How voters fleeing California turn other

Americans of all groups –– young and old, rich and middle-class, the college-educated and not –– are fleeing California. Conservatives are leaving in droves. The state will become even more progressive and even more committed to the self-destructive policies that are driving people out in the first place. But this exodus might have a saving grace: It might make surrounding states more conservative, right? Well, this has yet to play out favorably for Republicans in some nearby states, including, for example, Arizona.

Leftists have a "feeling" for what they don't like, and how to run away from it - deep down it might be what a lot of the sane among us don't want either. BUT they have no self-awareness, no "intellectual hygiene", and no concept of how to accomplish anything positive. So, they run away from the damage they have caused, and carry their insanity with them. Much like a social animal fouls its nest until it can't stand the filth, and then moves on to establish its toilet somewhere cleaner. Relocate, defecate, repeat.

It never works to do anything but wrecking the 'receiving' states. Leftists are too stupid to realize that the reason the place they leave is crap is because of their voting. And they keep voting for leftist pols, wrecking their new state. Typhoid Mary would be proud of them.

Like the people fleeing their own countries to move here from the s-holes they created. It took years of blood and treasure to build this country into the greatest on earth, and mass immigration will ruin it in a matter of years. Just like the movie line in "Field of Dreams"...' Build it, and They Will Come,' and millions are coming.

Judge rejects Democrats’ plea for early

A federal judge refused Sunday to help in attempts to open early voting sites at three public North Carolina universities, declining requests to overrule decisions by Republican-controlled elections boards leading up to the state’s upcoming primary. U.S. District Judge William Osteen rejected arguments by the College Democrats of North Carolina and some students that they were likely to win a recent lawsuit because decisions by GOP board members placed undue burdens on the right to vote. The decision by Osteen — nominated to the bench by President George W. Bush — to deny a preliminary injunction or a temporary restraining order can be appealed.

Recent regional elections have seen Democratic candidates win a number of special-election races. Now, energized left-wing politicos remind the nation daily that every incumbent president, except three over the last century, has suffered substantial midterm losses in Congress. Polls show President Donald Trump suffering an average 11-point negative unfavorability rating. So Democrats promise to soon stop all new legislation and end Trump and his counterrevolution itself. But the left will never offer any alternative agenda on the economy, the border, crime or foreign policy.

If you take a close look at some of the major news stories that have captured our collective attention over the last few weeks, you may notice a peculiar pattern. We’ll start in Minneapolis, with the story that has dominated the headlines for weeks. Although Tom Homan, President Trump’s “border czar,” has deftly negotiated a de-escalation of tensions in the nation’s most aggressive, bizarre, and aggressively bizarre sanctuary city, protests there continue. More to the point, state and local politicians continue to behave as if federal laws are irrelevant and as if they have no responsibility whatsoever to abide by rules that they have decided are unpleasant.

Japanese Prime Minister Sanae Takaichi is projected to win a commanding victory in a snap general election, according to early exit polling released Sunday night. Public broadcaster NHK estimated that the coalition headed by Takaichi’s Liberal Democratic Party (LDP) is on track to secure a two-thirds supermajority in the House of Representatives. The LDP alone is expected to win enough seats to govern outright, marking a dramatic turnaround for a party that had lost its parliamentary majority just two years ago. Takaichi, Japan’s first female prime minister who is often dubbed the country’s own “Iron Lady,” called the election only four months after assuming party leadership.

California’s K-12 schools have been put on notice that indoctrinating children in extremist left wing ideology will lead to federal funding cuts. In an exclusive interview with The California Post, the nation’s chief enforcer of civil rights Harmeet Dhillon has warned that political indoctrination, such as anti-Semitism, is now under the microscope, and won’t be tolerated. Dhillon’s warning comes with genuine bite as all American public schools received federal government funding. The push to investigate — and potentially defund — public schools comes as the federal government last week moved to join a lawsuit against UCLA’s medical school. “What we’re seeing in K-12 is antisemitism, we’re seeing racism —

Fittingly, given the corrupt and exhaustive process that spawned it, the DIICC was last week ‘endorsed’ by the European Union. According to a European Commission press release from the Directorate-General for Climate Action, the EU Council gave its approval to the UNESCO initiative on January 20th and the EU formally accepted it a week later.

In January, President Donald Trump signed an executive order to withdraw the United States from 66 international organizations deemed “redundant, poorly managed, unnecessary, costly, ineffective,” or that were instruments of America’s adversaries. Among them are various United Nations agencies and, most significantly, the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) and the 1992 United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC), the latter of which is the backbone of global climate governance. During his first term, President Trump removed the U.S. from the Paris Agreement. But a newly elected President Joe Biden promptly returned the nation to the agreement in 2021, making ...

Olympic athletes aren't stumbling into competition by accident; years of training, taxpayer-backed facilities, national governing bodies, corporate sponsors, and a county willing to invest all come together to push the select few onto the world's stage. Displaying the flag on their uniform represents far more than any fashion choice or personal mood, yet every Olympic cycle seems to attract competitors who want the benefits without sharing the burden of gratitude. U.S. freestyle skier Hunter Hess, a Team USA member, recently voiced his mixed emotions about representing America, citing immigration enforcement and political disagreements. He determined that the flag on his chest represents friends, family, and personal ideals over government

The Trump administration is set this week to overturn an Obama-era scientific finding that serves as the legal basis for federal greenhouse-gas regulation, the Environmental Protection Agency said on Monday. Repealing the so-called endangerment finding, a scientific determination that greenhouse gas emissions endanger human health, would remove the legal foundation for broader greenhouse gas regulation and would mark the Trump administration’s most wide-reaching ‍climate policy rollback. The Wall Street Journal reported on Monday that the repeal is expected to be published later this week, and cited EPA Administrator Lee Zeldin saying it would amount to “the largest act of deregulation in the history of the United States.”

The hosts of the Super Bowl party I attended provided several televisions in multiple rooms, a couple of which ran the NBC feed at halftime, with the rest running the Turning Point USA YouTube show. No one bothered with the official halftime, but to be fair, not too many people paid much attention to either – or to the game itself. I did watch the alternative All-American Halftime Show on one of the TVs, the counterprogramming provided by TPUSA, and was very impressed with its production values.

Two weeks ago, Jonathan Chait was one of many left-wingers who seemed to be declaring victory of ICE and President Trump. Here's a bit of what he was saying. Trump’s retreat in Minneapolis is a stinging defeat for the national conservatives, the Republican Party’s most nakedly authoritarian faction... Trump’s capitulation would never have occurred if not for the heroic, disciplined resistance in Minneapolis. Faced with something like an occupying army that was systematically flouting the law, the people of Minneapolis thrust its abuse into the public eye, raising the political cost of Miller’s war until enough Republicans decided that they couldn’t bear to pay it.
