It looks as though the nation's largest news-gathering organization, the Associated Press, is test-marketing the public's reaction to Big Tech actively suppressing President Trump's ability to reach voters directly. Given the shocking revelations of the Project Veritas recordings of Google executives and their memos, and Twitter's banning of conservatives, it is not paranoid to worry about Big Tech trying to define Trump and conservatives as "hate speech"..."because that's how Trump won," and limiting his ability to be heard.

Journalist Andy Ngo was assaulted by Antifa protestors in Portland Saturday afternoon, according to video taken of part of the assault and Ngo himself. (Snip) The video showed Ngo, editor of Quilette, being punched and kicked by masked assailants dressed in black and then being hit by various containers of liquid as he is retreating. He later live-streamed a video of himself describing the assault. His face is scratched and he has blood on his neck. A police officer is heard interviewing him on the livestream. “I just got beat up by the crowd, with no police at all, in the middle of the street,” Ngo said during the livestream.

Paul has been on top of the apparent Kamala Harris fraud. Harris, attacking Joe Biden for having collaborated with segregationist Democrats in the Senate to oppose school busing, claimed that she was bused as a kid, in Berkeley, and it did her a world of good. (Snip)
Given the demography and geography of Berkeley at the time–she was 10 years old in 1974–it seems highly unlikely that Harris, the daughter of two PhDs, one from India and one from Jamaica, was bused into a white school so she could escape the ghetto and mix with the children of educated parents.

Welcome to the race, Marianne Williamson. During Thursday night’s Democratic Debate, as Kamala Harris skewered Joe Biden and four white dudes duked it out for a “World’s Best Dad” paper plate award, one candidate made a lasting impression: Williamson, a self-help author with little political experience. Williamson’s performance was truly something to behold (and so are the memes), so naturally, it only took a few minutes for fans to start clamoring for a Saturday Night Live impression. Well, ask and you shall receive, folks.

Jimmy Carter’s latest is at best delusional. It seems almost inconceivable that a former president would say something like this, but we live in a time when all norms have been abandoned by the Democratic Party:
There is no doubt that the Russians did interfere in the election.
By buying a tiny handful of Facebook ads that promoted Donald Trump, Bernie Sanders and Jill Stein, and attacked Marco Rubio and Hillary Clinton, and, allegedly, by phishing the DNC’s email system with the result that more people became aware of the obvious fact that the DNC had helped Hillary get the nomination.

The campaign said it was its single best fundraising day since Harris launched her bid in January. "We have momentum," said Lily Adams, Harris' communications director. All kinds of Democrats said it, so why not their allies in the media?I’m speaking here of the media chorus that insisted — insisted — that what President Trump, in an Oval Office address to the nation in January called a “humanitarian crisis” at the border — was in fact nothing more than a “manufactured crisis.”It’s one thing for partisan Democrats to make such a preposterous charge thinking they can get away with it. They are in this case, after all, seriously Trump-hating partisans. But the media? Those who insist that an “Apple is not a Banana” because “Facts Come First.”

The Democratic debates this past week provided the clearest evidence yet that many of the leading presidential candidates are breaking with the incremental politics of the Clinton and Obama eras, and are embracing sweeping liberal policy changes on some of the most charged public issues in American life, even at the risk of political backlash. Vowing to eliminate private health insurance, decriminalize illegal immigration and provide government health care benefits to undocumented migrants, high-profile contenders like Senators Bernie Sanders, Elizabeth Warren and Kamala Harris are wagering that they can energize voters eager to dismantle President Trump’s hard-line policies. The Fourteenth Amendment, which spells out the basic qualifications for being eligible to vote in U.S. elections, contains references to both citizens and persons in the United States. This provides adequate justification for determining which persons are citizens. (Justice Roberts doesn't seem to agree. On the other hand, it doesn't matter if the question is on the Census or not because illegals can just lie, as they did about seeking asylum.) What will be important and even crucial is to have a way to determine if a given person is a citizen at voting time.

