The recent Democratic cry of “affordability” is ironic in many ways.
The left-wing narrative of Trump hyperinflation was one of desperation and came only after previous memes had failed to resonate.
The 2025 generic “dictator,” “fascist,” and “Nazi” smear points never helped the left much.Nor did the nihilist government shutdown over the “Obamacare crisis” work other than perhaps to depress fourth-quarter GDP.
Nor did the earlier spring 2025 melodramatic predictions of an impending “Trade War,” “Recession,” and stock-market “Meltdown resonate.”
Nor did the “Gestapo,” “SS,” and “Nazi” ICE smears become effective talking points.
The “illegal orders” and “unconstitutional use of force” in destroying narcotraffickers’ shipments in transit of lethal drugs were mostly empty rhetoric.

“Stand with Ukraine! Free Palestine! No one is illegal!”
Did I forget any other empty slogans? For the last eight years, the basement-dwelling interlocutors of the left have screamed and yelled for revolution, bearing their signs, blocking the streets, and bawling in front of politicians’ homes.Conservatives and the general public have endured these mantras blasted all over social media and the airwaves. These empty epithets have dominated college campuses, overwhelmed classrooms and public squares, and featured prominently in debates, podcasts, and talk shows.
The left never tires of finding causes to fight for. Whatever declares war on the West, undermines natural law and basic reality, and places power above principle,

Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan is often touted as a successor to President Erdogan and has again and again viciously attacked Israel for defending itself. On November 30, while in Iran, Fidan labeled Israel as “the biggest threat to stability in the Middle East” just as he bragged about seeking to significantly expand Turkish cooperation on issues such as energy, trade, border protection, and Middle East security needs with Iran.
In August Fidan said “Israel’s reckless attacks on Gaza, Lebanon, Yemen, Syria,

You don't hate the media enough, dear readers. Need a new example to refresh your memory since the last one just a handful of hours ago? OK, I shall oblige you. This one relates to the process of supporting our heroes through the work of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).
What do you think a story with the following Washington Post headline will be about? "VA plans to abruptly eliminate tens of thousands of health care jobs."
It sounds really negative, right? Like something is sure to happen that will leave our servicemembers and veterans in the lurch? That could lead to, I dunno,

President Trump vowed to respond Saturday after an attack on US and coalition forces killed three US service members in Palmyra, Syria.
“We will retaliate,” Trump said, asked by reporters about the incident as he left the White House Saturday to attend the Army-Navy football game.
“We mourn the loss of three great patriots in Syria. We know how it happened. It was an ambush — terrible,” Trump said. “We also have three wounded that seem to be doing pretty well,” he added. “But we mourn the loss, these are three great people. And it’s just a terrible thing.”

The U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) on Thursday imposed sanctions on Efrain Antonio Campo Flores and Franqui Francisco Flores de Freitas, Venezuelan dictator Nicolás Maduro’s convicted drug-trafficking nephews. Flores and Flores de Freitas were arrested and convicted of drug trafficking crimes in the United States, but released and sent back to Venezuela by former U.S. President Joe Biden in 2022. OFAC also reinstated U.S. sanctions on Carlos Erik Malpica Flores, another of Maduro’s nephews. Malpica was originally sanctioned by President Donald Trump in his first term but had his sanctions lifted by the Biden administration.

Venezuela functions both as a forward operating base and as an insurance policy for the regime, safeguarding its operatives and extending its reach.
Allowing Iran to entrench itself in the Western Hemisphere would only create a hostile foothold from which it could coordinate operations, support proxy groups, and control regional dynamics with near impunity.
President Donald J. Trump's policy on Venezuela is not only strategically sound but necessary to finally put a stop to Iran's explicit plans for the U.S. Iran has recently come out publicly, voicing strong support for Venezuela against the United States. Its statement reflects a deep strategic and military relationship that serves multiple interests for Tehran.

Barry Loudermilk, Chairman of the new House Republican-led Select Subcommittee on January 6, claims that key surveillance footage showing areas near the RNC and DNC where pipe bombs were placed the prior evening was not preserved. Republican Rep. Loudermilk (GA-11) made the jaw-dropping accusation in a recent interview.
"There's still so many questions regarding this, because one of the things that has raised our eyebrows is as we go and we look for video on January 6th, because we want early morning video on January 6th to see, did anybody go back to these locations?" he said.

Scott Jennings delivered a brutal history lesson to Democratic strategist Ameshia Cross on CNN's The Source Thursday night, exposing her stunning ignorance about which party actually fought for civil rights in America. The fiery exchange began when Jennings called out Democrats for their ruthless political tactics. "Make no mistake. Gerrymandering is a Democratic skill set. Republicans are still pikers when it comes to this," Jennings said. "But I got to tell you, what you heard tonight is what they're going to do. They're ruthless. Democrats have shut down the government. They've told the military to stop following orders.

Macy’s Herald Square is where I took my kids to sit on Santa’s lap when they were little.
So did scores of other moms, often with infants in tow.
The toy department decorations are a Winter Wonderland for little kids.
That’s why countless families, New Yorkers and tourists alike, have sparkly memories and the pictures to go with them from the “Miracle on 34th Street” store.
Anyone who has stood on line for Santa with kids in strollers or a baby in a carrier felt extra horrified to hear that a mom changing her infant daughter’s diaper was stabbed multiple times by a mentally ill homeless person in the rest room at Macy’s.

As the fight over Obamacare raged in 2009, Sarah Palin coined a phrase that would draw years of ridicule from the Left. Palin warned that government-run healthcare would empower bureaucratic "death panels" to decide who received treatment and who was left to die. Leftist media outlets like The Economist dismissed Palin's claim as an "outrageous allegation," while Democratic mouthpiece Jon Meacham said it was "a lie crafted to foment opposition" to Obamacare.
Yet time has a way of vindicating those scorned. Dark developments across the Western world show Palin was simply early, not wrong,
