Stacey Abrams lost her 2018 bid for the Georgia governorship last November in a contentious race against then-Georgia Secretary of State Brian Kemp. And despite acknowledging Kemp as the legal victor, Abrams has refused to officially concede the election.
“Concession in the political space is an acknowledgment that the process was fair,” she told Yahoo News. “And I don't believe that to be so.” Abrams, the former minority leader of the Georgia House of Representatives, said she “certainly was very sad, depressed, angry” after her loss, and has maintained that her campaign “would have come to a successful conclusion” if

She's a member of the Hillary Clinton Sore-Loser-Club!

However, she is managing to keep her name in the news.

She won't concede because she believes she is entitled to power.
In other words, she's a typical leftist. They seek power by any and all means. They don't care about elections, the Constitution, laws, or anything -- except to the extent they can be used as a means for power.
Reminds me when "American Idol" had a black guy and a white girl as finalists. Never mind that many blacks have won American Idol -- it was "racist" when the white girl won. The voting system was "unfair".
I've learned to ignore them.

I listened intently to what she said in the interview and found her remarks devoid of identifiable, actionable, defensible ideas beyond "play fair" and "do the right thing" cliches.
She seems to believe that enforcing election law and maintaining clean voter rolls disenfranchises potential voters and is unfair. If so, she should strive to change election laws, not to complain about their enforcement.

I do not need a concession from Abrams. The Sec. of State said she was the loser, and that is the end of it.

I think Abrams decided after the returns came in that she would maximize her chances for the 2020 VP nomination (the real prize she seeks) by playing the "voter suppressed" victim. And that is what she has been doing for nearly a year.
Had she conceded she would be stuck with the "loser" tag. But the "victim" designation, given the depraved nature of today's Dem party, makes her a viable player on the national level. A very clever strategy, really, if you have no morals or integrity.

Remember Sore-Loserman. They gave our country months and years of bitter division because they wouldn't acknowledge being beaten (even after they conceded, even after SCOTUS confirmed their loss). Jon Cary tried to suborn malfeasance by the Electoral College delegates by pleading that they ignore the vote tallies and vote for him. Then came the drama queen. After years of whining, Hillary still won't admit she ran an abyssmal campaign and lost what should have been a slam dunk with any presentable Democrat. Now comes Stacey Abrams, unwilling to admit she is now a political nobody, clinging to her self-image as the rightful heir to the gubernatorial throne. Compassionate onlookers should avert their gaze and walk on by - these losers are tormented souls.

Refusing to concede just makes her look like a loser in a double sense.

Stacey Abrams lives in a world with no reality and no truth. For her, those concepts are whatever she wants them to be.

Abrams claims she was "very sad, depressed, angry." Well, she was already angry, in addition to being large, black and unattractive with a chip on her shoulder. What a package. No wonder the voters didn't like her.

She may now want to concede, but she is totally conceited beyond any shadow of a doubt. The blow to her entitlement selfish self-centered ego has been too much for her. She can call Oprah and ask for a discount code for Weight Watchers. That might help.

If she had any proof that hundreds of people told her they were denied the vote, wouldn't she have produced at least a dozen by now?

Would Yahoo News think this was newsworthy if the roles were reversed? I doubt it, not even if there was CONFIRMED voter fraud. All those stories disappear immediately.

She won’t concede because she would have won if she hadn’t been traumatized when Judge Kavanaugh assaulted her about thirty five years ago.

Remember at the Presidential Debates when they asked then candidate Donald Trump if he would accept the election results if he lost as they were afraid he would not? The media ridiculed him! Now Stacey Abrams is doing exactly what the media accused Donald Trump of planning to do. Why don't they give her the same treatment? If it weren't for double standards, the media would have no standards at all!

Angry black woman, reminds me of the black secretary in the WH after the Clintons had to leave. She stubbornly refused to clear her office and had to be dragged out. Perhaps she was related to ugly Abrams!

Wow, #24. I thought I remembered every moment of the Clinton saga, but I don't remember the black secretary who would not leave. Tell us more.