The purpose of a primary debate used to be an informed discussion of the issues affecting Americans. At the second debate debacle, Democrats felt the need to pledge their allegiance to citizens of other countries, as was on gregarious display last night. Fifteen million viewers were subjected to the most ridiculous of lies and outlandish hysteria concerning illegal aliens — otherwise known by P.C. terminology as immigrants — and their plight.
The madness kicked off with the question of what should be done to the thousands of people converging daily at the southern border.

Democratic presidential candidate Bernie Sanders unveiled his vision of "democratic socialism" during a recent speech at George Washington University. Unfortunately, he did more to confuse the meaning of democratic socialism than to clarify it.
The words capitalism and socialism have meanings, so let's get things clear up front. Capitalism is an economic system based on private ownership of property coordinated through voluntary exchange in markets.
Socialism is an economic system that abolishes private property in the means of production — the land, capital, and labor used to make everything — and replaces it with some form of collective ownership.

After God, the biggest influence on Donald John Trump's presidency is Sun Tzu, a Chinese general who died more than 2,500 years ago.
He wrote a book, "The Art of War," that Donald Trump read when he was the captain of his class at the New York Military Academy, which was then an all-boys high school.
He applied those principles to business and had a successful career that took him from being a millionaire to being a billionaire to being a billion in the hole to being a billionaire again.

Kamala Harris’ campaign capitalized on her viral debate moment with Joe Biden on Thursday night, making a “That little girl was me” T-shirt available via her campaign website.
At the Democratic debate in Miami, Harris attacked Biden’s decades-ago work with segregationist senators, making the point personal by explaining she was a member of only the second class of black children in California to be bused to school in an effort to force desegregation.
“That little girl was me,” she said directly to the former vice president.

It looks like the nation’s largest news gathering organization, the Associated Press, is test marketing the public’s reaction to Big Tech actively suppressing President Trump’s ability to reach voters directly. (snip) The entire article is biased, quoting the far left smear group SPLC (“It’s a step in the right direction”), but this passage takes the cake for pure denial of reality:
"The new stance could fuel additional Trumpian ire toward social media. The president routinely complains, without evidence, that social media sites are biased against him and other conservatives."

Speaking at Faith and Freedom Coalition’s Road to Majority event on Thursday, Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) recalled when a Twitter executive couldn’t answer whether a tweet with Mother Theresa’s quote “Abortion is profoundly anti-woman” was considered hate speech by the social media platform.

On June 26, Reddit - one of the largest social media companies in the world - announced that it was placing a forum with more than 750,000 subscribers in “quarantine”. This meant that it could no longer be found by users searching for it, would not appear as a recommended topic of interest, and would have a warning displayed each time a user accessed it. The name of this particular “subreddit” was “The_Donald” and it is one of the largest and most active forums supporting the Trump presidency.

A federal judge on Friday issued a ruling blocking the Trump administration from tapping billions of dollars in military funds to construct a wall on the United States's southern border.
U.S. District Judge Haywood Gilliam issued the permanent injunction in a California federal court, after initially ruling last month to temporarily halt the administration’s use of military funds for the border wall.

Elizabeth Warren is beginning to solidify herself as a top-tier candidate in the Democrat primary. She has been forced to backtrack on her decades-long claims of being a woman of color, but Harvard still has not done the same. Why has Harvard not set the record straight?
In 1993, Harvard Law School offered Warren a highly coveted tenured professor job. The record is clear as to how she obtained the offer -- Harvard had been the subject of a discrimination lawsuit at the time regarding its hiring practices, and the school was openly trying to hire women and people of color at its law school. Warren did not begin her job

