The US President said the rapper's gig was 'absolutely terrible' and that there was 'nothing inspirational' about choosing a star who didn't perform in English. Mr Trump was also deeply unhappy about some of the suggestive dancing because the Puerto Rican artist repeatedly grabbed his crotch and there were women twerking on stage (snip) ''It makes no sense, is an affront to the Greatness of America, and doesn't represent our standards of Success, Creativity, or Excellence'.

Today must be my day for trashing Pravda. Already, I have trashed Peggy Noonan's lament for the Washington Post, and contrasted her fantastical idea of what the media's relationship to truth is with the fact that the Post lionizes Adam Schiff as a model Democrat who is trying to save democracy.
