Ibrahima Diop, the finance boss at Minneapolis Public Schools (MPS), has been placed on administrative leave, Alpha News has learned. Alpha News has reported extensively on Diop and questionable contracts with Frontier Transportation Services, hired by MPS to transport Homeless and Highly Mobile (HHM) students in passenger vans. Additionally, another transportation company under contract with the district was filmed dropping children off at the now-closed Quality "Learing" [sic.] Center -- a moment many believe was staged to make the site appear active. MEISA Transportation Services were recorded outside of the Minneapolis daycare made famous in a Nick Shirley video for misspelling the word "learning."

Comments:

Another dispatch from dysfunctional Minneapolis, this one addressing potential transportation fraud and incompetent financial management in the Minneapolis Public Schools. Medical and education related "transportation services" are emerging as another cash-cow for fraudsters in Minnesota and elsewhere.

Bottom line, if it has a Somali name, it's a scam. In Minnesota at least they have infiltrated everything so the right hand can help the left hand. Outrageous that this has been going on for many years. Don't question or audit them or you are a raciss.

FTA: “Every few years we get complete leadership change — they muck up the district, spend recklessly, and move on to a different district leaving us in financial turmoil,” the employee said. “The people who suffer are the students, families, and dedicated staff.” This is in a nutshell, the magic of democrat party slush funding. Enable trickle back fraud, and then act like they nobley served their constituents by firing bad actors.

His questioning cut right through activist jargon and forced the case onto solid legal ground, revealing just how contorted the arguments become when ideology collides with biological reality. If enacted, Senate Bill 5855 would prohibit local, state, and federal law enforcement officers, including ICE agents, from wearing masks that obscure their identities during public interactions, with limited exceptions for undercover assignments and certain tactical operations. According to Fox News, the House of Representatives voted 226-197 to overturn Biden-era regulations effectively aimed at restricting how strong shower heads could be. Federal law already caps how much water a shower head is allowed to emit. During the Biden administration, regulators took a broader view of that rule. They concluded that showers equipped with multiple nozzles had to be treated as a single unit, meaning the total water flow across all heads could not exceed the legal maximum.

The Department of Housing and Urban Development likely paid out more than $84 million in ineligible assistance to Minnesota during President Joe Biden’s final year in office — including to more than 500 “deceased tenants,” according to officials and documents reviewed by The Post. HUD has been looking into billions of dollars in taxpayer-funded housing aid doled out by the Biden administration — and its most recent review found $84.6 million in potentially erroneous payments in fiscal year 2024. That included up to $496,000 in improper assistance to 509 dead tenants. Approximately $246,000 more was shelled out to 20 people whose Social Security numbers couldn’t be verified, meaning they were likely non-citizens.
