There is a term floating around online right now that you might not understand. But plenty of people in MAGA know exactly what it means to be “black-pilled.” What exactly is it? Well, it means to slide past skepticism and frustration into full-on defeatism. It’s when somebody gets so demoralized, disgusted, or convinced the system is broken beyond repair that they stop thinking clearly and start believing everything is hopeless.Right now, that mindset is gaining traction. The Iran situation has put many people on edge, and fairly so. There’s real fear, distrust, and a lot of emotional baggage because Americans have seen this movie before. They’ve watched presidents

In typical U.K political fashion, British Prime Minister Keir Starmer flew to Saudi Arabia to present the optics of participation, when he found out about the Iran ceasefire deal.
Immediately, Starmer, with an apparent mouse in his pocket, heads for the cameras to announce, “well, we’ve just reached this ceasefire.” WATCH (prompted): (Video: Starmer Warns on Ceasefire)

Earlier this week, the Trump administration took another step toward liberating the economy by rolling back a Biden-era rule that needlessly hampered oil and gas production.
EPA Administrator Lee Zeldin said that, with this and several other deregulatory actions, the administration “is unleashing domestic energy and revising burdensome, unworkable Biden-era oil and natural gas policies.”
That’s the good news.
The bad news is that President Donald Trump has barely scratched the surface of the gargantuan administrative state, and other Trump policies are raising the cost of doing business, a report released today by the Competitive Enterprise Institute shows.

Department of Homeland Security Secretary Markwayne Mullin stated Monday that the Trump administration is considering withdrawing U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) officers from international airports located in sanctuary cities.
In an interview with Fox News, Mullin said he would “take a hard look” at this measure to punish cities that ban cooperation with federal immigration enforcement, arguing that such municipalities are not lawful and should not receive federal benefits like customs processing while refusing to enforce immigration laws.
“I believe sanctuary cities are not lawful. Some of these cities have international airports,” Mullin told Fox host Bret Baier.

The FBI arrested a former Special Operations Command employee for leaking classified national defense information to the media.
Courtney Williams, 40, of Wagram, North Carolina, allegedly transmitted classified material to individuals not authorized to see it, including a journalist, the DOJ said.
She was arrested on Tuesday and indicted by a federal grand jury on Wednesday.
Per FBI Director Kash Patel: FBI and our partners have arrested a former SOCOM employee, who supported our top-level military warfighters, for allegedly transmitting classified information to a member of the media.

Democratic New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani has introduced a “racial equity plan” directing city resources to “black and brown New Yorkers” in an attempt to “confront institutional and systemic racism within our city.”
The mayor’s policy proposal targets housing, health, and economic opportunities, and seeks to address disparities by prioritizing neighborhoods and residents that have supposedly been historically marginalized by economic or structural factors.
Mamdani’s Preliminary Citywide Racial Equity Plan and True Cost of Living Measure prompted a warning from U.S. Assistant Attorney General Harmeet Dhillon, who called the measure “fishy” and promised to take a closer look at its legality under current civil rights laws.

Now that President Trump has shut down the border and stopped the flow of new people into blue cities and states, they are not able to maintain their population levels as people flee to better places like Texas and Florida.
With smaller populations, these cities and states are going to lose significant electoral power in the present, but even more so in the future. Long term, this is a disaster for them and that is the source for much of their rage.
The left tries to frame their anti-ICE protests as a humanitarian issue but it has nothing to do with that.

