Those pathological haters and congenital liars impeached not only President Trump on Wednesday night. They impeached us. This time it is personal. That is my vote they are trying to take away. As an Orthodox Jew, I know plenty about governments taking away my vote. Rome did it to me in Talmudic times. Western Europe did it to me in the Medieval ages. The Ottoman Sultan did it to me. The most significant and satisfying column I have read in many moons. Rabbi Fischer says so much, and so well. I recall that it used to be much more common to refer to 'Judeo-Christian' values and the Judeo-Christian' foundation of our Nation. Wonder why that has changed? I.E., the prevalence of the expression...not the fact.

Rabbi Fischer has become one of my top two favorite conservative writers. Every one of his columns is brilliant, well written and right on the mark. He is a national treasure. I have been doing my part to support PDT the only way I can at the moment. Within minutes of the impeachment vote, I sent his campaign another Benjamin. I read yesterday that his campaign brought in $5 million on Wednesday while the demonrats were spewing their venom and then having their little farce of a vote. I wonder how much Pelousy, Nadless and Schiffhead received at the same time.

It has been personal for a long time. If that wasn't abundantly clear the day Hillary fit us in a basket of deploreables, irredeemable at that, then I'm not sure how the light would magically turn on with impeachment. They are impeaching our votes. Once our country was in a struggle to sort out the enemy that had infiltrated our government at the highest levels, communists. A rather arduous process of identifying who was on our side and who was not took place until those who indeed were not managed to win though propaganda turning our cleansing into a joke with the credibility of the Salem witch trials. That which we refer to as "Political Correctness" is that very same sorting out process only in reverse where you are only safe if you are loyal to collectivist progressive indeed communist viewpoints. We have been the ones being sorted out to be cast off for decades and now they ran into a Trump in the road. This is the same war on the bourgeoisie, the Kulaks, carried out by the Bolsheviks. Same movement, same target, same appeal to the same human vulnerabilities, same tactics, different geography.

It is personal. Democrats are sore losers because they want the power. They want the power to tax us and enrich themselves. They are no different than the tax collectors in Bible times. Along with their immature attitudes, comes arrogance. That aligned quite nicely during the Obama administration years. They boasted quite often about it and you even see it when Joe Biden is talking about the whole Ukraine-Burisma deal regarding his son. Even brought up Obama's name. Now, they are impeaching Donald Trump for their arrogant ways. Democrats - don't you love them? Only they can get away with all of this. . . Not for me. I have told you about my adjectives for them. Democrats are jealous, faithless, greedy, dull, repetitive, infantile, irresponsible, dishonest, thankless, and pompous. Those adjectives started with the impeachment process and I stand by them.

A bit long as I read it, but wouldn't cut a word. THIS. IS. WAR! And any America-loving Republican who doesn't understand that is either brain dead or really not paying attention at all. If they can abuse their power to "impeach" Trump on phony charges --- and get away with it --- we will be next. Keep your ammo (your vote) dry and use it when & where needed. We can stop them if we stay united and try hard enough.

Seven people, all from different households, not only gathered for Thanksgiving but distributed to the media pictorial evidence of them flouting mask mandates and social distancing edicts. No governor yet claims jurisdiction over the International Space Station but the astronauts have a lot of explaining to do when they return to earth. It’s not as though they lacked for space. Governors ordering around people 250 miles above their states seems far-fetched. But so, too, did the notion of governors usurping the role of legislatures. Eight months after the initial coronavirus lockdowns, citizens docilely accept the idea of a single person dictating the laws that govern millions of people.

Will Joe Biden and his foreign-policy team accept the extraordinary gift Team Trump is leaving for them under the Christmas tree — or is their hatred for the president so all-consuming that they will toss it in the garbage? Pompeo was referring to the May 2018 release of three Americans detained in North Korea -- all were accused of anti-state activities.

The practice of democracy in our constitutional republic flourishes in the presence of contradictions. Democracy, itself, is bound by our inalienable rights, bestowed to us by our Creator. These rights, not given to us by our government by any majority or by any vote, cannot be rescinded, for they were not wrought by man. Voting is a contradiction for it is both public and private at the same time. Its process is intended to be secret, but transparent. Its agency is intensely partisan, but its effect is intended to be unifying. The legitimacy of voting must survive despite the contradictions intrinsic to the process.

Will Judge Emmett Sullivan accept President Trump’s pardon of General Michael Flynn? No one has suggested that possibility, other than The New York Sun. The general’s case, though, has become a bonfire of the vanities of one district judge who has denied the presumption of regularity to an official act of the United States government — meaning Attorney General William Barr’s attempt to drop the case. So why would Judge Sullivan credit President Trump’s workaround of a pardon? We understand, the pardon could be the least fettered of all the powers that the Constitution grants to the president.

Many conservatives have moved their social-media accounts to the more freewheeling Parler, and often have slammed the supposedly monopolistic Facebook and Twitter as they’ve decamped from those sites. I have chuckled at some of their overheated parting rhetoric — especially the widespread misunderstanding about the meaning of the word “monopoly.” A monopoly is, as the Oxford dictionary explains, “the exclusive possession or control of the supply of or trade in a commodity or service.” Quite obviously, if one stops doing business with a company and heads over to its competitor, then the previous company is not by definition in exclusive possession or control of a service.

The court of appeals ruled in an 11-5 majority that Planned Parenthood did not have the right to challenge the state's decisions regarding who receives Medicaid benefits.
