump in the Oval Office together with House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) and Vice President Mike Pence

To the delight of conservatives and dismay of liberals, President Trump is doing more to reshape the American judiciary than any president in recent memory. It’s viewed as a “lasting legacy” that will ensure more “conservative” rulings — constitutionalist ones, actually — for perhaps decades to come. Unfortunately, a full understanding of the Constitution and leftists’ nature informs that this is an unfounded assumption. Illustrating the current transformation of the courts, The Daily Signal wrote last month that “‘[o]ne out of every 4 active judges on the U.S. Court of Appeals have been appointed by President Trump,’ says Adam Kennedy, deputy assistant to the president and deputy director of communications

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell was right to so eloquently smack down cryin’ Chuck Schumer’s request for a “Schumer do-over” of the House impeachment process with unheard-from witnesses. If, as House Democrats insist, the “evidence” is “uncontested,” why does Schumer seek new evidence and want to hear new witnesses, providing a list of White House advisers but not a list that includes the alleged Ukraine whistleblower?

Amid all the impeachment hysteria and sleight of hand, here is your guide to what actually happened in Congress this week.
First and foremost, President Trump did not get impeached Wednesday night.
And he still hasn’t at the moment of this writing, more than 12 hours after House Democrats approved two articles of impeachment in the most nakedly partisan impeachment vote in over a century and a half. The giant, block-lettered, wartime headlines in the New York Times giddily declaring “TRUMP IMPEACHED” is completely false. Fake News, you might say.

Elizabeth Warren had a list for Hillary.
In December 2014, Clinton’s team began worrying that Warren was reconsidering a presidential run and arranged a meeting between the two principals at Clinton’s home in Washington. Warren came in “aggressive” and “firing on all cylinders” catching Clinton off guard, said a Clinton official familiar with the meeting. She pressed Clinton to commit to not appointing Wall Street-friendly people to her administration, as Warren felt Bill Clinton and Barack Obama had done.

Yesterday on MSNBC, Chris Hayes, repeating a talking point I’ve heard dozens of times during impeachment theater, argued that the “striking” difference between the Clinton and Trump impeachments was not only the willingness of Clinton to “show contrition,” but the willingness of his supporters to acknowledge that the president had done something wrong.
Boy, it must be nice to live in an alternative reality where your allies are always selfless and chaste and your opponents are perpetually plagued by narrow-mindedness and reactionary partisanship.
In the real world, of course, Bill Clinton, with help from the entire Democratic party, kept earnestly lying to anyone who would listen —

WASHINGTON — The federal prosecutor scrutinizing the Russia investigation has begun examining the role of the former C.I.A. director John O. Brennan in how the intelligence community assessed Russia’s 2016 election interference, according to three people briefed on the inquiry.
John H. Durham, the United States attorney leading the investigation, has requested Mr. Brennan’s emails, call logs and other documents from the C.I.A., according to a person briefed on his inquiry. He wants to learn what Mr. Brennan told other officials, including the former F.B.I. director James B. Comey, about his and the C.I.A.’s views of a notorious dossier of assertions about Russia and Trump associates.

Perhaps anti-Christian liberal hacks were right all along: Americans are religious zealots. A new Rasmussen Reports poll shows that an overwhelming majority of Americans prefer "Merry Christmas" over "Happy Holidays." What's more, they also think that Christmas is a perfect time to talk about Jesus Christ rather than about that guy with the red suit and long beard.
Such disgusting Christian extremists. It's sickening.
OK, that's where the sarcasm ends. Here are the facts: According to Rasmussen, 68 percent of American adults say "Christmas should be more about Jesus Chris than about Santa Claus." Only 16 percent say they emphasize Santa, another 15 percent are undecided

New York Post debate analyst Eric Koch was the communications director for former City Council Speaker Melissa Mark-Viverito, the first Latina ever to hold the powerful position. He has also worked for several state and federal campaigns. Currently a top political operative at Precision Strategies, Koch rated the seven Democratic candidates on their performance in the sixth debate.
Debates like tonight’s are going to make our nominee — whoever it is — much stronger for the general election when they have to face Donald Trump,” Koch said.

Those pathological haters and congenital liars impeached not only President Trump on Wednesday night. They impeached us. This time it is personal. That is my vote they are trying to take away. As an Orthodox Jew, I know plenty about governments taking away my vote. Rome did it to me in Talmudic times. Western Europe did it to me in the Medieval ages. The Ottoman Sultan did it to me. Sheiks did it to me. The Tsar did it to me. Hitler did it to me. Stalin did it to me. Damned if I am going to let a mob of socialist

Lawyers close to President Donald Trump are exploring whether House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s decision to temporarily withhold articles of impeachment from the Senate could mean that the president hasn’t actually been impeached. The case is a rhetorical one following Wednesday night’s vote to impeach the president on two articles. The U.S. Constitution grants the House of Representatives full authority over impeachment. But the argument is part of an effort by the White House and Senate Republicans to maximize their leverage as lawmakers debate when and how to conduct a trial on charges that the president abused his power to solicit an investigation into political rival Joe Biden,

Twenty-four hours after President Trump was impeached, the Democratic candidates held a debate that almost didn’t happen and that even some insiders were hoping would not happen.
To say that the debate, having overcome a labor dispute at Loyola Marymount University, was overshadowed by the impeachment furor would be the understatement of the year.
For the last several debates, the pundits have forecast that the candidates would beat up on the perceived front-runner. But once again, few punches were thrown, perhaps because the four leading candidates all believe they could win Iowa or New Hampshire and don’t want to take any risks.

The mother of Hunter Biden’s child says the son of former vice president and Democratic presidential contender Joe Biden is refusing to answer any questions pertaining to his “basic” lifestyle and finances as the hearing in their tumultuous paternity case approaches, court papers show.
Lunden Roberts and the younger Biden are embroiled in a bitter court battle in Arkansas surrounding their 16-month-old baby, whom Roberts has argued he should support, according to court records and multiple reports.
The Daily Mail was first to report the latest legal filings, which were submitted to the court Wednesday.
