As U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents surged into Minneapolis, Minnesota, one local McDonald’s made a public display against the upholding of federal immigration law.
The Daily Wire posted an image of the sign, which was captioned “NO ICE ACCESS IN THIS BUSINESS,” to social media platform X on Thursday afternoon.
The sign was clear that it was intended as a “NOTICE TO ALL LAW ENFORCEMENT & IMMIGRATION AGENTS.” “This is a private business,” it said.
“You are not permitted to enter non-public areas of this business (including offices, break rooms, storage areas, and staff-only areas) without a valid JUDICIAL WARRANT signed by a judge or magistrate.”

That's fine. Just put up a sign at the state line that says NO FED MONEY ACCESS HERE. You want 'em YOU pay for 'EM. CITIZENS no longer agree to PAY for 'em.
I say tell the INSURRECTIONIST RIOTER"S that if they obstruct or violate the law in any way their WELFARE benefits will be taken away FOREVER. Welfare is a CONTRACT and you have to obey the rules. You break the rules, you lose benefits. NO ONE IS ABOVE THE LAW right? None of these idiot's, getting paid by Soros, have a job.

Doesn't this just tell ICE that illegals work there?

let's figure this out..
doesn't matter if they try to isolate this story to THIS restaurant..
two percent of all McDonalds customers are the snowflakes
they are trying to appease here..
the other 98 percent of their customers probably support ICE
Bud Light move over

Time to build a wall around MN and offer it to Canada. Or just hand it over to the Somalies. I mean they have done so much for the state anyway. Let them have it. But no one who lives there should be permitted to enter the US proper.

Hmmm. Just like the signs that say, "Guns not allowed" are invitations to criminals with guns.....What could possibly go wrong with a sign that says Law Enforcement not allowed?

Maybe ICE agents ought to line up all around that McD's and not allow anyone to cross the line to get into the restaurant. Wonder how long that could go on with no customers being allowed inside the McD's or in the drive-thru line. If I was an ICE agent, I wouldn't want to eat at a place like that. No telling what they might put in your food or do to it.

poster #12 is correct. You know the employees would spit in the food. As a matter of fact, the agents should bring their own food or have designated 'food buyers' so no one at any restaurant in Minneapolis knows the food is going to Federal Agents.

Sounds like justification to get a warrant to go in there and grab a copy of all their employment records.
Smart move getting them selves shutdown.

Read the sign carefully....it doesn't say anything other than what the Constitution requires....get a warrant and enter. It isn't denying them food or the right to go use the can, just entry into the areas that the public are traditionally excluded from without a court order--same right you and I have in our homes.
But if the video news report I saw that showed what appeared to be an armed security guard outside the restaurant prevents an ICE agent from entering, then they are violating the Constitution because the joint is a public accomodation.
Let's see how this shakes down.

The sign basically says no going into the non public areas of the store. If the agents were just going there for food, they would have no reason to go anywhere but the public areas. The security guard would be wrong to turn them away. He would be appropriate to question them if they wandered behind the counter. However, given the signs on the door , I would avoid that McDonald's for fear of what would end up in the food and drinks. The signs just invite problems, not prevent them.

This may be a 'tell' that the franchisee has several illegals flipping burgers at his location. Fine, they have now called attention to themselves. OK, get a warrant and see who's working there. This is like the Old South barring blacks from public accommodations because of their color. You can bet that McDonald's corporation and other franchisees will hardly be pleased about this.

This is too easy. Wait until closing time and fill a van full of illegals when they leave for the night.
