Whoopsie. Look what Tampon Tim signed into law back in 2020. As the circus over the George Floyd protests raged on, Minnesota’s Legislature updated its “use-of-force” statute, and Gov. Walz signed it into law that July. (snip) MN law §609.066: Officers can use deadly force if a driver accelerates toward them, creating immediate life-threatening danger. No need to wait for impact—they can act based on apparent intent & proximity. (snio) And it’s all based on the totality of circumstances known at the moment, not some hindsight debate after the fact.

But Idiot Timmy called it "murder"......despite signing a law making it perfectly within the guidelines of self defense by law enforcement officers BY MINNESOTA LAW. Perhaps this is why there haven't been anyone mouthing off about "we'll file state charges"......because they CAN'T, it was perfectly within legal limits. And, again, I will point out that it can simultaneously a perfectly legal shooting, and a real tragedy that a stupid woman died by being foolish and playing dangerous games.

What a moron!!! Walz signed into law the authorization for police officers to use deadly force when someone is seen as a threat to them or other people. The sudden jolt in his body camera picture shows that she hit him. Since he signed the statute into law, it is hard to believe that he didn’t know that it existed.

The Supreme Court on Tuesday appeared likely to uphold state laws that ban transgender athletes from taking part in girls' and women's school and college sports. The court, which has a 6-3 conservative majority, heard more than three hours of oral arguments in separate cases involving two transgender students, Becky Pepper-Jackson and Lindsay Hecox, who challenged state bans in West Virginia and Idaho, respectively. Both won lower court injunctions that allowed them to continue to compete in sports.During arguments, questions asked by justices indicated a majority appeared reluctant to find that the laws violate either the 14th Amendment to the Constitution,
