Trump’s legacy is on the line with new
Iran cease-fire — what the deal must

The world breathed a sigh of relief Tuesday night on news of a cease-fire in the Iran war, but this is certainly no time for President Donald Trump to go wobbly. If he can’t work out a comprehensive deal to end the Iran threat for good, he needs to get the jets back in the air over Iran pronto — and let the bombs drop. If not, he does risk that TACO label. Trump saw enough hope for a peace deal — and an “immediate” opening of the Strait of Hormuz — to hold off, for now, on the enormous additional devastation he threatened to inflict on the Iranian regime. Fine.

I'm not sure Iran understands the concept of agreeing to a deal. The Ayatollahs make terrible decisions one after another but still cling to power.

Once Hitler was dead, there were still enough professional Generals alive to recognize that Nazi Germany was defeated in every sense of the word and agreed to unconditional surrender. We don't quite have that same arrangement in Iran. A country that has has mad mullahs embedded at every level of Iranian society and is not physically and mentally crushed as Germany was in 1945.

What a load of crap legacy media is pushing. Trump has been a great president, but if Iran, A terrorist state that has never kept it's word, breaks it's word once again, Trump takes the blame ? Iran is laughing. We need to finish the job Petiod.

I read an interesting take on the pause. We watched as Iran put all of their plans in action to protect critical assets, government staff, leadership etc. a great deal of intelligence was gathered for little cost to us. When we continue, we have a good idea on what and where they will move.

This piece has a ridiculous premise. Donald Trump makes deals. It’s what he does, and he’s far better at it than most people understand. He knows what’s at stake and he knows who he’s dealing with. He understands Iran will likely not honor this deal. Who in their right mind thinks Trump isn’t ready for that and doesn’t have a response ready? Unfortunately, a lot of people, even those who agree with him politically, don’t understand. They have never seen anyone in politics approach the job as a series of deals intended to benefit Americans and to literally make America great again.

I wish the Democrats and the Democrat propagandist MSM would make up their minds! Is Trump Adolf Hitler or Neville Chamberlain? Sometimes they are calling him both in the same day. At one demonstration I saw both HITLER and TACO signs. It’s very confusing.

The only question here really, is when is the New York Post going to move out of NYC? Typical NYC attitude of thinking they know best about world affairs while their mayor is raising their taxes to redistribute to black and brown people. I hope the editors at the Post have their prayer rugs for the 5 times a day work stoppage that is coming soon.

In another jaw-dropping example of Minnesota’s collapsing justice system under far-left Governor Tim Walz, a major fraud kingpin in the state’s largest-ever Medicaid scam has skipped the country, just days before his high-profile trial was set to begin. Abdirashid Said, the top defendant in a sprawling $11 million personal care assistant (PCA) fraud scheme, is now a fugitive after skipping a scheduled pretrial hearing in Hennepin County. The trial, expected to last weeks and expose a massive web of fraud targeting taxpayer-funded Medicaid programs, has now been abruptly canceled.

The Trump administration scored a court win on Friday as a judge ruled the administration can fast-track immigration cases. Immigration advocates sued the Trump administration last month, arguing that the asylum process should take “years” to conclude and that lawyers want “at least a year” to prepare for court hearings while applicants remain in the United States, The Daily Signal previously reported. However, U.S. District Judge Carl Nichols of the District of Columbia, a Trump appointee, said in his opinion that immigration law is clear on the timing of cases.

British Prime Minister Keir Starmer has pulled the deal to transfer sovereignty of the Chagos Islands—home to the pivotal U.K.-U.S. military base Diego Garcia—from the United Kingdom to Mauritius, after President Donald Trump fiercely opposed the measure. While the U.K. and Mauritius signed a preliminary deal in May 2025, it still required parliamentary approval, and the United States has substantial input in the decision, as well. Britain had exiled the inhabitants of the Chagos Islands—a small series of atolls in the Indian Ocean strategically located between Africa, Asia, and the Pacific Islands—when detaching the islands from Mauritius before Mauritius gained independence in 1968.

The Transportation Security Administration has been in the news a lot lately. The TSA is part of the Department of Homeland Security, and today it is responsible for securing the nation’s transportation systems. The most visible part of this is screening passengers and baggage at airports. Democrats in Congress, upset about how a different part of DHS, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, is conducting itself, have refused to provide funding for DHS. The result is that, starting Feb. 14, TSA agents were required to work while not being paid.

The Democrats have done their best to hide the data, but it is possible to use available information to extrapolate just how bad illegal alien crime is. Every day, all over America, illegal aliens, legal immigrants, and naturalized Americans from a rogue’s list of countries to our South and from the Middle East kill, rape, rob, and defraud us, almost with impunity. Yet, if you try to prove it by citing reliable government statistics, you can’t. The left works hard—it may be its most important job—to ensure you can’t find out exactly how bad things really are across America.

The Left and some on the Right went crazy over a recent Trump tweet. He warned that if the Iranian regime did not cease blocking the international Strait of Hormuz, he would hit its dual military-civilian infrastructure. He promised that “a whole civilization will die tonight, never to be brought back again.” His wording may have been sloppy, but Trump obviously meant that the murderous civilization/culture of radical Iranian theocratic Islam would cease to exist and wouldn’t come back once power plants and transportation systems crucial to the regime’s survival were cut off. Why do we know that? Because, unlike in most prior American wars, Trump has never targeted dual-use infrastructure—

This speed limit of 75 means that it’s against the law to go faster than that. Trust me on this, I used to be a lawyer. But now, Colorado has announced that if you go the 75-mph speed limit in the left lane, or even if you violate the speed limit by going 85 mph, and people stack up behind you who want to go 95, then you’re violating the law by impeding traffic. The State of Minnesota requires schools to allow boys to compete in girls’ sports. It also requires schools to allow teenage boys to shower with the girls, and otherwise avail themselves of girls’ locker rooms. It gets worse: the federal government has sued Minnesota, alleging that the state’s anti-girl policies violate Title IX of the 1972 Education Amendments.
