A San Diego children’s hospital has been ordered to continue providing gender-affirming care to minors —despite a previous effort from the hospital to end the programs to save its federal funding.
Rady Children’s Health must continue providing the care, which includes therapies like puberty-blockers and hormone treatments, to patients under 19 until at least March 10, in a ruling from San Diego Superior Court Judge Matthew Braner Wednesday.
The decision comes amid a heated legal fight between the hospital and the California Attorney General’s Office. The AJ sued Rady after it announced it would stop offering the treatments and procedures.

Megyn Kelly joined Piers Morgan on Monday to discuss the controversial Super Bowl halftime show with Hispanic rapper Bad Bunny who rapped his lyrics in Spanish to the American audience.
The halftime show included men grinding on each other and filthy sex-filled lyrics after Bad Bunny’s words were translated to English and Americans could see what the show was about.

The House this week is set to take up the SAVE America Act (the SAVE Act 2.0), an election-integrity measure that some Senate Republicans can’t seem to get behind even though the vast majority of Americans already have.
House Majority Leader Steve Scalise’s office confirms the SAVE America Act, which would require proof of U.S. citizenship to register and photo identification to vote in federal elections, will hit the floor on Tuesday. While Democrats will spend hours making a mockery of truth and reality in opposing it,
Americans of all groups –– young and old, rich and middle-class, the college-educated and not –– are fleeing California.
Conservatives are leaving in droves.
The state will become even more progressive and even more committed to the self-destructive policies that are driving people out in the first place.
But this exodus might have a saving grace: It might make surrounding states more conservative, right?
Well, this has yet to play out favorably for Republicans in some nearby states, including, for example, Arizona.
A federal judge refused Sunday to help in attempts to open early voting sites at three public North Carolina universities, declining requests to overrule decisions by Republican-controlled elections boards leading up to the state’s upcoming primary.

So Democrats promise to soon stop all new legislation and end Trump and his counterrevolution itself.

More than a million dollars will soon be doled out to black residents of Evanston, Illinois, under the city’s reparations program.
Evanston’s Reparations Committee announced last week that 44 people will be getting $25,000 each, for a total of $1.1 million, according to the Chicago Tribune.
All 44 are descendants of individuals who qualify under the city’s program that pays out reparations to black residents who claimed they experienced housing discrimination between 1919 and 1969. The payments are intended to be used for housing expenses, Cynthia Vargas, Evanston’s communications and community engagement manager, said.
A horrible tragedy occurred yesterday in Canada when a killer, later identified as a “trans identifying woman,” shot nine people to death and injured 27 others, before turning the gun on himself. Shapiro signed a bill requiring a cursive handwriting curriculum in all Pennsylvania public schools, Wednesday. The bill, introduced by Republican Pennsylvania Rep. Dane Watro, was co-sponsored by three Democrats and fifteen Republicans. “I’m definitely rusty, but I think my penmanship was okay!” Shapiro’s office wrote on Facebook, posting a photo of Shapiro’s cursive signature.

Mathis Roy Vigne, an advance man for the new leader of the city, used his X profile to berate workers from various airlines, the Washington Free Beacon reports.
The complaints ranged from ranting about airline staff over his business class seats and lounge access and for allegedly failing to serve him a drink.
Vigne, who previously interned for Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, handles publicity and events for Mamdani.