If Joe Biden were smart . . . I’ll just pause here till the laughs die down.
Biden had a lane all to himself in the debate Thursday night, but he couldn’t stay in it. He blew it, as we all knew he would, because he’s Joe Biden. The last time there was an open field for the Democratic nomination, he achieved all of 1 percent in Iowa. Holding Barack Obama’s coat for eight years is his most impressive achievement. It’s just about the only thing he brags about, unless you count being friends with racist Democratic senators.
A half-smart Biden would continue doing what the voters think he’s been doing,

In a desperate effort to squeeze political advantage out of the Special Counsel’s report exonerating Donald Trump and his presidential campaign of conspiring with Russia to affect the outcome of the 2016 election, Congressional Democrats have subpoenaed Robert Mueller to testify before the Oversight and Judiciary committees of the House of Representatives. They apparently believe that Mueller’s testimony will further their impeachment narrative by drawing public attention to those portions of the report interpreted by some partisans as demonstrating that President Trump obstructed the investigation of his non-conspiracy with Russia.
Quite understandably, Congressional Republicans have been slapping their foreheads in joyous disbelief at the Democrats’ decision to expose Mueller to cross-examination

The flu vaccine turned out to be a big disappointment again.
The vaccine didn't work against a flu bug that popped up halfway through the past flu season, dragging down overall effectiveness to 29%, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention reported Thursday. The flu shot was working well early in the season with effectiveness put at 47% in February. But it was virtually worthless during a second wave driven by a tougher strain, at just 9%.
There was "no significant protection" against that strain, said the CDC's Brendan Flannery.
Flu vaccines are made each year to protect against three or four different kinds of flu virus.

In case you missed it earlier: the worst one-term president in United States history had things to say again.
Trump Derangement Syndrome (TDS) is a real thing, people, and it afflicts all ages. This particular sufferer just happens to be older.
Jeff Flake is a younger politician who manifested horrible TDS symptoms as he was unceremoniously run out of office for utterly failing his constituents. Rather than own up to his inability to hold on to his core support, he decided to mask electoral betrayal by complaining about President Trump 24/7 just so the mainstream media would put a band-aid on his political wounds.
A Trump fan he is not.

There is now a photograph that sums up everything wrong about America’s broken and overwhelmed immigration system. You’ve seen it, and it is hard to let it leave the mind or the conscience. Together with the accounts of horrifying abuse of children in detention — and “abuse” is not hyperbole — we can see the crisis as it is. We can no longer look away.
The starkness of the crisis is a good thing, though. Until now, many have denied that any crisis existed at all. They have, in fact, denied that the highest levels of mass immigration since the Bush years are an issue at all.

Former Vice President Joe Biden on Friday tried to clarify his views on forced school busing after his tense exchange with Sen. Kamala Harris at Thursday night's Democratic debate in Miami. Harris had confronted Biden about his comments about working with segregationist senators, and statements he's made about opposing busing in the 1970s. "Before I start, I'd like to say something about the debate we had last night, and I, I heard and I listened to and I respect Senator Harris. But you know, we all know that a 30 seconds to 60 seconds on a campaign debate exchange can't do justice to a lifetime committed to civil rights,"

Lowe’s has picked Charlotte, North Carolina, as the site for its future global technology center , bringing in new jobs to the area, the company said.
The home improvement company tweeted about the project Thursday, saying the hub “will ultimately employ up to 2,000 tech associates.”
Selecting Charlotte as the location will support the company’s efforts to acquire skilled technology employees, Lowe’s President and CEO Marvin R. Ellison said on their website . It will also “foster collaboration” with those working at the Lowe’s headquarters in Mooresville, North Carolina, he said.

President Donald Trump said negotiations with China are 'back on track' after an 'excellent' meeting with Chinese President Xi Jinping, who warned him of the risks posed by 'confrontation.' 'We had a very good meeting with President Xi of China. Excellent, I would say excellent,' Trump told reporters Saturday in Osaka during a separate meeting with Turkish President Recep Erdogan.'As good as it was going to be. We discussed a lot of things and we're right back on track. And we'll see what happens but we had a really good meeting,' Trump said.