The Left and some on the Right went crazy over a recent Trump tweet.
He warned that if the Iranian regime did not cease blocking the international Strait of Hormuz, he would hit its dual military-civilian infrastructure. He promised that “a whole civilization will die tonight, never to be brought back again.”
His wording may have been sloppy, but Trump obviously meant that the murderous civilization/culture of radical Iranian theocratic Islam would cease to exist and wouldn’t come back once power plants and transportation systems crucial to the regime’s survival were cut off. Why do we know that?
Because, unlike in most prior American wars, Trump has never targeted dual-use infrastructure—

We expect a lot from our armed forces, and we expect even more from the elites among those forces. That makes it all the more troubling when one of those elites is found to be passing along classified materials. Case in point: A former Army special operations employee has been arrested and faces charges of communicating and transmitting classified national defense information. Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Director Kash Patel announced the arrest on his official X account. The post continues:

The world breathed a sigh of relief Tuesday night on news of a cease-fire in the Iran war, but this is certainly no time for President Donald Trump to go wobbly.
If he can’t work out a comprehensive deal to end the Iran threat for good, he needs to get the jets back in the air over Iran pronto — and let the bombs drop.
If not, he does risk that TACO label. Trump saw enough hope for a peace deal — and an “immediate” opening of the Strait of Hormuz — to hold off, for now, on the enormous additional devastation he threatened to inflict on the Iranian regime. Fine.

As President Trump tries to regain control of the crisis created by his war of choice in Iran, much of the rest of the world is in a struggle to secure energy resources. In Britain, pressure on the Government to drop its commitments against North Sea oil and gas production is intensifying. The debate no longer divides on Left-Right, Labour-Conservative lines, with Chancellor Rachel Reeves, unions and even a caucus of Labour MPs putting the spotlight on Ed Miliband, on whom the Prime Minister has said the decision rests. While we wait for a clear answer from the Government about how rising energy prices are going to be managed,

America is living through a moment difficult to describe without sounding a little unhinged.
But here goes: We are watching the United States do things that only the United States can do. In the span of a few days, Americans have watched astronauts push farther into space than any human beings in history, while U.S. forces execute military operations so precise and technologically overwhelming that they look like something written for a Hollywood script. Pilots are being rescued in missions that resemble "Mission: Impossible." Terrorists are being eliminated with the kind of targeted strikes that only a modern superpower can carry out.

Following Operation Epic Fury, supply chain disruptions have ricocheted across the market and hiked gas costs for the average American – with Californians paying the prettiest penny at the pump.
Though AAA data shows the average national cost of gas has jumped from $2.98 to $4.018 over the past month, Californians are shouldering more crushing gas costs. The Golden State has enacted stringent regulations on the oil and gas industry for decades, implementing the highest gas tax in the nation, moving to block fracking permits and attempting to phase out the sale of new gas-powered vehicles by 2035 before Congress and President Donald Trump stopped the effort.

As prices soar across stadiums and arenas nationwide, Augusta National — home of the Masters golf tournament — is once again standing out for its low prices. The famed golf club in Augusta, Georgia, went viral on social media after journalist Claire Rogers shared a photo of its concession menu during the Augusta National Women's Amateur (ANWA). Rogers' post, shared March 31, highlighted food prices that remain low in 2026. The stand offered sandwiches ranging from $1.50 to $3, including egg salad and pimento cheese at the low end, and club and ham-and-cheese options at $3.

Give Donald Trump credit for his ambition – he’s not only taking out America’s longstanding enemies, but he’s redefining the entire post-war world order. No biggie – he’s just changing everything about the world that we all grew up in. But we’re conservatives, so when you change something, you generally need to demonstrate a good reason to do so. If it’s not broken, don’t fix it, and so on. But the old order was broken. Disastrously so. Several African and Caribbean countries – such as Nigeria and Jamaica – have made requests, raising the prospect that their nationals could be barred from entering the UK.
Yusuf said: “A growing number of countries are demanding reparations from Britain.

