The FBI subpoenaed Kash Patel and Susie Wiles' phone records in 2022 and 2023, when both were private citizens, as part of a federal probe into then former President Donald Trump, Fox News has confirmed. Patel is the current FBI director, and Wiles is White House chief of staff.
At least 10 FBI employees were fired Wednesday, Fox News has been told. Names were not given due to privacy reasons.
Reuters first disclosed the subpoenas, which were issued during the Biden administration, while special counsel Jack Smith was investigating Trump’s efforts to overturn the 2020 election and his handling of classified documents at Mar-a-Lago.

Vice President JD Vance will announce Wednesday afternoon that $259.5 million in Medicaid funds for Minnesota won’t be reimbursed pending investigation — along with a national pause on firms that can seek subsidies through Medicare for durable medical equipment like canes and walkers, The Post has learned.
Vance will appear alongside Dr. Mehmet Oz, administrator of the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid
Services, to make the announcement — one day after President Trump announced a “war on fraud” in his State of the Union address.
The unusual mass-withholding of reimbursement to Minnesota impacts nearly half of the receipts submitted for the low-income Medicaid program in the past fiscal quarter. The “deferment” focuses

The death of Jesse Jackson, who got his start lying about holding MLK’s body in his arms, shaking down companies with fake racism accusations to get franchises for his sons, and subsidize his affair and his out-of-wedlock baby, has given a boost to his criminal son.
Jesse Jackson Jr, a former Obama campaign co-chair, had been busted and sent to prison for making off with $750,000 in campaign cash and spending over $10,000 on Michael Jackson memorabilia, including $8,500 on two fedoras, not to mention $800 on a mink cashmere cape, is relaunching a campaign for his old House seat in Chicago, while exploiting his father’s death.

The Democratic Party’s latest talking point against the SAVE Act is almost performance art in its absurdity.
We are now expected to believe that birth certificates are mystical documents, whispered about in legend but never actually seen. They are simply too elusive for modern Americans to locate and too burdensome for a civilized society to require.
Democratic California Gov. Gavin Newsom and socialist Sen. Bernie Sanders, an independent from Vermont, have both recently claimed they do not know where their vital records are, as though those documents vanished into the same void as missing socks. “I don’t have my birth certificate,” Sanders said last week. “God knows how I get it.”

A “toxic chemical” deliberately dumped on the ice rink outside the Trump-Kennedy Center “severely damaged” the surface and forced the cancellation of a performance, furious administration officials said Friday.
“Trump-Kennedy Center was targeted today in a malicious act of vandalism,” Roma Daravi, the vice president of public relations for the Washington, DC, venue, wrote on X.
“Our outdoor plaza was doused with a toxic chemical and severely damaged,” Daravi continued. “We will not tolerate violence or hate at America’s cultural center.
“Authorities are investigating and those responsible will be held accountable.”

Virginia Democrats have planned a statewide referendum with perhaps the most diabolically Orwellian question in the history of modern democracy.
“Should the Constitution of Virginia be amended to allow the General Assembly to temporarily adopt new congressional districts to restore fairness in the upcoming elections, while ensuring Virginia’s standard redistricting process resumes for all future redistricting after the 2030 census?”
Obviously, relatively disengaged voters will see this question and go, “Restore fairness? Sure, I vote yes.” So let me break down what it actually means.
First, newly empowered Virginia Dems redrew the maps for House seats in the most comical fashion.
Here’s the old map. And here’s the redrawn map.

Can we deport mayors? Apparently we can. And the more, the better.
Police officers who were actually illegal aliens have been caught and prepped for deportation. The campaign manager of a California mayor turned out to be a Chinese spy. And now a Florida ex-mayor is being prepped for denaturalization and deportation after allegations of immigration fraud and bigamy. Exciting times.
Federal prosecutors are seeking to revoke the U.S. citizenship of former North Miami Mayor Philippe Bien-Aime, alleging he concealed key facts about his identity and immigration history to obtain naturalization.
Prosecutors allege Bien-Aime used the name “Jean Philippe Janvier” when he entered the United States using a fraudulent, “photo-switched” passport.

Illinois Gov. J.B. Pritzker (D) demanded that President Donald Trump give the people of the state a total of $8.6 billion in refunds after the Supreme Court struck down Trump’s global tariffs imposed under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA).
In a letter addressed to Trump that Pritzker posted to X, Pritzker described Trump’s tariffs as having “wreaked havoc on farmers,” having “enraged our allies,” and increased the cost of groceries.
Pritzker explained that he was demanding “a refund of $1,700 for every family” in the state, and that because there were roughly 5,105,448 households in the state, the total came to $8,679,261,600.

The United States Commission of Fine Arts voted Thursday to approve the final designs of the White House East Wing Modernization project as the Trump administration aims to kick off aboveground construction in April.
A final vote was not expected until the Commission of Fine Arts’s (CFA) next meeting in March, but Trump-appointed CFA Chairman Rodney Mims Cook Jr. made the motion to accelerate the federal design review panel’s approval process. "Our sitting president has actually designed a very beautiful structure,” Cook commented before calling for a vote. “The United States just should not be entertaining the world in tents.”

Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) revealed at a townhall meeting on Wednesday that Democrats don’t just want to abolish the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), but they are actually planning how to dismantle the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) entirely.
“What I will say is that there is an easier conversation happening today than six, seven years ago when I got to Congress, about what we need to do with ICE, which is to abolish it,” Omar told her audience during the townhall meeting. The Democrat congresswoman further revealed, “There is a lot of conversation about what the dismantlement of the Department of Homeland Security should look like.”

The latest business to pick up and leave the high-tax, high-regulation, high-crime nightmare of Illinois may be its iconic professional football franchise.
The governor of Indiana, Mike Braun, announced Thursday morning that a "framework" had been reached for a final deal that would move the Chicago Bears about 20 miles south from Soldier Field to Hammond, Ind. "Indiana is open for business, and our pro-growth environment continues to attract major opportunities like this partnership with the Chicago Bears," Braun said. "The State of Indiana moves at the speed of business, and we've demonstrated that through our quick coordination between state agencies, local government, and the legislature
