The Islamization of Catholic Charities

The Catholic News Herald, “Connecting Catholics in North Carolina”, bragged that the refugee case coordinator for the Catholic Charities Diocese of Charlotte, had been recently honored. His name? Ashir Haji-Mohamed. The latter part of the name meant that he had made a pilgrimage to the Islamic holy city of Mecca. Haji-Mohamed, a former Somali refugee, had previously been in the news for helping resettle Syrian Muslims, as well as Jordanians and Turks, in North Carolina. After the Biden retreat, Catholic Charities of Charlotte had also worked to bring Afghans to North Carolina. The Islamic Center of Asheville doubled in size as Catholic Charities dispatched Afghans there, and then working with “a Catholic

A perfect marriage for the End Times. I don't believe many understand the insidious nature of Islam, er, the Religion of Peace. I thought it was Shakespeare (but online search did not confirm) who said, "The greatest lie has some truth in it." The Bible speaks of those who have a form of godliness, but deny the power (Jesus) thereof. Islam holds Jesus to be a human prophet, acknowledges Abraham and other aspects of Judaism, but then goes off on heretical tangents. Confusion is the devil's stock in trade.

Many of these Catholic charities - if not all - receive millions of dollars from Uncle Sam, as in MY tax dollars. While Christ's commands include the necessity for charity, that does not include facilitating the import of peoples at odds with our government and Christianity, itself. This is the same perversion that allows people to be stingy with their own money but generous with that of others via tax collections and think they are being 'charitable'.

I remember reading, many years ago, that Catholic Charities had 'sold out' to the leftists and was raking in Tax money importing and resettling Illegal Aliens in the USA. This story confirms the rot and gives an indication of how far the Rot has progressed. Catholic Charities used to do good- heck, my Mom used to volunteer with them- but they veered off into Foolishness, and now Evil, many years ago. It seems to me that the Bureaucrats running the Catholic Church have taken the same path. I was raised in the Catholic church, but I refuse to support them, as, between this Evil and the rampant Pedophiles within their ranks, the whole operation seems to have become Evil.

I agree that many "charities" with the name "Catholic" are far from the faithful practice of the Faith. It is no different than the demented Dems who claim the mantle of "America". Are you ready to denounce your allegiance to America because the Democrat Party uses the term to cover their crimes and malfeasance? My Catholic faith is based on Christ's teachings, His Fulfillment of God the Father's promises to mankind, and His Physical Presence in the Eucharist. In its two-thousand-year history, the human Catholic Church has been no stranger to bad priests, bishops and popes. No earthly man's bad actions are enough to turn me away, especially today when we enter into His Passion with Him. He knew He was being sacrificed for All The Sins Of All Mankind. Christ did not choose who and who not to save. Before His horrible death, He warned the "smoke of Satan" would infiltrate His Church and for believers to stand firm in uncertain times. This is Good Friday. Walk the Stations of the Cross with Christ today and meditate on His Sacrifice to open the Gates of Heaven. AMDG

I have been a Roman Catholic since I was baptized 83 years ago. I give to my local church for its operation and as a member of the Knights of Columbus, I support that local Council. I don't contribute to the Bishops or the national church, I never considered Francis a legitimate pope and I'm still watching the new guy, but right now, it doesn't look good for him, either. Our local church groups do a lot of local charity good, and I'm happy that I can help.

Have to hand it to the Muslims, they actively work to achieve their goals. They vote in blocks, they run for office when their population numbers are high enough, and they get themselves into positions of power by hook or crook. Most Americans are too busy watching social media on their smart phones to notice what is going on.

#12, you may contribute locally to your church but that church is obligated to send a percentage of the total money to the regional Bishop and to Rome. I remember as a child dropping the only dime in my pocket into the collection plate and wondering why the priest had a Jeep, a boat and a red sports car while my father drove a ten-year-old Chevy to work. This Pope and the previous one believed in open borders and supporting all of the citizens of the world so that's how Catholic Charities grew into the religious version of United Way. Unlike the government, the Church doesn't even pretend that you have a vote in any of it. Muslims hate Christians because the one who created their religion was a man with many faults, a misogynist and a bloody conquerer, the total opposite of Jesus.

The Oath of Citizenship to the United States is in direct conflict to what every invading Mohammedan says every day. Islam is in DIRECT conflict with the Citizenship Oath, regarding Allegiance and Loyalty. Mohammedans must LIE in order to say our Oath, but that's OK to do, per the Quran, when deceiving the Infidel. Oh really? Perhaps we need to make the Mohammedans pass a little "Loyalty Test," which to leftists are like Sunlight to a Vampire, and then deport them. My Protestant Christian forefathers, who arrived here before the Mayflower, built, fought, and died for this country, only to have it ceded, without holding even ONE popular vote, to allow in a people of a vile and deceptive nature, prone to violence, rooted in misogyny, avowed religious-supremacists with a heathen-horde mentality straight out of 6th Century. Speaking as an Evangelical Christian we do have our problems too. Think Jim Baker, Jimmy Swaggert. These were two corrupt persons that used their organizations. The NGO groups, I think, are much more sinister because they received govt. (our money) money for their functions. Swaggert and Baker used deceptive methods to get money from individual Christians. The answer to the Islamization of Catholic Charities should be an audit from Secretary of Treasury Scott Bessent. Him and J.D. Vance have been tasked by President Trump to go after fraud in our country. And this takeover of our country by this religious sect is dangerous and the fraud that goes with it should be stopped.

“How about offering an award for being an illegal immigrant? No sane country would do that.” That is not a quote from President Donald Trump or Justice Sam Alito; it is a quote from the late Democrat icon Sen. Harry Reid (D-Nevada) back in 1993. Some of the same Democrats aggressively defending the modern warped definition of birthright citizenship were opposed to it a few decades ago, before it became Democrat Party dogma that cheap labor and illicit votes were more important than anything else, and that illegal immigration was therefore sacred. Leaving aside all of the many reasons to criticize Harry Reid’s career, he laid out the case against

In a development raising red flags across the Atlantic, Britain’s Labour government has appointed the UK’s first “anti-Muslim hostility tsar” and adopted a new definition of anti-Muslim hostility — reframed from “Islamophobia” — as part of its £4 million social cohesion strategy. The definition describes such hostility as “a type of racism” targeting “expressions of Muslimness or perceived Muslimness,” including prejudicial stereotyping that could incite hatred. Officials claim it addresses record-high anti-Muslim hate crimes while protecting free speech. Critics, however, see it as a potential censorship tool that could limit scrutiny of Islamic extremism, grooming gangs, or integration challenges.

TSA has about 50,000 federal employees who handle screening at nearly all U.S. airports. Several NATO nations have declined to join a U.S.-Israel military operation targeting Iran. Alliance members also refused Trump's requests to deploy their forces to reopen the Strait of Hormuz, much to the chagrin of President Trump, who figures that if NATO allies won’t help the United States, then the alliance has become meaningless. So the paper ran a piece criticizing Trump's threats to withdraw from the alliance, and the print edition’s headline asked a pointed question: "A North American Treaty Organization Without America?"
