Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis coordinated extensively with the Biden Justice Department and White House as well as Democrats on the House Jan. 6 investigative committee as she built a failed criminal case against President Donald Trump and his allies related to their challenge to Georgia's 2020 election results, according to a trove of internal communications obtained by Just the News. (snip) The new memos show that the Biden White House counsel's office gave Willis' prosecution team a major gift, waiving Trump's ability to claim executive privilege and block former administration officials from testifying.

Comments:

The files were released following an FOIA suit by Just the News and America First Legal. The "Biden" White House had previously waived President Trump's ability to claim executive privilege vis a vis the J6 Committee and Jack Smith's federal prosecution of Trump. It was not previously known that "Biden" had also waived Trump's privilege in the Atlanta case.

I wish that the DOJ would indict Diaper Joe. Then the court would order a mental status exam. Then it would be a diagnosis of dementia for all of America to soak in. The Toadie Special Cover-up counsel that declare no indictment because they felt Diaper Joe would be seen as an addled old man wasn't a diagnosis. It was a cover up opinion to do Meritless' bidding. Prove to the American people beyond a doubt that dDiaper Joe was a vegetable and let the US soak that in.

Duh, we knew this was happening back when the prosecution was taking place. I feel like the Trump team and congress critters are simply acknowledging what we know to be true, but no one is being prosecuted for crimes committed, and not one thief is made to pay back money they've stolen. They live to cheat and commit crimes another day under corrupt leadership. We're breeding repeat offenders.

For historians of human enslavement -- and for black Africans more generally -- the recently concluded African Nations soccer cup revealed images of an ugliness that has roots in the Muslim world's trans-Saharan slave trade. As Senegal defeated host Morocco in the final, sections of the Moroccan crowd hurled racial insults at the Senegalese -- just as Algerian spectators had, earlier in the tournament, when their team was beaten by Nigeria. "Get the black slave," affronted Algerian soccer fans chanted.

The Democratic governor made the announcement a day after Vice President JD Vance said the administration would “temporarily halt” some Medicaid funding to Minnesota over fraud concerns, as part of what he described as an aggressive drive against the misuse of public funds. Walz’s proposals were in the works well before Vance’s announcement.