On the menu today: The U.S.-Israeli war against Iran reaches a proposed two-week cease-fire . . . at least on paper; the cease-fire has not stopped Iran from firing missiles and drones at Bahrain and the United Arab Emirates. The list of demands from Iran is an ayatollah’s wish list, but President Trump seems bizarrely enthusiastic about a proposal for the U.S. and Iran to jointly charge a toll fee for ships to pass through the Strait of Hormuz. Hamas remains fully committed to jihad (holy war) and rejects disarmament.
The "Board of Peace" is therefore confronting a harsh reality: Hamas, like Iran, is not motivated by deadlines, incentives, or promises of reconstruction. It is motivated by ideology and by war.
In Hamas's worldview, the war is not about the Gaza Strip. It is about reshaping the Middle East -- and beyond -- in its own image.
Any policy based on the assumption that Hamas can be persuaded to disarm is simply detached from reality.
The danger is that this rhetoric is designed to inflame public opinion in Arab and Islamic countries against their own governments,

They are part of a relentless campaign to undermine President Trump’s director of national intelligence because she is almost single-handedly revealing the dirty secrets of the Deep State.
Rumors swirl around Washington that the president is displeased with her and she will soon follow Pam Bondi out the door.
But that doesn’t appear to be the case.
The commander in chief is unwavering in his support for her when reporters ask, including during an impromptu press conference on Air Force One last week.

Trump, in a late night Truth Social post, confirmed that the US forces he surged to the Middle East will remain there until Tehran fully complies with a deal.
“All US Ships, Aircraft, and Military Personnel, with additional Ammunition, Weaponry, and anything else that is appropriate and necessary for the lethal prosecution and destruction of an already substantially degraded Enemy, will remain in place in, and around, Iran,

A quiet surge is reshaping American courts in states such as Georgia and Missouri to prevent the encroach of Sharia law.
State legislators are advancing “American Laws for American Courts” (ALAC) and related measures. These laws attempt to keep the U.S. and state constitutions as the sole legal authorities. The message to Americans is clear: no foreign codes and no parallel tribunals. This effort addresses real risks in family law, contracts, child custody, arbitration, and other legal conflicts.
These laws are not instance of intolerance or fearmongering; Sharia principles have clashed with constitutional rights in our nation, and these laws will help prevent such clashes in the future.

A Biden-appointed federal judge blocked the Trump administration from ending temporary amnesty for thousands of Ethiopian nationals in the U.S. since 2022. In a ruling on Wednesday, U.S. District Judge Brian Murphy described the Trump administration’s “termination” of Temporary Protected Status (TPS) amnesty for Ethiopian nationals as “unsurprising in light” of President Donald Trump’s executive order, Reuters reported.
Murphy also noted that “the will of the President does not supersede that of Congress.”
“Fundamental to this case—and indeed to our constitutional system—is the principle that the will of the President does not supersede that of Congress,” Murphy said. “Presidential whims do not and cannot supplant agencies’ statutory obligations.”

ruling from a small federal trade court in New York could reshape global trade, as it decides the legality of President Donald Trump's latest tariffs, a case with worldwide economic implications.
A little-known federal court in New York could soon decide the fate of Trump's controversial new round of global tariffs, after a legal challenge brought by Democrat-led states and small businesses. The case, focused on the president's use of a decades-old trade law, could have major consequences for U.S. trade policy and executive authority.

Vice President J.D. Vance has reportedly uncovered over $6 billion in potential fraud after President Donald Trump tapped him to lead a nationwide task force meant to root out criminal activity.
The task force has identified $6.3 billion in government contracts linked to potentially fraudulent businesses, The Daily Caller reported Wednesday.
“The task force, alongside the General Services Administration (GSA), are beginning to send out letters to nearly 400 businesses with government contracts that they believe could be fraudulent,” according to the report. The investigation found 895 contracts awarded to 392 businesses, totaling $6.3 billion, “with $3 billion still left to be rewarded.”

Virginia governor Abigail Spanberger (D.) took credit for over $7.1 billion in business investments to the Old Dominion—investments that were actually secured by her Republican predecessor, Glenn Youngkin.
Spanberger's Monday announcement listed four bipartisan bills she signed that detail the capital investments from Avio USA, Hitachi Energy, Eli Lilly, and AstraZeneca, which involve building new facilities and will bring more than 3,200 jobs building rocket motors, producing critical electrical grid infrastructure, and manufacturing pharmaceuticals. The legislation provides financial incentives for each company.
