The country we grew up in is no longer, and will never again be. I’m glad PDJT was elected. But as we’re seeing, the Deep State will not allow his nation-saving changes and executive orders to be codified. And, we’ll possibly be subjected to impeachments after January of next year. The moral rot in the communist party has spread so that there is now no middle ground. As Jonathan Turley wrote te The New York Times: “The paper now peddles in hate to feed a national addiction.” Our country will celebrate 250 years, and then we can say “Good night.”

Liberals get away with this by making sure their base doesn’t know any history. It wasn’t all that long ago that George W. Bush was promising a “kinder, gentler” administration, in response to dem accusations that the Republicans were the ones who were un-civil.

Full disclosure, I’m in the “program”, I had my last drink January 11th, 2008, I still do what AA calls hospitals and institutions, which is basically an AA meeting in a rehab facility or a jail. More often then not rehab facilities are nothing more then a non-profit set-up harvest federal dollars. Success rates are very low because the idea is you want them to come back so you can charge the government again. In short you have people cycling in and out of rehab on a permanent basis and never getting better. JD Vance knows exactly what’s going on which is why Trump is recognizing the whole rehab industry. They’ve mentioned in passing on the Alphabet networks. When this happens a lot of rehabs are going to close and people are going to go to jail for fraud because that’s exactly what it is. The NYT knows this and is trying to protect the non-profit sector and what’s coming next.

Thank You, #11! I was not aware of that particular corner of the 'Rat Scam Nation. I recall an interview, a couple of years ago, with Mike Lindell, founder and chief of "My Slippers". Mike described being a former cocaine addict, and said that a rehab program that effectively includes the Christian religion often has a pretty good success rate, those programs that do not include the Christian religion are almost always doomed to failure. It sounds like in the programs #11 describes, the failure is intentional. Reading this article, I realized early on that I was wrong. Yesterday, I saw an article in Lucianne, linked to the NYSlymes that actually seemed pretty good. That article talked about education improvements in Mississippi, Louisiana, and Alabama. I wrote that "There may be hope for them (the NYSlymes) yet." Reading this article, it describes such Filth that I have to say that I was wrong, that it is most likely that the Slymes is "Circling the Drain" the same as the WaPooPoo. I will not miss its demise.

Jamelle Bouie's mama raised herself a little racist. Now there's a great and unusual accomplishment that allows him to criticize somebody else's mother, who raised a Vice President of the United States. Who "earns" a degree in social and political thought? Somebody who obviously couldn't hack it in physics, chemistry or something else useful. No wonder he wrote for the New York Times.

Climate Change: What Can’t It Do? 10 replies
Posted by Hazymac 2/9/2026 6:58:56 PM Post Reply
Global warming morphed into climate change so that liberals could complain about any inconvenient weather and blame it on free enterprise. Thus, we have the absurd situation where liberals claim that “climate change” causes both excessive heat and excessive cold, whichever happens to be occurring at the moment. This makes no sense. Saying that climate change causes warmer (or colder) weather is circular. It is like saying that my weight change caused me to get heavier. Blaming both heat and cold on climate change is like saying that my weight change caused me to get both heavier and lighter, at different times. In any event, it isn’t true. Both extreme heat

It's a question that I had not put too much thought into until recently, but in light of the revelations over the past year from DOGE, the current fraud investigations in Minnesota, Oregon, Maine, and California (and I hope that will soon expand to all 50 states), it really has struck me that a huge proportion of our economy is probably just money laudering. Of course, we all understood at some vague level that there had to be a large amount of money laundering going on. The illegal drug trade alone is worth hundreds of billions of dollars, and that is just one portion of a large black market.

One of the worst of the lot was UCLA DEI chief Jonathan Perkins, and he just found out that his demented views are too much for even the administrators of that woke institution. He has no regard for the sanctity of human life, but evidently, we’re supposed to cry over his pets: UCLA finally fired its DEI chief months after the woke administrator publicly celebrated the assassination of conservative activist Charlie Kirk —

It is not momentous events that are the most meme-worthy. Rather, it is moments when liberals show their true colors and embarrass themselves, often in relatively trivial ways, that set meme-creators to work. This week, along with the ongoing fiasco in Minnesota, we had severel such events. The Washington Post, hemorrhaging losses, laid off a large portion of its staff, causing its newly-unemployed reporters to demonstrate outside the building. They marched in defense of the moral principle that Jeff Bezos is obliged to support them forever, no matter how much money they lose. I wonder whether some of the newly-laid-off demonstrators have been covering economics for the Post. Also, more Epstein documents

Chuck Schumer found himself in an awkward spot this week when confronted with polling data that completely undercut his attack on voter ID laws. The Senate Minority Leader appeared on MSNOW's Morning Joe on Thursday to discuss the GOP-backed SAVE Act, which would require proof of citizenship to vote in federal elections. What followed was the exemplification of political discomfort. Earlier in the week, CNN's chief analyst Harry Enten dropped some numbers that should make Democrats rethink their messaging on election security. Voter ID requirements enjoy overwhelming bipartisan support, with approval ratings consistently above 75% across demographics.

One thing we should never see is judges high-fiving criminals at parties; they enforce the law, not celebrate those who mock it. Neutrality demands distance from chaos, especially when robes hang in the closet. Attending events that trash law enforcement turns impartiality into a punchline. Blackburn's Call for Probe Sen. Marsha Blackburn (R-Tenn.) urged Chief Justice John Roberts to investigate Supreme Court Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson. Blackburn pointed to Jackson's attendance at the Grammy Awards on Jan. 29 in Los Angeles. "While it is by no means unheard of or unusual for a Supreme Court justice to attend a public function, very rarely—if ever—have justices of our nation’s highest Court been present
