Trump Designates Illicit Fentanyl ‘Weapon
of Mass Destruction’

President Donald Trump has taken another step toward addressing the deadly fentanyl crisis in America by designating the drug and its core precursor chemicals as weapons of mass destruction (WMD). Trump made the announcement while awarding the new Mexican Border Defense Medal to U.S. troops who showed extraordinary dedication in protecting our southern border while deployed to assist federal immigration enforcement. At the same time, Trump issued an executive order on fentanyl. The deadly drug has been a growing concern for years now as tens of thousands of Americans die every year overdosing on it. “Illicit fentanyl is closer to a chemical weapon than a narcotic,” Trump argued in the EO.

Sen. Tom Cotton (R-AR) introduced a pair of bills Tuesday to strengthen immigration security and to ensure that only American citizens are eligible for in-state college tuition, telling Breitbart News that his legislation is aimed at “closing loopholes that are frequently exploited” by illegal migrants. The Put American Students First Act points to 22 states and Washington, DC for violating Section 505 of the Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act of 1996, which prohibits in-state tuition rates being granted to students who are not lawful residents of the state, unless the same rates are offered to all citizens of the United States regardless of residence.

Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-NY) called for more gun control in response to Saturday’s handgun attack at gun-free Brown University. He did not mention the school’s gun-free policy nor that it goes so far as to prevent concealed carry permit holders from being armed on campus for self-defense. Instead, Schumer went with the standard Democrat talking point of pushing more gun laws after extant gun control fails to prevent a criminal from acting out his heinous intentions. Forbes posted video of Schumer claiming Australia is showing “courage” by seeking ways to expand and implement new gun controls after the Bondi Beach terror attack.

A federal judge, appointed by former President Barack Obama, is refusing to add additional jail time to a criminal sentence for a seven-time deported illegal alien, convicted of raping and sodomizing a woman with cerebral palsy, for his repeated violation of federal immigration law. U.S. District Judge Judith Levy, appointed to the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan in 2014 by Obama, recently ensured that 30-year-old illegal alien Edys Renan Membreno Diaz of Honduras would not have to spend another 19 months in prison for violating federal immigration law — a standard sentence for an illegal alien who was deported from the U.S. seven times.

The Department of War (DOW) is escalating its review of Sen. Mark Kelly (D-AZ), a retired Navy captain, to an official command investigation into his participation in a video dubbed “seditious” by President Donald Trump and War Secretary Pete Hegseth. DOW officials announced the preliminary review on November 24 in response to a video he published with fellow Democrat lawmakers calling on military service members and intelligence officials to “refuse illegal orders” from the Trump administration. Hegseth called the video “despicable, reckless, and false,”

A federal appeals court on Monday took Judge Boasberg to task and delayed his contempt hearings until 2026. In March Boasberg granted a temporary restraining order (TRO) to stop the Trump administration from deporting thousands of Venezuelan nationals believed to be members of Tren de Aragua (TdA) gang under the Alien Enemies Act. Boasberg then threatened to hold Trump officials in contempt for not bringing some of the world’s most vicious killers, criminals, and rapists back to the United States. Judge Boasberg said he found probable cause to hold the Trump Administration in criminal contempt of court for defying his order to turn around planes carrying dangerous Venezuelan gang members.

Several high-profile fatal crashes in 2025 involving non-citizen truck drivers prompted the Department of Transportation to investigate how commercial driver’s licenses were being issued. Crashes in Florida that killed three people, in Texas that killed five, and in Alabama that killed two exposed widespread fraud and irregularities, including fake CDL schools, bribery schemes, fraudulent Mexican licenses, and state failures to properly verify immigration status. On August 12, 2025, a crash on the Florida Turnpike killed three people when Harjinder Singh, a 28-year-old driver from India, attempted an illegal U-turn in an area marked for official use only.

A report came out Sunday morning that may have been overlooked due to the fact that our attention was, understandably, focused on the deadly shooting at Brown University and the terrorist attack on Chanukah-celebrating Jews in Australia, but there was some important information revealed that needs to be discussed. Namely, senior United States intelligence officials have now confirmed that President Biden had been made aware of the fact that hundreds of Afghan nationals with terrorist ties were being allowed into the country without proper vetting, and he chose to ignore those warnings.

This is not just another technical fight over discovery rules. This is a rogue judge stepping in to shield one of the left’s favorite anti-Trump heroes from accountability. James Comey was charged with lying to Congress and obstructing its investigation into the Russiagate hoax. Central to the case are his messages with Daniel Richman, a Columbia Law professor and former government contractor, who acted as a conduit for information about Trump.

President Donald Trump’s tasteless comments following the apparent murder of Hollywood legend Rob Reiner on Sunday showed that the president, at least on that occasion, had a speck in his eye. Before criticizing Trump, however, liberals should make sure to remove the logs from their own eyes. The enhanced Obamacare subsidies Democrats shut down the government to protect back in October are officially dead. House Speaker Mike Johnson slammed the door on extending the bloated COVID-era handout, saying the House will focus instead on moving forward with a new Republican healthcare package. The temporary subsidies, born out of pandemic panic, were supposed to expire at the end of this year. Democrats, of course, wanted them extended indefinitely—because nothing is ever temporary in Washington when it involves taxpayer money. But Johnson made it clear on Tuesday that this was the end of the line.

The Bondi Beach attack in Australia was shocking, but not at all surprising. Some of the details were distinctive — an idyllic spot on the Pacific Ocean instantly turned into a killing field; a father-son terror squad — but the basic picture of radicalized Muslim immigrants targeting a gathering of Jews was drearily familiar. These events follow the same pattern because the fundamentalist version of Islam is, at its root, hostile to Jews. Let’s say, for the sake of argument, that there was a refugee flow of Unitarians, and some proportion of those Unitarians were antagonistic to traditional Christians — such that they vandalized their businesses, harassed them in the streets,
