Biden’s ‘quiet amnesty’ for nearly

President Joe Biden not only allowed 6 million to 10 million illegal aliens to walk across the border during his term — he also granted a “quiet amnesty” to nearly 1 million. We’re only learning this now, as the Department of Justice revealed Biden officials improperly “terminated,” “dismissed” or “closed” that many cases before the nation’s immigration tribunals. The tool for this deception was the DOJ’s Executive Office for Immigration Review — “EOIR,” pronounced like Winnie the Pooh’s sad donkey friend — which oversees deportation cases.

Grrr, Biden and the rest of his open border hacks should be front line repatriotizing those folks to their homelands. I do not know the count of innocents that bought the lie of come over and we’ll support you forever as you vote for us, given free plane rides and bussed to homeless enclaves across the US fully draped in debit cards and EBT. Now the spigot has been cut off and those people who believed the lie are stuck, being told to scream and demand their rights (what non citizen is covered by American constitution?). All the rhetoric so pompous donkeys parade for their sound bites to promote their lovely prospective parties. Can we please go back to “drain the swamp” focus?

If those million or so cases involving illegal aliens were unlawfully or improperly closed or terminated in the administrative immigration court system that is a part of the US Department of Justice, it is time for the Attorney General reinstate those cases back on the court system and prioritize them to the front of the court docket. Since those Biden crew actions appear to have been a big attempt to undermine provisions of the Federal immigration law for partisan political purposes. You can bet that the Biden crew also, as “a matter of discretion” granted all those illegal aliens permission to accept employment in the USA, thus allowing them to take US jobs, generally at a lower wage and with less employee benefits then US citizens and legal immigrants could accept and maintain their customary US standard of living. If someone with some go-power were to look close enough they would find that a good percentage of those illegal aliens, especially those ensconced in so-called sanctuary cities and states politically controlled by the leftist Democrats are also fraudently receiving all sorts of taxpayer provided public assistance, commonly called welfare, along with “free” healthcare benefits. Also since that million illegal aliens, and you can bet millions more, have been allowed to ignore the Federal Immigration laws and stay in the USA, they have also been issued drivers licenses and state ID cards by every State and when those drivers licenses and State ID cards were issued to all those illegal aliens, all were also automatically registered to vote in US elections under provisions of the Clinton era so-called “motor-voter” laws. It is easy to see that over many years the leftist Democrats have imported and created a massive new foreign origin leftist, progressive, and socialist Democrat constituency of untold millions of illegal aliens, considered to be very potential leftist Democrat supporters and voters in return for “free stuff”. As the wimpy establishment Republicans just talked tuff and then eventually “caved” to leftist, progressive and socialist Democrat political demands to allow many millions illegal aliens to stay in the USA by way of past Democrat Designed amnesties. Now the leftist Democrats are calling for abolishing both the Federal immigration enforcement laws and the Federal law enforcement agency (ICE) whose mission is to enforce the Federal immigration laws. Common sense will tell you if the wimpy Republicans “cave” again to current leftist Democrat demands, for which the leftist Democrat have now shutdown the Department of Homeland Security. Common sense will tell you that without immigration law enforcement and the consequences of illegal aliens facing deportation in the future, that unlimited millions of foreigners, with no doubt help from their governments, and the international criminal smuggling cartels, could easily flood into the USA in unlimited numbers, most from so-called Third World countries consisting mostly of poor and generally uneducated peoples, whose home countries would be happy to facilitate the travel of those massive populations into the USA. No doubt in leftist, progressive, and socialist Democrat political thinking, in numbers beyond enough to keep the leftist Democrats in permanent majority political control of the USA, as those leftist Democrats go about transitioning the current USA into some sort of future socialist utopia.

Amnesty for persons entering the country illegally can be reversed. It was not in accordance with the Constitution (that document the Democrats seems to ignore). They need to be deported along with the 100,000 Trump says are not fit Americans.

Since it's well known that Biden had no idea what he was doing with the autopen, all of those "quiet amnesties" should be void ab initio. The courts should rule on it and make sure they're voided.

Iran is rebuilding nuclear sites damaged in previous U.S. strikes and "preparing for war," despite engaging in talks with the Trump administration, according to a prominent Iranian opposition figure. Alireza Jafarzadeh, deputy director of the Washington office of the National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI), said newly released satellite images also prove the regime has accelerated its efforts to restore its "$2 trillion" uranium enrichment capabilities. "The regime has clearly stepped up efforts to rebuild its uranium enrichment capabilities," Jafarzadeh told Fox News Digital. "It is preparing itself for a possible war by trying to preserve its nuclear weapons program and ensure its protection."
Venezuela passes amnesty law for political prisoners 1 reply

Venezuela's National Assembly, on Thursday, unanimously approved a proposed amnesty that could free hundreds of political prisoners jailed for being critical of the government. The bill marks a landmark development for the South American nation that has spent decades denying holding political prisoners. The change in policy comes after former President Nicolas Maduro was removed from power and kidnapped by the US military in a raid in the country's capital, Caracas, on January 3. Acting President Delcy Rodriguez, who proposed the amnesty last month, signed the bill.

I made fun of Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-N.Y.) yesterday on Rising after listening to her get tripped up when discussing U.S. Taiwan policy at the Munich Security Conference, but her remarks on that topic were brilliant and statesmanlike compared to what she had to say about South America! Can AOC even find the continent on a map? After listening to her say this, I’m doubtful. Quick fact-check there: The country of Venezuela is entirely north of the equator. You can consult a map if you don’t believe me. Perhaps AOC should put as much effort into learning geography as she does perfecting her Latin-American accent.

Why would any president destroy the U.S. southern border? The Left typically “pounces” on anyone daring to suggest that the Biden administration had green-lighted illegal immigration to gain new constituents for agendas that otherwise were without broad public support. The Left smears critics of open borders as racist conspiracists spreading the “Great Replacement Theory.” Yet for years, Democrats and leftists themselves had written triumphalist books with titles like “The Emerging Democratic Majority.” And often they crowed that “Demography is Destiny.”

This was the kind of prison break officials say could have changed the region, and perhaps even the world, overnight. Nearly 6,000 ISIS detainees, described by a senior U.S. intelligence official as "the worst of the worst," were being held in northern Syria as clashes and instability threatened the Kurdish-led Syrian Democratic Forces, the guards responsible for keeping the militants locked away and preventing a feared ISIS resurgence. U.S. officials believed that if the prisons collapsed in the chaos, the consequences would be immediate. "If these 6,000 or so got out and returned to the battlefield, that would basically be the instant reconstitution of ISIS,"

The decline of religion remains a fundamental reality in most Western countries, particularly in Europe, where over 50% of those under age 40 do not identify with any faith. Even in more religious America, some estimate that as many as 100,000 churches will close in the near future. Meanwhile, the ranks of “Nones,” those outside religious communities, have grown so large that their numbers rival those of Catholics and evangelical Protestants. Yet, as we document in a new report for the Chapman Center for Demographics and Policy, there are signs that religion is enjoying more than a nascent revival.

If convicted on the misconduct charge, the former prince faces a maximum sentence of life in prison. One officer was seen carrying a police-issued laptop after arriving at Sandringham at around 8 a.m., with the cars leaving around 30 minutes later. Police also searched a separate property in Berkshire, the force said, without directly identifying the king’s brother, citing strict UK laws.
